Description

塑料托盘和用于制造塑料托盘的方法
本发明涉及一种塑料托盘(pallet)以及该塑料托盘的制造。
用于存储和运输各种各样货物和产品的托盘是众所周知的。这样的托盘通常包括一个上承板(deck)和多个滑板(skid),在所述上承板上可堆叠有货物或产品,所述多个滑板被布置为与所述上承板间隔开,以限定所述托盘搁在其上的一个支撑面。在上承板和滑板之间设置了多个间隔物,所述间隔物被布置为使得叉车的齿(forklifttines)可插入在滑板和上承板之间,以允许将托盘提起。
还已知如下的托盘,它们具有也可用于存放货物的另一承板,而非滑板。这些托盘可用于在两侧上放置货物。
最广泛使用的托盘类型由木材制成。木材具有许多缺点,并且不适于其中例如卫生方面要求重要的应用领域,例如食品行业。
塑料托盘在本领域中是已知的。塑料托盘与木质托盘相比具有但不限于更易于清洁和消毒的优点。它们能够被制成单件或者待被组装的多个不同部件。通常,这些托盘或它们的部件借助于注塑模制来制造。在市场上目前发现的多种塑料托盘中,间隔物元件是部分中空的,具有内部肋或内部蜂窝结构。这用于一方面提供必要的负载强度,另一方面节省重量。
在EP1845023中公开了一种塑料托盘,该塑料托盘通过注塑模制被制造成单件。上承板由围绕有塑料表层的泡沫塑料材料制成,该塑料表层优选由相同的塑料制成。在托盘的上承板和下承板之间的间隔块被形成具有闭合的外壁以及内部蜂窝结构。
在与提升设备例如叉车一起使用时,具有部分中空结构——尤其是部分中空的间隔块——的塑料托盘会被轻易损坏。当在间隔块的外壁内撞出一个洞时,这损坏了托盘的结构完整性。此外,受损的外壁形成卫生风险,因为污物会积聚在间隔块中。受损的单件式塑料托盘通常会变为不可用的,并且将被扔掉。
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的塑料托盘。
该目的通过一种塑料托盘实现,该塑料托盘包括:一个塑料上承板,该塑料上承板具有货物能够堆叠于上的一个上侧;多个塑料滑板或下承板,所述塑料滑板或下承板与所述上承板间隔开并且被布置为基本平行于所述上承板;以及,位于所述上承板和所述滑板或下承板之间的多个固体塑料间隔块,其中所述上承板和所述滑板/下承板被制造为分立的部件,所述上承板和所述滑板/下承板在装配状态中通过紧固销被紧固在一起,每个紧固销都延伸通过每个间隔块中的孔以及所述上承板和所述滑板/下承板中的相应的洞。
在现有技术的单件式制造的塑料托盘中,大部分的托盘断裂发生在间隔块与上承板的接合部处。为了减小在接合部处断裂的风险,通常单件式塑料托盘包括额外材料,这些额外材料在那里以相对大的曲率半径形成有过渡弯曲部。在根据本发明的托盘中,在间隔块和上承板之间存在一条分型线(partingline),由此在该位置没有断裂的风险。此外,所述上承板和所述间隔块的表层——优选是最致密(compact)层——被放置为相互抵住,从而原则上可在所述接合部处用致密材料实现比单件式托盘具有更厚的层。由此,在所述接合部处具有更大量的致密材料,这使得本发明的托盘在所述接合部处更有强度。当根据本发明的托盘被粗暴地处理时,紧固销可能会断裂,这是最脆弱的部件。然而,这样的紧固销容易更换并且相对廉价。较昂贵的部件诸如注塑模制的上承板和滑板可持续所述托盘的整个寿命。因此,根据本发明的托盘在断裂后具有相当大的经济价值。
在托盘的一个尤其优选实施方案中,所述托盘包括三个基本平行的塑料滑板,所述上承板在上侧包括多个——尤其五个——基本平行的纵向板条(slat),以及在面向所述滑板的相对侧包括多个——尤其三个——基本平行的横向板条。这样的构造类似于广泛使用的木质托盘的构造。
优选地,所述塑料托盘的尺寸匹配标准木质托盘的尺寸。因为根据本发明的托盘由分立的部件构成,该托盘可被赋以如在所谓快速移动消耗品(FMCG)工业中广泛使用的标准木质托盘(ISO8611或CHEP公司的欧洲(Euro)托盘)的样子。根据本发明的托盘设计由此适合于用在FMCG领域中并且能够与FMCG领域中的现有设备合作。这不同于现有技术中已知的塑料托盘,这些塑料托盘具有背离FMCG领域中使用的现行标准(ISO8611或CHEP)的几何形状,因此通常不被接受。
所述托盘可具有与欧洲托盘相同的尺寸,即,1200mm×800mm,以及144mm的高度。
优选地,所述上承板被制造成单一件,具有一个致密的表层区域以及一个发泡的核心区域。所述塑料滑板也优选具有一个致密的表层区域以及一个发泡的核心区域。通过提供具有致密的外层和发泡的核心的托盘部件,可实现减小总体密度从而减小重量,而同时由于致密的外层,托盘的强度不会减小。尤其是,以这样的方式实现了相对于低重量的高抗弯曲性。
在一个可能的实施方案中,所述托盘的间隔块与所述滑板成整体地(monolithically)形成。从而需要较少的分立部件来装配托盘。
在另一个可能的实施方案中,提供了分立的间隔块,它们与托盘的其他部件分立地形成。提供具有分立地形成的间隔块的塑料托盘具有如下优点,如果一个间隔块在使用期间受损,仅需要更换该间隔块来修复托盘。另外,可用与上承板和滑板/下承板不同的材料制造分立的间隔块。优选地,所述间隔块由更坚固的材料制成。所述间隔块优选形成具有一个致密的表层区域以及一个发泡的核心区域。然而,还可想到的是,间隔块被制造为一个整体致密的部件(从而不具有发泡)。适合用于模制所述间隔块的一种可能材料是HDPE。
在一个可能的实施方案中,在所述上承板面向所述滑板的侧面上,在围绕用于所述紧固销的每个洞的环带处,设置了一个凹口区,该凹口区具有与相关联的间隔块的外部轮廓的至少一部分相对应的外部轮廓,使得所述间隔块的上端被接收在所述凹口区中,由此在横向方向和转动方向上使所述块相对于所述上承板固定。通过这些凹口,获得一个结实的托盘结构。
还可能的是,在所述滑板面向所述上承板的侧面上,在围绕用于所述紧固销的每个洞的环带处,可设置一个凹口区,该凹口区具有与相关联的间隔块的外部轮廓的至少一部分相对应的外部轮廓,使得所述间隔块的下端被接收在所述凹口区中,由此在横向方向和转动方向上使所述块相对于所述滑板固定。
通过如上所述为托盘的上承板和滑板设置用于所述块的凹口,形成部件的箱形框架,其中托盘上的载荷和冲击在所述托盘上被分布到其他托盘部件。由此提高了整个托盘的抗弯强度。这里必须注意,同样还可能的是,为所述上承板和滑板设置隆起,并且为间隔块设置凹口以接收所述隆起。
优选地,所述紧固销由塑料制成,优选由尼龙制成。这提供了足够的张力来将所述上承板、所述间隔块和所述滑板/下承板紧紧地拉紧在一起。
在一个尤其优选的实施方案中,在所述上承板的上侧设置了一个防滑层,所述防滑层由集成在所述上承板的上表面中的一个或多个标签形成。所述防滑层防止货物在操作和运输期间在托盘表面上滑动。优选地,在所述上承板的注塑模制模制期间通过模内贴标(in-mouldlabeling)来设置防滑标签。这样,上承板以最高效和成本节约的方式设置了防滑措施。通过使用防滑模内标签,所述托盘能够被赋予与标准木质托盘相同的防滑特性。与现有技术中已知的制造具有防滑设施的塑料托盘不同,不需要任何额外的处理过程来在托盘上设置防滑设施。
优选地,所述托盘至少部分由再循环塑料材料制成。在一个尤其优选的实施方案中,所述上承板和所述滑板/下承板由再循环塑料材料制成,间隔块由新的塑料材料——例如,HDPE——制成。这样,可以相对低的成本制造在间隔块处具有高抗冲击阻力的塑料托盘,间隔块是在使用中承受最多的部件。因此可显著增加塑料托盘的寿命。
在一个优选实施方案中,所述紧固销被设置具有一个检测电路或者另一个电子检测装置,通过所述检测电路或者另一个电子检测装置可识别所述托盘。通过使用所述检测电路或者另一个检测装置,可识别例如谁是托盘的所有者。在紧固销上设置检测电路防止了检测电路轻易受损或被移出,因为检测电路被容纳在托盘的间隔块的一个孔中。这减小了托盘的损耗。
本发明还涉及一种塑料托盘,该塑料托盘包括一个塑料上承板,该塑料上承板具有货物能够堆叠于上的一个上侧,所述上承板通过注塑模制制造,优选用发泡材料注塑模制制造,其中一个防滑标签借助于模内贴标被布置在所述上承板的上侧。该防滑层防止货物在运输期间在托盘上滑动。优选地,所述防滑标签是在所述上承板的注塑模制期间通过模内贴标被设置的。这样,上承板被以高效和成本节约的方式设置了防滑措施。通过使用防滑模内标签,所述托盘能够被赋予与标准木质托盘相同的防滑特性。与现有技术中已知的制造具有防滑设施的塑料托盘不同,不需要任何额外的处理过程来在托盘上设置防滑设施。
本发明还涉及一种塑料托盘,包括一个塑料上承板,该塑料上承板具有货物能够堆叠于上的一个上侧,所述上承板通过注塑模制制造,优选用发泡材料注塑模制制造,其中一个标签借助于模内贴标被布置在所述上承板的上侧。这样,所述塑料托盘可设有关于托盘的所有者或制造商的经久耐用的信息性/指示性的符号或标志。另外,商标或商业讯息也可通过IML技术被应用至托盘。
本发明还涉及一种用于制造塑料托盘的方法,其中所述托盘包括一个塑料上承板,该塑料上承板具有货物能够堆叠于上的一个上侧;多个塑料滑板,所述塑料滑板与所述上承板间隔开并且被布置为基本平行于所述上承板;以及,位于所述上承板和所述滑板之间的多个塑料间隔块,其中所述上承板和所述滑板通过使用具有可缩回插入件的模具注塑模制而制成,其中所述模具被注入包含发泡剂的塑料树脂,使得树脂在被注入模具期间以及将可移动的插入件缩回到模具壁期间不发泡,从而允许模制的核心区发泡。

在图1中,示出了由塑料材料制成的托盘1。所示的托盘1具有一个上承板2,货物可堆叠在该上承板上。上承板2包括多个——在该具体实施方案中为五个——在上侧的基本平行的纵向板条4a、4b、4c。此外,上承板2包括多个——在该具体实施方案中为三个——位于上承板2的相对侧的基本平行的横向板条5。上承板2的横向板条5均匀分布在托盘1的长度上。
在示出的具体实施方案中,位于外侧的纵向板条4a和位于中间的纵向板条4c具有基本相同的宽度。中间的纵向板条4b具有小于板条4a、4c的宽度。通过上板条的这种配置,上承板类似于在欧洲以木材形式广泛使用的所谓“Euro”托盘的样子和尺寸。优选地,所述上承板具有欧洲托盘的尺寸,1200×800mm。然而,这些尺寸和配置并不被认为限制了本发明。
如下文将进一步描述的,托盘1的上承板2通过注塑模制被制成单件。结果,纵向板条4a-4c和横向板条5被成整体地形成。
托盘1还具有滑板3,所述滑板3在托盘1的纵向方向上延伸,即,在与上承板2的纵向板条4a-4c相同的方向上。在图1示出的具体实施方案中,设置了在托盘1的宽度上均匀分布的三个滑板3。
所述滑板3借助于间隔块6与上承板2间隔开。每个滑板3设置了三个间隔块6。与一个滑板3相关联的间隔块6之间的相互距离对应于上承板2的横向板条5之间的相互距离,使得在安装状态时,上承板2的横向板条5接合所述间隔块6。块6之间的中间空间提供了窗口7,该窗口允许叉车或另一提升设备的齿(未示出)插入以便提升和/或运输所述托盘1。
在图1示出的具体实施方案中,间隔块6与滑板3成整体地形成。
具有一体式间隔块6的滑板3借助于紧固销8被固定至上承板。这样的紧固销8的一个实施例被示出在图6、图9和图10中。
紧固销8由塑料材料制成,例如尼龙,但是也可由另一合适材料制成。紧固销8包括第一头部81、大致刚性的轴部82、挠性可变形的轴部83以及可变形的第二头部84。
紧固销具有延伸穿过第二头部84和所述轴83的轴向孔85。一个基本圆柱形的内部锁定销(未示出)可被插入该孔85中,从而所述头部和所述轴不能向内径向地变形。外部销8和内部销可由不同材料制成。在一个可能的实施方案中,需要抵抗拉伸负荷的外部销可由尼龙制成,而内部销可由相对便宜的PP或再循环塑料材料制成。
托盘1的上承板2被设置有延伸通过纵向板条4a、4c和横向板条5的通孔,以便穿过紧固销8。在纵向板条4a、4c的上表面中,在所述孔的每一个周围提供一个凹口区,使得紧固销8的头部81相对于所述纵向板条4a、4c的上表面埋头设置(countersink)。
所述滑板3及其一体式的间隔块6设置有通孔,以便穿过紧固销8。此外,在滑板3的下侧,提供了这样一个凹口区,使得紧固销8的头部82相对于所述滑板3的下表面埋头设置。
在托盘1的装配中,所述块6被定位为抵住所述上承板2,使得它们相应的通孔对齐。随后,所述紧固销8可被迫通过所述通孔,在此期间所述可变形的头部84和所述可变形的轴83部变形,使得所述紧固销8可移动通过所述孔。当所述可变形的头部84已经穿过所述孔时,它将再次扩展并且搭扣锁定在所涉及的滑板3的凹口区的边缘后面。以此方式,上承板2和滑板3及其一体式的块6被紧固在一起。接下来,圆柱形的内部锁定销可被紧配合在轴向孔85中,由此所述孔被填充并且所述头部84不能向内径向地变形,由此外部销8可从所述块6和上承板2中的孔中缩回。内部锁定销和外部紧固销8之间的紧配合使得污物和细菌进入轴向孔85的风险被降到最低。
所述上承板2和滑板及其一体式的间隔块6通过注塑模制来制造。尤其是,它们通过注塑模制包含发泡剂的塑料而制成。
现在将参照图8a-8i解释这些部件的模制。
在图8a中示出了一个示意性的模具100,该模具总体包括由参考数字103标示的分隔线分开的两个模具半部101、102。所述模具半部101、102限定一个模具腔104。在具体示出的注塑模具中,在模具半部102中设置了一个可移动的插入件105。然而,还可能的是,在两个模具半部中都布置可移动的插入件。所述模具100具有一个注塑入口,在图8b中由箭头106示出,在此处注入熔融塑料。在图8a中,所述可移动的插入件105处于向内位置。
所述插入件105由一个凸轮107操作,该凸轮安装在一个可转动凸轮轴上。所述凸轮107的角位置限定所述插入件105相对于所述模具半部101、102的位置。
在图8b中示意性示出了所述熔融塑料112如何被注入模具100中并且扩散进入模具腔104中。所使用的是塑料是一种包括发泡剂的合适塑料。优选地,使用再循环塑料以保持制造成本低。这种再循环塑料可包含PE、PP和/或其他合适的塑料。
当模具腔104被注满时,注塑入口关闭。接着冷却周期开始。这个周期可进行4-10秒。在冷却周期开始时,可移动的插入件105被推至一个进一步向内的位置(图8c),由此压缩所注入的塑料。所述插入件105被保持在该位置4-10秒,在此期间形成一个表层(图8d)。
在冷却周期之后,凸轮107进一步转动,由此允许所述可移动的插入件105向外移动(图8e)。
通过将所述插入件105移动到一个向外位置,所述模制腔104的体积增加。这造成一个压降,由此发泡剂开始起作用,并且熔融塑料的发泡开始。当熔融塑料被注入模具时,模具的金属是相对冷的。由此,与模具接触并处在附近区域的塑料将不会发泡,但是将形成相对密的结构。由此,形成一个致密的表层109。从致密的表层109向内,形成一个已发泡的核心区域110。当通过缩回所述可移动的插入件105将所述模具腔扩大时,表层109不会变化,但是位置离所述表层的位置越远,所述塑料越靠近核心就逐渐发泡得越多。大部分发泡将发生在模制产品的核心处。通过这样的发泡,整个产品的密度是通过致密注塑模制(compactinjectionmoulding)(从而不具有发泡)所制造的产品的密度的约一半。在插入件105的缩回过程中,一些额外的熔融塑料可通过注塑入口被注入。一般,这可以是所注入的塑料材料的总量的约5%。
所述凸轮107被成形为使得当产品被冷却时,所述插入件105被保持在静止位置约10-75(参见图8e和8f)。
接下来,模具100被打开(参见图8g)。
随后,所述下模具半部102被横向滑动朝向一个拾取机器人111,如图8h中所示。接下来,如图8h中所示,通过插入件将产品从下模具半部喷出,所述插入件再次由凸轮107操作,如图8h中所示。所述机器人111现在可拾取仍温热但是固体的产品并且将其堆在其他产品上。在这个堆上,允许产品进一步冷却至周围温度。
当产品被机器人111拾取时,下模具半部102被移动回到与另一个模具半部101对齐,如图8i中所示。模具100现在可被再次闭合,并且可移动的插入件105被移动回到初始位置,如图8a中所示。
图8a-8i中示出的整个循环对于托盘的部件可进行约90秒。
所述上承板2与插入件注塑模制,所述插入件接合所述纵向板条4a-4c的上侧。在图2中示出了在注塑模制期间的上承板2的中间状态,其中所述可移动的插入件尚未缩回。因此存在外周直立的侧边缘41,如图2中可见。接下来,插入件被移动到一个向外位置,随后纵向板条4a-4c中的塑料以及横向板条5中的塑料开始发泡。由此,致密表层向上移动并且被压至已缩回的可移动插入件,从而形成一个致密外层,而位于更加向内的材料被发泡并且包含小的蜂窝状物(参见图8e-8f),这将大幅降低所述上承板2的密度,从而也大幅降低所述上承板2的重量。
在图2中,由阴影线区域示出的位于横向板条5的顶部上的两个纵向板条4a-4c之间的中间空间也可被注入塑料材料。有效地,上承板2将具有一个带有狭槽的平坦上表面。
所述滑板3可以以与上承板2相同的方式通过注塑模制和发泡制造。如图1中所示,所述滑板3可被模制具有一体式的间隔块6。然而,还可能的是,所述滑板3和所述块6是在不同模具中被注塑模制的分立部件。
在图3中,示出了托盘30的另一个实施方案。这个托盘30具有比图1中的托盘更多的分立部件。所述托盘具有类似于上承板31的板,该板具有形成于其中的狭槽。所述托盘具有布置在上承板31的下侧的三个纵向板条32。这些纵向板条32被制造为分立的部件。此外,所述托盘具有九个间隔块33。在托盘30的下侧设置了三个纵向滑板34,并且在托盘的端部设置了横向板条35。所述纵向滑板34在图4a-4c中被更加详细示出。所述横向板条35在图5a-5c中被更加详细示出。
如图4a-4c中可看到的,在所述滑板34的上侧(面向所述上承板31的侧面)设有外凹口34a和中心凹口34b。所述凹口34a-34b被设置以接收所述间隔块6的端部并且具有对应于所述间隔块6的周缘轮廓的轮廓。由此,所述间隔块6被锁定防止横向运动和转动运动。如图5a-5c中可看到的,横向板条35被设有类似的凹口35a、35b。
在一个优选实施方案中,所述滑板和板条34、35在相应的凹口34a、34b、35a、35b的相对侧面上分别具有互补的隆起34c、34d、35c、35d。这些隆起提供了在滑板34和板条35被制造和存储之后、并在托盘30被组装之前能够堆叠所述滑板34和板条35的可能性。
在图7中,示出了所述托盘30的不同部件如何被两个相邻的紧固销8紧固在一起。
托盘1和30的上承板2和31可包括一个防滑层。优选地,该防滑层由一个标签构成,该标签具有带防滑特性的外侧面。有利地,该标签适于模内贴标(IML),其中所述标签被布置在模具内,随后塑料材料被注入模具中。在一个可能的实施方案中,所述防滑标签可被布置为抵住所述模具中的可移动插入件,以形成所述上承板2、32的上侧。所述防滑标签向所述上承板2、32的上侧提供额外摩擦,从而防止放置在上承板2、32的上侧的货物在运输期间滑动。在图11中示出了一个托盘1,其中防滑标签9被设置在上承板2的纵向板条4的一部分上,尤其在板条4a上。
还可想到的是,为滑板的下侧提供防滑标签。
此外,还可想到的是,为上承板的下侧提供防滑标签。这将降低在物流操作中叉车齿的托盘滑动的风险。
紧固销8可在轴82的外表面上具有一个凹口86(参见图9)。射频识别(RFID)标记87被应用至轴82(参见图10)。标记87可包括一个芯片88,该芯片被接收在所述凹口86中。此外,所述标记包括集成在一个胶带90中的天线89,所述胶带附着至所述轴82。由于在托盘的装配状态中轴82位于坚固的间隔块的孔内,所述标记被很好地保护,防止在托盘的正常使用中受损。此外,所述标记不能从托盘中被轻易去除。
通过间隔块中的RFID发射机应答器,可以用RFID集成系统跟踪托盘运动。从而,可以相当大地减少在快速移动消耗品工业中托盘不足的损失。在托盘装配中,托盘通过独特的紧固销获得其独特的识别标记。
在一个优选实施方案中,在托盘的拐角处的至少一个间隔块设置有识别标记。由此获得最好的RFID读取性能,尤其是在钢装载码头和码头门读取管道上。
在又一个优选实施方案中,一个主识别标记被布置在一个间隔块上,另一个备用识别标记被布置在另一个间隔块上,从而能够在检测所述主标记失败时,即,当所述主标记不知何故受损时,能够识别所述托盘。优选地,所述主标记和所述备用标记被布置在所述托盘的拐角处的不同间隔块中。
这里必须注意到,上述的识别标记只是一个示例,不应被解释为限制性的。还可想到的是,将其他已知的识别标记应用至托盘。

1.塑料托盘,包括:

-位于所述上承板和所述塑料滑板之间的多个塑料间隔块,其中所述塑料间隔块被形成为分立的部件,其中所述塑料间隔块具有一个致密的表层区域以及一个发泡的核心区域或所述塑料间隔块被制造为一个整体致密的部件,

4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑料托盘,其中在所述上承板面向所述塑料滑板的侧面上,在围绕用于所述紧固销的每个洞的环带处,设置了一个凹口区,该凹口区具有与相关联的塑料间隔块的外部轮廓的至少一部分相对应的外部轮廓,使得所述塑料间隔块的上端被接收在所述凹口区中,由此在横向方向和转动方向上使所述塑料间隔块相对于所述上承板固定。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑料托盘,其中在所述塑料滑板面向所述上承板的侧面上,在围绕用于所述紧固销的每个洞的环带处,设置了一个凹口区,该凹口区具有与相关联的塑料间隔块的外部轮廓的至少一部分相对应的外部轮廓,使得所述塑料间隔块的下端被接收在所述凹口区中,由此在横向方向和转动方向上使所述塑料间隔块相对于所述塑料滑板固定。
6.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑料托盘,其中所述紧固销由尼龙制成。
7.根据权利要求3所述的塑料托盘,其中所述上承板的外部纵向板条和中心纵向板条具有大于中间板条的宽度。
8.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑料托盘,其中所述托盘具有与1200mm×800mm的标准欧洲托盘相同的尺寸。
9.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑料托盘,其中所述托盘具有144mm的高度。
10.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑料托盘,其中在所述上承板的上侧设置了一个防滑层,所述防滑层由集成在所述上承板的上表面中的一个或多个标签形成。
11.根据权利要求10所述的塑料托盘,其中所述标签是在所述上承板的注塑模制期间通过模内贴标来提供的。
12.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑料托盘,其中所述托盘的至少一些部件由再循环塑料材料制成。
13.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的塑料托盘,其中所述紧固销设有一个电子检测装置,通过所述电子检测装置能够识别所述托盘。
14.根据权利要求1所述的塑料托盘,所述上承板通过注塑模制制造,其中一个标签借助于模内贴标被布置在所述上承板的上侧。
15.根据权利要求14所述的塑料托盘,所述标签为一个防滑标签。
16.用于制造塑料托盘的方法,其中所述托盘包括:一个塑料上承板,该塑料上承板具有货物能够堆叠于上的一个上侧;多个塑料滑板,所述塑料滑板与所述上承板间隔开并且被布置为基本平行于所述上承板;以及,位于所述上承板和所述塑料滑板之间作为分立的部件的多个塑料间隔块,其中所述上承板、所述塑料间隔块和所述塑料滑板通过使用具有可缩回插入件的模具注塑模制而制成,其中所述模具被注入包含发泡剂的塑料树脂,使得树脂在被注入模具期间以及将可移动的插入件缩回到模具壁期间不发泡,从而允许模制的核心区发泡,其中分立地形成的托盘部件被装配在一起并且通过紧固销相互连接。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中所述插入件由安装在凸轮轴上的凸轮操作。
