印刷版
技术领域
在平版印刷中使用由上下排列的层组成的印刷版。这些层具有不同的目的,例如热绝缘和在加图过程中吸收辐射。该印刷版是通过根据图片信息入射的能量例如借助激光进行加图的。由此使印刷版表面结构化为亲水(疏油)区和疏水(亲油)区。 
背景技术
一个问题是,吸收层的能量消耗受温度限制,在此温度下会损坏或破坏该层。 
为了解决该问题,DE102004007600A1建议了一种具有特殊层结构的印刷版。通过所述层结构应当使加图所需的辐射能最小化。所述层结构包括由二氧化钛组成的覆盖层或信息层、由钛或钼以及由碳、氮和氧组成的吸收层。此外,其还包括由钛或钼组成的缓冲层、由聚酰亚胺组成的绝缘层和由铝组成的支撑层。 
缺点是,由钛或二氧化钛组成的层的稳定性不足。在重复加图时该层发生变化,这尤其是导致吸收性能的改变。在多次加图循环和印刷循环之后,一部分较早的印刷图像即所谓的“记忆”被视作干扰效果。 
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是,提供一种适合于对印刷版进行多次重复加图的印刷版。 
该目的是通过具有权利要求1的特征的印刷版实现的。根据本发明的印刷版包括粘着层、中间层和覆盖层,其中覆盖层含有氮化硅。 
该印刷版具有对于其多次加图有利的前提条件。 
在从属权利要求中述及了根据本发明的印刷版的优选的实施方案。 
在一个实施方案中,覆盖层是纳米结构化的。 
在另一个实施方案中,将另一种氮化物的颗粒嵌入氮化硅中。 
在另一个实施方案中,颗粒的最大外径在3nm至10nm的范围内。 
在另一个实施方案中,覆盖层含有氮化钛铝。 
在另一个实施方案中,覆盖层含有氮化铝铬。 
在另一个实施方案中,中间层是以柱状结构化的。 
在另一个实施方案中,中间层含有氮化钛铝。 
在另一个实施方案中,粘着层含有氮化钛。 
在另一个实施方案中,粘着层含有氮化钛铬(Titan-Chromnitrid)、钛-氮化钛或铬-氮化铬。 
本发明还涉及印刷机,其包括根据本发明或者根据一个实施方案构成的印刷版。

具体实施方式
在图1中区段性地显示了印刷机1。该区段显示了用于平版印刷或石版印刷的印刷版1。该印刷版1包括覆盖层2、中间层3和粘着层4。没有显示出施加在覆盖层2上的两性分子层。在加图过程中,根据图像信息借助激光通过加热局部去除两性分子。然后,露出的覆盖层2和残留的两性分子形成印刷版1的疏水(亲油)的印刷区和亲水(疏油)的非印刷区。印刷区吸收印刷油墨,非印刷区吸收潮湿剂。覆盖层2因此是信息层,其确定印刷版1的图像信息。 
覆盖层2的厚度为0.5μm至5.0μm,优选为0.5μm至1.5μm,并且是纳米结构化的层。覆盖层2包括由氮化硅(Si3N4)组成的非晶态基体5和嵌入其中的由氮化钛铝(TiAlN或AlTiN)或氮化铝铬(Aluminiumchromnitrit,AlCrN)组成的颗粒6。在百分比例Al/Ti>1时,氮化钛铝也称作氮化铝钛。基体5的结构尺寸为1nm至3nm,纳米结晶的颗粒6的粒径为3nm至10nm。含有氮化钛铝的(覆盖层)是优选的,其确保极高的耐热性、抗氧化性、撕裂不敏感性和低反射性(良好的吸收性)。 
中间层3在所示的优选的3层系统的情况下形成中间的层,其厚度在0至4.5μm的范围内,优选在2μm至3.5μm的范围内。若厚度为“0”,则意味着在此情况下不存在中间层3。该中间层3可以由钇稳定化的氧化锆、氮化铝铬(AlCrN)或由氮化铝钛铬(AlTiCrN)组成。优选为由氮化钛铝(TiAlN或AlTiN)组成的中间层3,其通过其柱状物质结构区别于由颗粒状氮化钛铝组成的覆盖层2。含有TiAlN或AlTiN的中间层3非常坚韧,并且具有导热性差的层结构,因此是良好的热绝缘材料。 
粘着层4用于将所示的3层系统粘着在同样属于印刷版1但是未示出的支撑层上。支撑层可以在例如由铝、特种钢或钛组成的板材、套管或带材上形成,或者由这些材料组成。通过支撑层还可以形成滚筒的圆周面,粘着层4粘着在该圆周面上。粘着层4的厚度为0.10μm至0.25μm,优选约为0.2μm,并且由氮化钛(TiN)组成,例如由梯度层钛-氮化钛(Ti-TiN)组成,或者由梯度层铬-氮化铬(Cr-CrN)或由氮化钛铬(TiCrN)组成。优选为TiN。由覆盖层2、中间层3和粘着层4组成的3层系统例如可以商标名

购自德国Ettlingen的Eifeler Süd-Coating有限公司。该公司通常利用3层系统涂覆切削刀具,例如钻头,即与本发明无关的物品。通过利用该3层系统 涂覆印刷版1的例如作为铝板形成的支撑层,可以生产印刷版1。可以通过物理气相沉积(PVD),尤其是电弧离子蒸镀(Arc-PVD)涂覆覆盖层2、中间层3和粘着层4。 
根据本发明的印刷版1高至1000℃是耐高温的。 
改变的方案可以包括将覆盖层2细分或拆分成多个此类的层和/或将中间层3细分或拆分成多个此类的层。 
此外,用另一个层将覆盖层2覆盖也是可以想象的,因而覆盖层2就不再是覆盖层了。所述另一个层可以包含一种或多种金属、金属氮化物、金属氧化物或金属氧氮化物。 
另一个改变的方案包括,使一个或多个亚层(覆盖层2、中间层3、粘着层4)梯度化,即其百分比组织成份以分级或无级的方式改变。

3.根据权利要求1的印刷版,其中,将另一种氮化物的颗粒(6)嵌入氮化硅中。
4.根据权利要求3的印刷版,其中,颗粒(6)的最大外径在3nm至10nm的范围内。
5.根据权利要求1的印刷版,其中,覆盖层(2)在颗粒(6)中具有氮化钛铝或氮化铝钛。
6.根据权利要求1的印刷版,其中,覆盖层(2)含有氮化铝铬。
7.根据权利要求1的印刷版,其中,中间层(3)是以柱状结构化的。
8.根据权利要求1的印刷版,其中,中间层(3)含有氮化钛铝或氮化铝钛。
9.根据权利要求1的印刷版,其中,中间层(3)含有钇稳定化的氧化锆、氮化铝铬或氮化铝钛铬。
10.根据权利要求1的印刷版,其中,粘着层(4)含有氮化钛。
11.根据权利要求1的印刷版,其中,粘着层(4)含有氮化钛铬、钛-氮化钛或铬-氮化铬。
12.印刷机(7),其包括根据权利要求1至11之一形成的印刷版(1)。
