Abstract

一种钻机分动箱强制集中润滑结构，它包括：润滑油箱、油泵吸油管、润滑油泵、油泵出油管、压力表座、压力表、四通、立轴侧分油管、中间分油管、卷扬侧分油管、分动箱体、回油管、Ⅰ轴。润滑油泵，装在分动箱体Ⅰ轴右端，与分动箱Ⅰ轴直连；Ⅰ轴旋转，润滑油泵通过油泵吸油管在润滑油箱中吸油，经油泵出油管、四通分别向各路油管供油，并通过分动箱体上盖三路预留通孔，到达卷扬侧轴承位、中间大齿轮处、立轴侧轴承位进行强制润滑，润滑油在分动箱体内底部汇总经回油管流回润滑油箱。本发明的润滑油，能抵达各个需要润滑的节点，在润滑传动机构的同时，油液会带走里边的热量，避免高转速高负荷状态下部件发热。

本发明属钻探机械设备技术领域，具体涉及一种钻机分动箱强制集中润滑结构。
背景技术
现有的钻机分动箱Ⅰ轴润滑结构，主要是甩油盘结构，存在如下缺陷：箱体外形越大，润滑效果越有限，大负荷、高速或长时间运转时机器发热现象严重，导致内部零件寿命大大缩短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有设备存在的问题，提供了一种钻机分动箱强制集中润滑结构，克服了大负荷、高速或长时间运转时机器发热现象严重的技术难题。
本发明采用如下技术方案：分动箱集中强制润滑机构，它包括：润滑油箱、油泵吸油管、润滑油泵、油泵出油管、压力表座、压力表、四通、立轴侧分油管、中间分油管、卷扬侧分油管 、分动箱体、回油管、Ⅰ轴。润滑油泵装在分动箱体Ⅰ轴右端，与分动箱Ⅰ轴直连；Ⅰ轴旋转，带动直连的润滑油泵，通过油泵吸油管在润滑油箱中吸油，润滑油经油泵出油管、四通分别向立轴侧分油管、中间分油管、卷扬侧分油管供油，油管通过分动箱体上盖三路预留通孔，到达卷扬侧轴承位、中间大齿轮处、立轴侧轴承位进行强制润滑，润滑油在分动箱体内底部汇总经回油管流回润滑油箱。
本发明的有益效果是：只要设备运转，单独的润滑油泵就会开启抽油润滑，通过分油器抵达各个需要润滑的节点，在润滑传动机构的同时，油液会带走里边的热量，避免高转速高负荷状态下部件发热。

具体实施方式
图1中，分动箱体11底部高速Ⅰ轴13，带动直连的润滑油泵3经油泵吸油管2在润滑油箱1中过滤吸油，润滑油经油泵出油管4、四通7分别向立轴侧分油管8、中间分油管9、卷扬侧分油管10供油，对立轴侧轴承及齿轮，中间侧齿轮及轴承，卷扬侧轴承及齿轮进行强制润滑，润滑油在分动箱体11内底部汇总经回油管12流回润滑油箱1中，压力表座5安装在油泵出油管4上，压力表座5装有压力表6。这样，只要分动箱体11底部Ⅰ轴13旋转，润滑油就能到达各个需润滑的节点，在润滑传动机构的同时，带走里边的热量，避免了高转速高负荷状态下各部件发热。

1.一种钻机分动箱强制集中润滑结构，它包括：润滑油箱、油泵吸油管、润滑油泵、油泵出油管、压力表座、压力表、四通阀、立轴侧分油管、中间分油管、卷扬侧分油管 、分动箱体、回油管、Ⅰ轴，其特征是：润滑油泵装在分动箱体Ⅰ轴右端，与分动箱体Ⅰ轴直连；润滑油经油泵出油管、四通阀分别向立轴侧分油管、中间侧分油管、卷扬侧分油管供油，并通过分动箱体上盖三路预留通孔，到达卷扬侧轴承位、中间大齿轮处、立轴侧轴承位进行强制润滑，润滑油在分动箱体内底部汇总经回油管流回润滑油箱。
