Abstract
座垫壳单元(50)具有:支撑面板(38),该支撑面板(38)以能上下移动并能自由地斜向移动到任意的角度的方式设置在座垫壳(26)的下部;以及支撑衬垫(42),该支撑衬垫(42)设置在座垫壳(26)与支撑面板(38)之间,将支撑面板(38)的前端部(44)和后端部(46)固定在座椅骨架(12)上,来将座垫壳单元(50)安装在座椅骨架(12)上,从而能安装在各种各样的座椅骨架上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆用壳体型座椅中所使用的座垫壳单元及车辆用壳体型座椅。
背景技术
例如,日本专利特表2008-526425号公报中公开了一种将座椅壳体与座椅骨架组合而成的、所谓的车辆用壳体型座椅。该车辆用壳体型座椅构成为将沿着人体的背面、例如脊背和臀部的形状的座椅壳体组装到安装在车体上的座椅骨架上,驾乘人员乘坐在座椅壳体上面。
该车辆用壳体型座椅形成为在座椅骨架与座椅壳体之间设置弹性构件,从而具有适度的弹性来提高乘坐舒适感。例如,在座垫骨架上设置弹性构件,并将座垫壳放置在弹性构件上面,由此,将座垫壳支承成能上下自由移动来提高乘坐舒适感。
此外,近年来,为了能调节座垫的高度而在座椅上设置了高度调节机构。高度调节机构例如由平行连杆机构和驱动部等所构成,通过操作驱动部使座垫壳适当地上下移动。
发明内容
然而,由于对弹性构件进行支承的支承板横跨在左右的骨架之间,若设置高度调节机构,则会与高度调节机构的连杆发生干涉,无法充分确保支承板的前后方向长度。因此,只能用狭窄的面积来支撑驾乘人员的体重,从而需要增加弹性构件的厚度来确保缓冲性。于是,在座垫的下部需要较大的收纳容量,存在座椅大型化这样的问题。
此外,由于弹性构件偏向座垫壳的一部分进行配置,因此,例如无法将弹性构件设置在座椅前方以用弹性构件对大腿部分进行支承等。而且,在将支承板朝前方或后方延伸的情况下,支承板成为悬臂状态,若为了提高刚性而增加支承板的厚度,则存在座椅无法实现轻量化这样的问题。
而且,壳体型座椅需要在座垫壳的下部设置弹性体等,因此无法使用与壳体型座椅不相对应的现有的座椅骨架来构成座椅。因此,壳体型座椅需要使用与壳体型座椅相对应的座椅骨架来构成座椅。
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种能安装在各种座椅骨架上的、具有通用性的座垫壳以及车辆用壳体型座椅。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的座垫壳单元及车辆用壳体型座椅具有以下的结构。
车辆用壳体型座椅由安装在车体上的座椅骨架、安装在座椅骨架上的座椅壳体所构成。座椅壳体由座垫壳和座椅背壳所构成。
座垫壳单元由座垫壳、支撑面板和支撑衬垫等所构成。在座垫壳的下部设有支撑面板。座垫壳与支撑面板通过连结机构连结成彼此能上下移动并能自由地斜向移动到任意的角度。由弹性体所构成的支撑衬垫配置在座垫壳与支撑面板之间,座垫壳相对于支撑面板受到支撑衬垫的弹性支撑。
通过将支撑面板的前后固定在座椅骨架上,从而将座垫壳单元安装在座椅骨架上。

具体实施方式
使用附图对本发明的车辆用壳体型座椅的座垫壳单元及车辆用壳体型座椅的一实施方式进行说明。
图5表示壳体型的座椅10。座椅10是车辆用座椅,例如是驾驶座、副驾驶座等每个驾乘人员乘坐的独立的座椅。
座椅10由座椅骨架12、前后位置调节机构14、由座垫壳26和座椅背壳28所构成的座椅壳体16、高度位置调节机构18、椅套20等所构成。此外,如后所述,座垫壳单元50由座垫壳26等所构成。以下,对于座椅10,将安装座椅10的车辆V(参照图5)的前进方向作为前方,以此为基准,确定前后左右,将重力方向作为下方,将其相反方向作为上方来进行说明。
如图4所示,座椅骨架12由座垫骨架22和座椅背骨架24所构成。座垫骨架22由左右成对设置的侧垫骨架23、对左右的侧垫骨架23进行连接的前埋管(submarine pipe)32、后连杆管34等所构成。
前埋管32设置在侧垫骨架23的前方,对侧垫骨架23的左右进行连结。后连杆管34设置在侧垫骨架23的后方,对侧垫骨架23的左右进行连结。侧垫骨架23经由后述的高度位置调节机构18分别安装在滑杆31上。
座椅背骨架24能自由转动地与座垫骨架22的后端相连结。在座垫骨架22与座椅背骨架24之间设有角度调节机构52,通过对角度调节机构52进行操作,座椅背骨架24以适度的摩擦力进行转动,即,沿着前后方向斜向移动,并在所希望的角度固定。另外,也可以电动调节座椅背骨架24的角度。
座椅背骨架24由位于左右的侧骨架54及位于上部的上骨架56等所构成。侧骨架54在左右成对设置,并与座垫骨架22相连结。上骨架56设置在侧骨架54的上部,在上部对左右的侧骨架54进行固定。
头枕100安装在上骨架56上。
前后位置调节机构14设置在座椅骨架12的下部。前后位置调节机构14由两根导轨30、卡合机构17、安装脚35等所构成。两根导轨30沿着车辆的前后方向平行且隔开规定间隔地进行配置,通过插入安装脚35的螺钉等固定在车辆的地板Vf上。
滑杆31能移动地保持在导轨30中。通过卡合机构17对滑杆31的卡合作用,滑杆31被固定在规定的位置。在座椅10的下部前方设有用于操作卡合机构17的操作用杆36。例如,可以是使设置在卡合机构17一侧的爪部与在滑杆31一侧以规定间隔形成的缺口部卡合的结构。另外,前后位置调节机构14也可以是使用电动机的电动驱动式的机构。
高度位置调节机构18设置在滑杆31与座垫骨架22之间。高度位置调节机构18由平行连杆19和驱动机构21等所构成。平行连杆19设置在左右各侧垫骨架23的前后端上,并与左右的滑杆31相连结。平行连杆19使座垫骨架22在保持与滑杆31平行的状态下进行上下移动。驱动机构21例如是旋钮式的连杆动作机构,将任一平行连杆19设定在任意的角度,使座垫骨架22相对于滑杆31进行上下移动。
座椅壳体16安装在座椅骨架12上。如图4所示,座椅壳体16由座垫壳26和座椅背壳28等所构成。
座垫壳26由硬质合成树脂材料等构成,并形成为沿着人体的、主要从臀部到大腿部的形状。在座垫壳26的下表面的四处设有安装片43。座椅背壳28与座垫壳26相同,由硬质合成树脂材料等构成,并形成为沿着人体的脊背的形状。座椅背壳28通过螺钉固定在座椅背骨架24的安装件58上。
合页33的一部分安装在座椅背壳28上,并与安装在座垫壳26上的合页33的另一部分相连结,能以合页33为中心沿前后方向斜向移动。另外,座垫壳26和座椅背壳28的材质也可以不是合成树脂材料,可以是铝等轻合金材料、FRP材料、木材等,没有特别的限定。
如图5所示,椅套20设置在座椅10的最外层。椅套20与座椅壳体16之间也可适当夹设弹性材料等。座垫壳26与具有弹性体的支撑衬垫42等一起作为座垫壳单元50安装在座垫骨架22上。
接下来,对座垫壳单元50进行说明。图1表示座垫壳单元50。座垫壳单元50由座垫壳26、支撑面板38、连结机构40、支撑衬垫42等所构成。
如图2及图3所示,支撑面板38是板状构件,在四个角落设有安装片41。将安装片41与座垫壳26的安装片43相对应地设置,在安装片41与安装片43之间设置连结片45,从而构成连结机构40。各连结机构40各自能独立地自由弯曲,座垫壳26与支撑面板38通过各连结机构40连结成能上下移动并能自由地斜向移动到任意的角度。
支撑衬垫42是由软质发泡合成树脂材料等所构成的海绵状的构件,如图1所示地配置在座垫壳26与支撑面板38之间。通过支撑衬垫42对座垫壳26施加适度的弹性和反作用力。
另外,支撑衬垫42也可以不是软质发泡合成树脂材料等,可以是金属弹簧、空气弹簧、液压缓冲器等,对材质、机构等没有特别的限定。
支撑面板38的前端部44通过螺钉等固定在座椅骨架12的前埋管32上,后端部46利用螺钉等安装在后连杆管34上,或者通过将弯曲部进行挂钩来安装在后连杆管34上。由此,将座垫壳单元50安装在座椅骨架12上,也就是安装在座垫骨架22上。
接下来,对座椅10的作用效果进行说明。座椅10的座垫壳单元50的支撑面板38固定在座垫骨架22上。驾乘人员乘坐在座椅10上,例如,车辆上下晃动时,座垫壳26相对于支撑面板38上下移动。于是,设置在座垫壳26与支撑面板38之间的支撑衬垫42发生弹性变形,座垫壳26与驾乘人员一起上下移动,能适度缓和冲击从而得到乘坐舒适感。
此外,通过将前端部44和后端部46固定在座椅骨架12上来将座垫壳26安装在座椅骨架12上,因此,还能将座垫壳单元50安装在现有的与壳型不相对应的座椅骨架上。
由于支撑面板38在座垫壳26的前后方向上较长地延伸,因此,能将支撑衬垫42较宽地、尤其包含驾乘人员的大腿部地配置在座垫壳26的下部,能有效地分散来自驾乘人员的载荷。此外,由于能增大支撑衬垫42的面积,因此,能使支撑衬垫42变薄,使整个座椅10的结构成为薄型。由于支撑面板38不是悬臂结构,因此,能以较薄的构件构成足够的刚性,实现座椅10的轻量化。
由此,本发明的车辆用壳体型座椅的座垫壳单元以及车辆用壳体型座椅具有以下的效果。即,通过将支撑面板固定在座椅骨架上,来将座垫壳单元安装在座椅骨架上。因此,能将座垫壳单元安装在与壳体型座椅不相对应的现有的座椅骨架上来构成车辆用壳体型座椅。
座垫壳被支撑衬垫弹性支承,能得到良好的乘坐舒适感。由于是将支撑面板的前后安装在座椅骨架上的结构,因此,能将支撑面板在前后方向上设定的较宽,能使整个座垫壳受到支撑衬垫弹性支承。由于能增大支撑衬垫的面积,因此,能使支撑衬垫变薄,使车辆用壳体型座椅薄型化。在座椅的左右侧方无需用于安装支撑面板的空间,能防止与使座垫壳上下移动的高度调节机构发生干涉,使结构和安装变得简单。
另外,本发明的车辆用壳体型座椅也可以是多人乘坐的座椅。此外,座椅10并不限于所谓的汽车用的座椅。
当然,本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在不脱离本发明的思想的范围内能进行各种变形加以实施。
工业上的可利用性
本发明能利用于具有座椅壳体的车辆用壳体型座椅。
Claims (5)
1.一种车辆用壳体型座椅的座垫壳单元,其特征在于,
车辆用壳体型座椅包括座椅骨架、座垫壳及座椅背壳,
所述座垫壳单元具备:
所述座垫壳;
支撑面板,该支撑面板在所述座垫壳的下方经由连结机构与所述座垫壳连结成能上下移动并能自由地斜向移动到任意的角度;以及
弹性体,该弹性体设置在所述支撑面板与所述座垫壳之间,
该座垫壳单元经由所述支撑面板安装在所述座椅骨架上。
2.如权利要求1所述的车辆用壳体型座椅的座垫壳单元,其特征在于,
所述支撑面板的前部和后部安装在所述座椅骨架上。
3.一种车辆用壳体型座椅,其特征在于,包括:
座椅骨架;
权利要求1或2所述的车辆用壳体型座椅的座垫壳单元;
座椅背壳;以及
对所述车辆用壳体型座椅的座垫壳单元的高度进行调节的高度调节机构,
所述高度调节机构由设置在所述座椅骨架的左右两侧的连杆机构、用于驱动该连杆机构的驱动机构所构成。
4.一种车辆用壳体型座椅的座垫壳单元,其特征在于,
能自由拆装地安装在形成椅子外形的座椅骨架上的座垫壳单元包括:
相当于座面的座垫壳;
支撑面板,该支撑面板配置在所述座垫壳的下方,并具有与所述座椅骨架卡合的卡合部;
连结机构,该连结机构将所述座垫壳与所述支撑面板连结成能上下移动并能自由地斜向移动到任意的角度;以及
弹性体,该弹性体设置在所述支撑面板与所述座垫壳之间。
5.一种车辆用壳体型座椅,其特征在于,包括:
座椅骨架,该座椅骨架设置在地板上,并形成椅子的外形;
座椅背壳,该座椅背壳安装在所述座椅骨架上,相当于后背面;
座垫壳,该座垫壳安装在所述座椅骨架上,相当于座面;
支撑面板,该支撑面板配置在所述座垫壳的下方,并具有与所述座椅骨架卡合的卡合部;
连结机构,该连结机构将所述座垫壳与所述支撑面板连结成能上下移动并能自由地斜向移动到任意的角度;
弹性体,该弹性体设置在所述支撑面板与所述座垫壳之间;以及
高度调节机构,该高度调节机构具有设置在所述座椅骨架的左右两侧的连杆机构以及用于驱动该连杆机构的驱动机构,以对所述座椅骨架的距所述地板的高度进行调节。
