Abstract

Description

本发明涉及含有两种或多种农药混合物的组合物,并涉及这些组合物在农业、林业、动物健康、公共卫生方面为保护储藏产品和建筑用的木材而用于防治节肢动物的害虫,特别是昆虫。
5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲基苯基)-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑(为了方便起见,以下简称“化合物A”)和硫双灭多威(又称拉维因),这两者都是有用的农药。
化合物A的制备和应用,在例如南非专利NO.88/4179及其同族美国专利NO.205238中都有详细叙述。
硫双灭多威是一种众所周知的商业产品。
不同杀虫剂的混合物通常是用于防治各种不同昆虫的混合侵扰,其中各种杀虫剂对不同物种的昆虫具有不同程度的效力。因此,各种化学品在其有利的作用方面是相互补充的。
研究和试验结果已经惊人地揭示,化合物A能与相混合的硫双灭多威起增效作用,从而与单独使用每种杀虫剂比较,在控制害虫效果方面有了很大价值的改进。
本发明涉及一种杀灭节肢动物组合物,它含有(A)5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲苯基)-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑和(B)硫双灭多威,后者是N,N′-〔硫双(甲亚胺基)羰氧基]双亚胺逐硫赶乙酸双甲酯;以及在农药上可接受的稀释剂或载体。较佳地,(A)∶(B)比例是在1∶30和13∶1之间,最有利的比例在1∶10和2∶1之间。
本发明还涉及一种产品,它含有(A)5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二 氯-4-三氟甲苯基)-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑和(B)硫双灭多威,后者是N,N′-〔硫双(甲亚胺基)羰氧基]双亚胺逐硫赶乙酸双甲酯,作为复合制剂,用于同时、单独或依次地施用从而在所在地防治节肢动物害虫。
本发明还涉及一种在所在地防治节肢动物害虫的方法,就是在所在地施用(A)5-氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲苯基)-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑和(B)硫双灭多威,后者为N,N′-〔硫双(甲亚胺基)羰氧基]双亚胺逐硫赶乙酸双甲酯。
因此,这样的混合物不仅扩大了被防治的昆虫种类的范围,而且加强了对两种化合物敏感的昆虫的防治。这样便可以减少两种组份中某一种或两种组份的用量,而同时又能进行有效的防治。
通过已知的实验室技术(如在以下报道所描述那样),已经证实了这些化合物之间的有价值的相互作用。在实验中,测试了化合物A与硫双灭多威的混合物对于一种重要的庄稼害虫即斜纹叶蛾的防治效果。
储备溶液是用50%V/V丙酮水溶液与工业级硫双灭多威和化合物A分别进行配制的,得到500ppm和50ppm(硫双灭多威)和50ppm(化合物A)的浓度。这些溶液再用50%丙酮水溶液进一步释释,得到的化合物A的溶液,其浓度为10,5,2.5,1和0.5ppm,而硫双灭多威溶液浓度为100,50,25,10,5,2.5,与1ppm。对这些储备液进一步抽取子样,将这些子样按一份硫双灭多威子样和一份化合物A子样混合,从而得到由上述5种浓度的化合物A中每一种与上述7种浓度硫双灭多威中的每一种所组成的35种不同溶液。上述的47种化合物稀释液(有的只含一种化合物,有的含两种化合物),其使用如下所述。
棉花叶盘置于培替氏培养皿的琼脂中,每种处理安排有四个同样的培养皿,在Potter塔下分别用供试稀释液喷洒,干燥后,每个培 养皿用10个2龄幼虫侵染,放置于恒温(25℃)室中。3天后,测定幼虫的平均死亡百分率。这些数据相对于单独用50%丙酮水溶液处理的对照培养皿的死亡率,采用Abbot校正法进行了校正。
最后所得到的结果采用Tammes法(1964Neth.J.Plant.Path70    73-80)进行了分析。
对于与各种浓度硫双灭多威相混合的化合物A,以及与各种浓度化合物A相混合的硫双灭多威,都绘制了剂量特性曲线。从这些曲线上读出两种化合物的12种组合的LC90值。与单独使用两种化合物所得的LC90值一样,这些数据就作为“观察值”表示于图1中。
根据各自使用两种化合物所得的剂量死亡率图,用针对同时表现各自独立活性的杀虫剂的常规方法(Tammcs,op.cit.)推导出任一给定比例混合物的预期死亡率。这些数据就是图1中所示的“预期值”。
图1中观察值线与预期值线是明显分开的,这表明了混合物的一个出乎意料之外的优点,即能减少达到90%死亡率所需的任一种化合物的数量。这就是说,在两种成分之间有增效作用或加合作用。
混合物中两个活性成分按重量计,最佳比例范围是一份化合物A混合30份硫双灭多威到13份化合物A混合一份硫双灭多威。特别优选的是将化合物A和硫双灭多威按1∶10至2∶1的比例混合在一起。
应该了解,其它比例的混合物也不应该排除。因为在某一地点或时间需要防治几种不同害虫时,可能需要增加或减少混合物中某一种或另一种成分的含量,以便除了因为混合物对其他存在的害虫的加合作用而获得防治效果之外,能有效地防治一种或多种特定的害虫。

Claims (3)

1、一种杀节肢动物组合物,其特征在于,包括(A)5-(氨基-3-氰基-1-(2,6-二氯-4-三氟甲苯基)-4-三氟甲基亚硫酰吡唑;(B)硫双灭多威,即N,N′-[硫双(甲亚胺基)羰氧基]双亚胺逐硫赶乙酸双甲酯;以及农药上可接受的稀释剂或载体;其中(A)和(B)的重量比为1∶30-13∶1。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,(A)和(B)的重量比为1∶10-2∶1。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的组合物的应用,其特征在于施用有效量的该组合物防治某处的节肢动物害虫。
