Abstract
一种用于手提箱、行李、运输货柜或类似物的转向滚轮(1),该转向滚轮具有:至少一个转动轮(8),该至少一个转动轮绕旋转轴(14)可转动地支承;以及转向轴(6),该转向轴设置成大致垂直于该至少一个转动轮(8)的旋转轴(14),并且该至少一个转动轮(8)能绕转向轴转向。为了使振动、运行噪声和碰撞及冲击最少地传递到手提箱、行李、运输货柜或类似物,建议转向滚轮(1)具有弹性的减振元件(7),该减振元件设置在转向滚轮(1)的转动轮(8)和转向滚轮(1)的手提箱侧的固定部件(3)之间。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于手提箱、行李、运输货柜或类似物的转向滚轮,该转向滚轮具有:至少一个转动轮,该转动轮绕旋转轴可转动地支承;以及转向轴,该转向轴设置成大致垂直于该至少一个转动轮的旋转轴,并且该至少一个转动轮可绕该转向轴进行转向。
手提箱相对来说经常设有这种转向滚轮,以特别在装满手提箱时能够简单和舒适地移动手提箱。
由EP 0 874 564 A已知一种具有这种转向滚轮的手提箱,其中,转向轴固定地固定在转向轴支架内,轮架连同转动轮一起绕该转向轴旋转,而该转向轴支架在其侧借助合适的紧固元件牢固地安装在手提箱外壳处。
转向轴支架以及牢固地固定于转向轴支架内的转向轴由较硬的刚性材料构成,以使转动轮特别是在横向于滚轮的旋转轴受载时不在保持或接纳滚轮的手提箱侧的外壳部件上打滑。在这种转向滚轮中,由于转向轴与转向轴支架之间的刚性连接并且由构造所述构件的较硬和刚性的材料所引起的转动轮的振动和运行噪声容易传递到手提箱,并在手提箱处被加强。
由前述现有技术出发,本发明的任务在于提供一种用于手提箱、行李、运输货柜或类似物的转向滚轮,其中,使对手提箱、行李、运输货柜或类似物的振动、运行噪声以及碰撞和冲击的传递减到最少。
根据本发明,此任务通过如下方式来解决,即,转向滚轮具有弹性的减振元件,该减振元件设置在转向滚轮的转动轮与转向滚轮的手提箱侧的固定部件之间。可能在转动轮处出现的振动、运行噪声或碰撞和/或冲击负荷被该弹性的减振元件所吸收,并且不会传递或者仅以相对极小的比例传递到手提箱。
在根据本发明的转向滚轮的有利的实施方式中,转动轮的旋转轴和滚轮的转向轴设置成彼此偏移一预定的距离。
弹性的减振元件可适宜地和以较少的技术构造花费而被构造为橡胶弹性的减振元件。
根据一实施方式,弹性的减振元件设置在转向轴的手提箱侧的端部段处、于转向轴与转向滚轮的构造成转向轴支架的手提箱侧的固定部件之间。
此外,弹性的减振元件或另一附加的弹性的减振元件可以设置在转向轴的转动轮侧的端部段处、于转向轴与轮架之间,其中转动轮可由该轮架绕其轴线可旋转地支承。减振作用可如此在轮架和转向轴之间进行减振,其中,在具有两个弹性的减振元件的实施方式中,减振可由这两个弹性的减振元件来承担,这两个弹性的减振元件中的一个减振元件设置在转动轮侧,而另一个设置在转向轴支架侧。
有利的是,弹性的减振元件至少部分地、较佳完全或几乎完全地包围转向轴的手提箱侧或转动轮侧的端部段。由此,能以较大的安全性来避免转向轴与转向轴支架或轮架之间发生接触。
转向轴能不可转动地固定在转向轴支架或轮架处。
为了避免转动轮或转向轴支架或手提箱外壳受损,有利的是,在转向轴支架处构造向转动轮或轮架突出的限制元件,转动轮或轮架的朝向转向轴支架方向的运动借助该限制元件限制成排除转动轮与转向轴支架之间的接触。
为了可靠地排除对轮架的重要构件的功能的可能破坏,有利的是,将轮架侧的止挡凸部分配给转向轴支架侧的限制元件,限制元件止挡于该止挡凸部。
当转向滚轮在弹性的减振元件与转向轴的端部段之间具有套筒状粘附元件,而该套筒状粘附元件一方面牢固地粘附于弹性的减振元件、另一方面牢固地固定在转向轴的端部段处时,实现了弹性的减振元件在转向轴的端部段处更好的粘附,这是因为一方面为了粘附于减振元件处而最佳地构造粘附元件,以及另一方面为了可靠和牢固地固定在转向轴的端部段处而最佳地构造粘附元件。
对此,该套筒状粘附元件有利地由塑料构成,该塑料与减振元件的材料或塑料相比相对较硬。
转向轴与套筒状粘附元件之间的可靠固定可以在质量上通过如下方式来提高,即,在转向轴的各个端部段内构造侧凹或环形凹部,粘附元件的所属的成形元件或环形突出部突出或伸入到这些侧凹或环形凹部内。

图1中示出的转向滚轮1用于与至少一个另外的转向滚轮和如有可能与不可转向的滚轮结合起来受控地移动或操纵手提箱、类似的行李、运输货柜或类似物。在此,通常在附图中仅用手提箱外壳2的一部分所示的手提箱的两个所属的棱角处设置至少两个这种转向滚轮1。
如图1中可看出,手提箱外壳2在棱角处具有凹部,而转向滚轮1接纳于该凹部内。在转向滚轮1的所示实施例中,转向轴支架3属于该转向滚轮,转向滚轮1借助该转向轴支架固定在手提箱外壳2的该棱角处。
转向轴支架3构成容纳部4,转向滚轮1的转向轴6的手提箱侧的端部段5不可转动地固定在该容纳部内。
在转向轴支架侧的容纳部4与转向轴6的手提箱侧的端部段5之间设置有橡胶弹性的减振元件7,该减振元件在所示实施例中几乎完全包围转向轴6的手提箱侧的端部段5,以使转向轴6的手提箱侧的端部段5与转向轴支架3的容纳部4之间不会出现直接接触。
转向轴6从转向轴支架3的容纳部4沿转向滚轮1的转动轮8的方向突出。在转向轴6的转动轮侧的端部段9处,转向轴6轴向固定在轮架11的容纳部10内,并可转动地保持。在所示实施例中借助保持销12来实现将转向轴6的转动轮侧的端部段9固定在轮架11的容纳部10内,该保持销从下方突出到轮架11的容纳部10内,并在那里固定在转向轴6的转动轮侧端面内的凹部13内。转向轴6或转向轴的转动轮侧的端部段9与保持销12关于轮架11可转动,或轮架11可绕转向轴转动。
在轮架11内或在轮架11处设有旋转轴14,转动轮8可围绕此旋转轴转动。旋转轴14设置成相对于转向滚轮1的与旋转轴14垂直的转向轴6偏移距离A。
转向轴支架3在其面向轮架11或转动轮8的底面处具有限制元件15,位于轮架11的面向转向轴支架3的表面上的止挡凸部16对应于该限制元件15,以使即便在装载较重的手提箱和在相对较大的、从外部作用于转动轮8的碰撞及冲击负荷的情况下,转动轮8也不会与手提箱外壳2或转向轴支架3邻抵。
可能由于转向滚轮1的运行而出现的振动、运行噪声、碰撞或冲击负荷将由于在转向轴6的手提箱侧的端部段5与转向轴支架3的容纳部4之间所设的橡胶弹性的减振元件7而没有或相对极少量地传递到手提箱外壳2上。
在根据本发明的转向滚轮的未示出的替代实施方式中,还在转向轴6的转动轮侧的端部段9和轮架11的容纳部10之间设有橡胶弹性的减振元件。在此情况下,转向轴6不可转动地固定在轮架11处。
在根据本发明的转向滚轮1的图2中所示的另一实施例中,在转向轴6的手提箱侧的端部段5与橡胶弹性的减振元件7之间设有套筒状粘附元件17。该套筒状粘附元件17由塑料构成,该塑料与橡胶弹性的减振元件7的材料或塑料相比相对较硬。通过套筒状粘附元件17可实现橡胶弹性的减振元件7与转向轴6的手提箱侧的端部段5之间改善的粘附或固定。套筒状粘附元件17在其对应于转向轴6的手提箱侧的端部段5的那侧构造成实现套筒状粘附元件17与转向轴6的手提箱侧的端部段5之间的最佳固定。在此,在套筒状粘附元件17处设有呈环形突出部19形式的突出元件,这些突出元件突出到在转向轴6的端部段5上构成的环形凹部18内,并因此实现转向轴6的手提箱侧的端部段5与套筒状粘附元件17之间的形状配合的连接。套筒状粘附元件17在其对应于橡胶弹性的减振元件7的那侧构造成可实现套筒状粘附元件17理想地粘附于橡胶弹性的减振元件7处。
Claims (12)
1.一种用于手提箱、行李、运输货柜或类似物的转向滚轮,所述转向滚轮具有:至少一个转动轮(8),所述至少一个转动轮绕旋转轴(14)可转动地支承;以及转向轴(6),所述转向轴设置成大致垂直于所述至少一个转动轮(8)的所述旋转轴(14),并且所述至少一个转动轮(8)能绕所述转向轴转向,其特征在于,所述转向滚轮(1)具有弹性的减振元件(7),所述减振元件设置在所述转向滚轮(1)的所述转动轮(8)与所述转向滚轮(1)的手提箱侧的固定部件(3)之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的转向滚轮,其特征在于,所述转动轮(8)的所述旋转轴(14)和所述滚轮(1)的所述转向轴(6)设置成彼此偏移一距离(A)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的转向滚轮,其特征在于,所述弹性的减振元件(7)构造成橡胶弹性的减振元件(7)。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的转向滚轮,其特征在于,所述弹性的减振元件(7)设置在所述转向轴(6)的所述手提箱侧的端部段(5)处、于所述转向轴与所述转向滚轮(1)的构造成转向轴支架(3)的手提箱侧的固定部件(3)之间。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的转向滚轮,其特征在于,所述弹性的减振元件或另一弹性的减振元件设置在所述转向轴(6)的所述转动轮侧的端部段(9)处、于所述转向轴与轮架(11)之间,所述转动轮(8)由所述轮架绕所述转动轮的旋转轴(14)可转动地支承。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的转向滚轮,其特征在于,所述弹性的减振元件(7)至少部分地或较佳地完全或几乎完全包围所述转向轴(6)的所述手提箱侧的端部段(5)或所述转动轮侧的端部段(9)。
7.如权利要求4至6中任一项所述的转向滚轮,其特征在于,所述转向轴(6)不可转动地固定在所述转向轴支架(3)处或不可转动地固定在所述轮架(11)处。
8.如权利要求5至7中任一项所述的转向滚轮,其特征在于,在所述转向轴支架(3)处构造成有限制元件(15),所述限制元件向所述转动轮(8)或所述轮架(11)突出,所述转动轮(8)或所述轮架(11)的沿所述转向轴支架(3)方向的运动借助所述限制元件被限制成排除所述转动轮(8)和所述转向轴支架(3)之间的接触。
9.如权利要求8所述的转向滚轮,其特征在于,轮架侧的止挡凸部(16)被分配给所述转向轴支架侧的限制元件(15),所述限制元件(15)止挡于所述止挡凸部。
10.如权利要求4至9中任一项所述的转向滚轮,其特征在于,在所述弹性的减振元件(7)与所述转向轴(6)的所述端部段(5,9)之间设置有套筒状粘附元件(17),所述套筒状粘附元件一方面牢固地粘附于所述弹性的减振元件(7),另一方面牢固地固定于所述转向轴(6)的所述端部段(5,9)处。
11.如权利要求10所述的转向滚轮,其特征在于,套筒状粘附元件(17)由与所述减振元件(7)相比较硬的塑料制成。
12.如权利要求10或11所述的转向滚轮,其特征在于,在所述转向轴(6)的所述端部段(5,9)上构造有至少一个、较佳为两个回转的环形凹部(18),所述粘附元件(17)的所属的环形突出部(19)突出到所述环形凹部内。
