本发明涉及包含香芹酚的新型植物检疫组合、包含所述组合的组合物和试剂盒以及它们在农业领域中作为杀虫剂的用途。
背景技术
几种天然或合成来源的化学物质被用作植物保护产品,其中植物保护产品是指用于农业的化合物或组合物,用于至少部分杀死破坏栽培植物的寄生虫,例如真菌、病原昆虫等,以保护所述植物的健康并保证其生存。所述植物保护产品或植物检疫产品有时也被不恰当地命名为杀寄生虫剂、杀真菌剂、杀虫剂和杀生物剂。
香芹酚(Carvacrol)或2-甲基-5-异丙基苯酚,具有下式(I)
例如存在于牛至(Origanum spp.)和香薄荷(Satureja,Satureja spp.)的精油中,并且具有非常好的抗真菌和抗菌特性,同时对高等动物物种显示出有限的毒性。
与香芹酚相反,大多数显示出能够保护植物的杀虫活性的化合物对哺乳动物、鱼类、家禽或其他动物物种等高等动物也有一定的毒性,具有剂量依赖性。因此,对于可给予的植物保护产品有法律限制,例如每公顷的最大剂量,结果有时合法的量不足以实现有效的植物检疫行动。
除此之外,植物保护产品通常仅对小范围的寄生虫有效,例如仅对真菌或仅对昆虫或螨虫等有效。
因此,需要有可得的具有植物检疫作用的新产品,这些产品在保护多种植物方面真正有效,并且对辅助昆虫和传粉昆虫的毒性低。
此外,抗性真菌菌株和昆虫物种的出现,需要具有广谱的新作用机制(MoA),以将控制合法植物保护产品的有效性保持在令人满意的水平。
发明目的
本发明的一个目的是提供具有有效植物检疫作用的化合物的组合,其显著高于单一植物检疫剂的活性,同时减少对高等动物、辅助昆虫和传粉昆虫的健康以及环境的影响。
本发明的另一个目的是提供适用于将所述组合给予植物的组合物。
本发明的另一个目的是提供适用于制备和给予植物所述组合的试剂盒。
本发明的另一个目的是提供这种组合、组合物和试剂盒作为抗真菌和杀虫剂的用途。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,本发明的主题是具有植物检疫作用的组合,其包括香芹酚和至少一种选自以下的额外植物保护产品,并且可替代地由香芹酚和至少一种选自以下的额外植物保护产品组成:
a.去甲基化抑制剂,优选丙硫菌唑(prothioconazole);
b.醌外”抑制剂,优选嘧菌酯(azoxystrobin);
c.琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂,优选啶酰菌胺(boscalid);
d.线粒体水平的细胞呼吸抑制剂,优选氟啶胺(fluazinam);
e.具有多位点作用的杀菌剂,优选活性形式的铜,更优选氧氯化铜和硫;
f.寄生虫穿透到植物组织中的抑制剂,优选霜脲氰(cymoxanil);
g.有丝分裂和细胞分裂抑制剂,优选苯酰菌胺(zoxamide);
h.植物防御诱导剂,优选亚磷酸钾(或膦酸钾)、三乙膦酸铝和昆布多糖(laminarin);i.昆虫生长因子的抑制剂,优选印楝素(azadirachtin);和
j.钠通道的调节剂,优选λ-氯氟氰菊酯(cyhalothrin)。
“香芹酚”在本文中是指上述式(I)的化合物,无论是天然来源的(即通过从含有它的植物中提取获得的),还是通过合成产生的。术语“香芹酚”还包括含有香芹酚的植物提取物,例如从所述植物中提取的油;在这种情况下,本文所述的香芹酚的量总是指香芹酚,而不是提取物的量。
在本文中,“额外的植物保护产品”是指具有抗真菌和/或杀虫活性的另一种化合物。
“植物检疫行动”是指旨在保护植物免受寄生虫侵害的行动;优选组合的植物检疫作用是抗真菌和/或杀虫的。
根据优选实施方式,本发明的组合包括香芹酚和至少一种选自(a)、(d)、(e)、(f)、(g)、(h)、(i)和(j)的额外植物保护产品。
根据一个优选实施方式,本发明的组合包括香芹酚和丙硫菌唑,优选香芹酚/丙硫菌唑的重量比为40-1/1,更优选25-1/1,例如20-1/1。根据该实施方式,将优选较高的香芹酚/丙硫菌唑比率用于处理种子,而较低的比率用于处理植物叶片。
根据一个优选实施方式,本发明的组合包括香芹酚和氟啶胺,优选香芹酚/氟啶胺的重量比为51-1/1,更优选3-1/1,例如约2-1/1。

根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明的主题是一种获得植物检疫效果,特别是在农业领域获得抗真菌和/或杀虫效果的方法,包括将有效量的本发明的组合给予有需要的植物培养中。
根据一个实施方式,本发明的方法包括同时给予组合的组分。
根据该实施方式,例如可以在给予作物之前,将包含香芹酚的组合物与至少一种包含一种如上所定义的额外植物保护产品的组合物临时混合,并用水稀释该混合物。这种混合可以例如在合适的容器中进行,例如在桶中,通常植物保护产品在给予植物之前被稀释;进行稀释直到获得合适浓度的活性成分。众所周知,植物保护产品是以浓缩组合物销售的,在使用前必须进行稀释,通常在桶等容器中用水进行进行稀释。
然而,也可以在短时间内将组合的成分单独给予作物。
包含香芹酚的组合物和包含额外植物保护产品的组合物是已知的并且是市售的。

实验部分显示了申请人通过用水混合和稀释一种包含香芹酚的组合物和一种包含额外植物保护产品的组合物(在表中定义为“伴侣”)实现的一些测定。可以注意到,该组合导致获得协同效应,这一事实在某些情况下允许减少通常施加于作物的额外植物保护产品的剂量。
如上所述,这一结果代表了一种令人惊讶和意想不到的技术效果,它解决了减少获得植物检疫效果所需剂量的问题。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明的主题还包括一种试剂盒,其包括至少一种包含香芹酚的组合物和至少一种包括如上所定义的额外植物保护产品的组合物。
根据一个优选实施方式,本发明包括至少一种包含浓缩形式的香芹酚的组合物和至少一种包括浓缩形式的如上所定义的额外植物保护产品的组合物。
含有香芹酚和至少一种额外植物保护产品的试剂盒中的组合物旨在混合并在给予需要植物检疫处理的植物之前进行稀释。
术语“组合”在此包括香芹酚和至少一种额外植物保护产品的浓缩形式的混合物和所述稀释形式的混合物,优选用水稀释。
除了上述定义的组合物之外,本发明的试剂盒还可以包含说明如何将本发明的组合混合、稀释和给予植物的说明书。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明的主题也是包含本发明的组合和一种或多种常规赋形剂例如溶剂;稀释剂;表面活性剂;稳定剂;着色剂;植物渗透剂;pH调节剂,如有机酸或无机酸、抗起泡剂、增稠剂、抗漂移剂等的组合物。
本领域技术人员完全能够选择最合适的赋形剂,以将本发明的每种组合配制成对储存稳定并且能够以合适的方式给予植物的组合物。
本发明的组合物是根据本领域已知的常规方法制备的,例如通过将组分和赋形剂混合一段方便的时间。优选地,然后将本发明的组合物包装在合适的多剂量或单剂量容器中。
对于给药,一旦本发明的组合和组合物如本领域技术人员所知被稀释,就用于处理(叶面喷雾、对土壤的灌溉施肥处理)有需要的植物,或通过精确和局部给予种子。
根据本发明的另一个方面,本发明的主题是本发明的组合、试剂盒和组合物作为植物检疫剂,特别是作为抗真菌和/或杀虫剂在农业领域中的用途。例如,本发明的组合、组合物和试剂盒可作为抗寄生虫剂,特别是抗真菌和/或杀虫剂,用于草本和乔木植物,例如玉米、苹果、小麦、葡萄藤、番茄、茄子等。
根据一个优选实施方式,本发明的主题是本发明的组合、组合物和试剂盒用于预防或治疗多种真菌感染的用途,例如但不限于卵菌门、子囊菌(Aschomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota),例如腐霉属(Pythium)、苹果黑星菌(V.inaequilis)、小麦隐匿柄锈菌(P.recondita)、葡萄霜霉病菌(P.viticola)、致病疫霉(P.infestans)的感染。
根据一个优选实施方式,本发明的主题是本发明的组合、组合物和试剂盒作为杀虫剂用于杀死多种植物害虫的用途,包括但不限于半翅目、鳞翅目,例如车前草蚜(D.plantaginea)和棉铃虫(H.armigera)。
根据一个实施方式,香芹酚和去甲基化抑制剂,优选丙硫菌唑的组合,特别适用于处理谷物,例如但不限于水稻、玉米和小麦。
根据一个实施方式,香芹酚和“醌外”抑制剂,优选嘧菌酯的组合,特别适用于处理茄科(solanaceae),例如但不限于茄子、番茄、辣椒和马铃薯。
根据一个实施方式,香芹酚和多作用杀真菌剂,优选活性形式的铜,更优选氧氯化铜的组合,在葡萄藤的处理中特别有用。
根据一个实施方式,香芹酚和生长因子抑制剂,优选印楝素的组合在处理园艺植物中特别有用。

实验部分

从结果中可以推断,与本发明香芹酚的组合显示出非常令人感兴趣的协同作用(表1)。在一些情况下,已经测定了具有显著较低剂量的额外植物保护产品(伴侣)的组合(表2),并且还观察到了对病原体的良好效果。
300克/升香芹酚EC+240克/升苯酰菌胺SC的组合也已在葡萄藤栽培上进行了测试,并且在这种情况下也观察到了非常有趣的结果。
因此,本发明的组合被证明特别可用作植物检疫剂,特别是用作抗真菌和/或杀虫农业剂。
Claims (11)
1.一种具有植物检疫活性,优选抗真菌和杀虫的组合,包括香芹酚和至少一种选自以下的额外植物保护产品:
a.去甲基化抑制剂,优选丙硫菌唑;
b.“醌外”抑制剂,优选嘧菌酯;
c.琥珀酸脱氢酶抑制剂,优选啶酰菌胺;
d.线粒体水平的细胞呼吸抑制剂,优选氟啶胺;
e.具有多位点作用的杀菌剂,优选活性形式的铜,更优选氧氯化铜和硫;
f.寄生虫穿透到植物组织中的抑制剂,优选霜脲氰;
g.有丝分裂和细胞分裂抑制剂,优选苯酰菌胺;
h.植物防御诱导剂,优选亚磷酸钾、三乙膦酸铝和昆布多糖;
i.昆虫生长因子的抑制剂,优选印楝素;和
j.钠通道的调节剂,优选λ-氯氟氰菊酯。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合,其特征在于,包括香芹酚和一种选自(a)、(d)、(e)、(f)、(g)、(h)、(i)、(j)及其混合物的植物保护产品。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的组合,其特征在于,其选自:
包括香芹酚和丙硫菌唑的组合,优选香芹酚/丙硫菌唑的重量比为40-1/1,更优选25-1/1,例如约20-1/1;
包括香芹酚和氟啶胺的组合,优选香芹酚/氟啶胺的重量比为5-1/1,更优选3-1/1,例如约2-1/1;
包括香芹酚和霜脲氰的组合,优选香芹酚/霜脲氰的重量比为10-1/1,更优选8-1/1,例如约5-2/1;
包括香芹酚和苯酰菌胺的组合,优选香芹酚/苯酰菌胺的重量比为10-1/1,更优选8-1/1,例如约5-2/1;
包括香芹酚和亚磷酸盐的组合,优选亚磷酸钾,优选香芹酚/亚磷酸钾的重量比为1/10-1,更优选1/8-1,例如约1/6-4;
包括香芹酚和铜的组合,优选以氧氯化铜形式,优选香芹酚/铜的重量比为1/10-1,更优选1/8-1,例如约1/4-1;
包括香芹酚和铜的组合,优选以氧氯化铜形式,优选香芹酚/铜的重量比为10-1/1,更优选5-1/1,例如约4-1/1;
包括香芹酚和印楝素的组合,优选香芹酚/印楝素的重量比为20-1/1,更优选15-2/1,例如约10-3/1;
包括香芹酚和λ-氯氟氰菊酯的组合,优选香芹酚/λ-氯氟氰菊酯的重量比为550-40/1,更优选400-50/1,例如约300-60/1;
包括香芹酚和昆布多糖的组合,优选香芹酚/昆布多糖的重量比为15-1/1,更优选10-3/1,例如约6-7/1;和
包括香芹酚和硫的组合,优选香芹酚/硫的重量比为1-0.1/1,更优选0.5-0.1/1,例如约0.3-0.2/1。
4.如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的组合,其特征在于,所述组合包含香芹酚一种额外植物保护产品,所述植物保护产品选自丙硫菌唑;霜脲氰;铜,优选为氧氯化铜的形式;λ-氯氟氰菊酯;印楝素及其混合物。
5.一种获得植物检疫效果,优选在农业领域获得植物检疫,优选抗真菌和/或杀虫效果的方法,包括向需要的植物培养给予有效量的权利要求1-4中任一项的组合。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括将包含香芹酚的组合物和至少一种包含额外植物保护产品的组合物混合并稀释,优选用水稀释,并将有效量的所得液体混合物给予有需要的植物栽培。
7.一种抗真菌和/或杀虫组合物,其包含根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的组合和至少一种常规赋形剂。
8.如权利要求1-4中任一项所述的组合作为植物检疫剂,优选作为抗真菌和/或杀虫农业剂的用途。
9.一种试剂盒,其包含包含香芹酚的组合物和至少一种包含如权利要求1所述的额外植物保护产品的组合物。
10.如权利要求9所述的试剂盒作为植物检疫剂,优选作为抗真菌和/或杀虫农业剂的用途。
11.如权利要求10所述的用途,用于对抗由卵菌门、子囊菌门、担子菌门和半翅目、鳞翅目的侵扰引起的感染。
