本发明涉及一种有机化合物的制备方法,确切讲本发明是一种异硫氰酸2,6-二甲基苯酯的制备方法。
背景技术
异硫氰酸2,6-二甲基苯酯的结构式如式1示,异硫氰酸2,6-二甲基苯酯及其衍生物的用途及其广泛,他们可以作为农药和医药的合成中间体,用于合成多种类型的杂环化合物,而这些杂环化合物大多数具有生物活性,如在农药上用作抗菌、杀虫剂、除草剂等;在医药上用于抗菌消炎以及癌症等疾病的治疗。

本发明合成的异硫氰酸2,6-二甲基苯酯是兽用镇静麻醉药静松灵的中间体。通常采用的方法有:硝酸铅法,参见甘肃兽医研究所.兽医科技资料1977,2:6~22;光气法参见H.盖尔曼,A.勃拉特编:有机合成第一集,361页和金属离子氧化法参见甘肃兽医研究所.兽医科技资料1977,2:6~22。规模化生产通常采用硝酸铅法,但是由于这种方法需要使用危害人体健康的重金属铅,存在污染环境的问题,使其应用受到一定限制。光气法生产中需要使用光气,光气是一种无色剧毒气体,又名氧氯化碳、碳酰氯、氯代甲酰氯等。是无色或略带黄色的剧毒气体,具有强烈刺激性气味,德国纳粹曾在二战中使用光气杀害俘虏和犹太人,使用光气生产异硫氰酸2,6-二甲基苯酯具有相当大的危险。现有的金属离子氧化法虽然污染小,安全度高,但是收率低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可克服现有技术不足的,具有方法简单,收率高的异硫氰酸2,6-二甲基苯酯的制备方法。
本发明的异硫氰酸2,6-二甲基苯酯制备方法是将2,6-二甲基苯胺基硫羟羰甲酸胺溶于水中,在搅拌条件下加入浓度为1g/20ml的溴氯海因水溶液,反应完成后滤去沉淀,得到液态的产物。

用本发明的方法制备异硫氰酸2,6-二甲基苯酯既不使用有害的重金属,也不需要剧毒的光气,同时具有产物收率高的优点。
具体实施方式
将160g 2.6-二甲基苯胺基硫羟羰甲酸胺溶于800ml水中,边搅拌边加入溴氯海因溶液100ml(5g→100ml),30分钟内加完,出现黄色沉淀和黄色油状物,并散发出特有的气味,滤去沉淀,用分液漏斗分离油水混合物得到浅黄色油状物85.1g,nD 201.620,即异硫氰酸2,6-二甲基苯酯。

1.异硫氰酸2,6-二甲基苯酯的制备方法,其特征在于将2,6-二甲基苯胺基硫羟羰甲酸胺溶于水中,在搅拌条件下加入浓度为1g/20ml的溴氯海因水溶液,反应完成后滤去沉淀,得到液态的产物。
