Abstract

本发明公开了一种容量可调式液体灌装机构，包括机架(10)、液体输入装置(30)、液体推送装置(31)、阀门转接装置(32)，该液体推送装置包括缸筒(13)、活塞(23)，所述液体推送装置的活塞外端与连接杆(14)相连，该连接杆通过带有螺母(19)的导块(6)与送料丝杆(15)相连，所述送料丝杆通过中间输送组件与推送电机(7)相连。本发明利用推送电机带动中间输送组件使送料丝杆旋转，从而使带有螺母的导块及连接杆推进，带动活塞将缸筒与阀体内的液体从阀体的出口推出。至于推送液体的容量调节则可通过推送电机的转速、时间(即连接杆的行程)的多少来实现，其工作稳定、调节精度高，从而提高了包装精度和包装成品率，保证了包装机正常的运行速度和包装质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装机械，具体是涉及一种液体灌装机构。
技术背景
目前，四边封袋(原三边已封好，只需对开启的上开口一边进行热封)、自立袋、拉链袋等包装袋在液体灌装过程中，是通过气缸推动活塞方式进行给袋包装，其存在气压不稳定、灌装精度差的问题，减低了包装精度和成品率，严重影响包装机的运行速度和包装质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足，而提供一种能对包装容量进行自动调节、工作稳定的容量可调式液体灌装机构。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现：容量可调式液体灌装机构，包括机架、液体输入装置、液体推送装置、阀门转接装置，该液体推送装置包括缸筒、活塞，所述液体推送装置的活塞外端与连接杆相连，该连接杆通过带有螺母的导块与送料丝杆相连，所述送料丝杆通过中间输送组件与送料电机相连。
采用本发明后，利用推送电机工作，带动中间输送组件使送料丝杆旋转，从而使带有螺母的导块及连接杆推进，进而带动活塞将缸筒与阀体内的液体从阀体的出口推出。至于推送液体的容量调节则可通过推送电机的转速、时间(即连接杆的行程)的多少来实现，其工作稳定、调节精度高，从而提高了包装精度和包装成品率，保证了包装机正常的运行速度和包装质量。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2，本发明应用于给袋式包装机的容量可调式液体灌装机构，包括机架10、液体输入装置30、液体推送装置31、阀门转接装置32，该液体推送装置31包括缸筒13、活塞23，所述液体推送装置31的活塞23外端(通过关节轴承24)与连接杆14相连，该连接杆14通过带有螺母19的导块6与送料丝杆15相连，所述送料丝杆15通过中间输送组件(包括相互啮合的装在送料丝杆上的丝杆齿轮17与装在推送电机轴上的电机齿轮29)与推送电机7相连。
其中，所述推送电机7通过后支座20装在机架10上，所述送料丝杆15通过前支座16装在机架10上。液体输入装置30包括搅拌电机1、联轴套2、料桶3、搅拌叶子4、转轴28、联接环5等部件。所述阀门转接装置32包括阀体11、支承盖21(为左右两件)、旋转阀芯22、连杆26、气缸12等部件，旋转阀芯22装在阀体11内，旋转阀芯22通过连杆26与气缸12相连，旋转阀芯22与连杆26之间由箍紧块25连接；气缸12通过支撑座27装在机架10上，阀门转接装置32通过软管9、加料头8与该给袋式包装机上的包装袋对接。所述液体输入装置30的料桶3通过联接环5与阀门转接装置32的阀体11相连接。所述阀门转接装置32的阀体11与液体推送装置31的缸筒13相连通。所述推送电机7(为伺服电机)、中间输送组件、送料丝杆15、带有螺母19的导块6、连接杆14、关节轴承24、活塞23、缸筒13等部件构成液体推送装置31。
本发明的工作原理是：首先，在液体输入装置30的料桶3内加入所要加料的液体，并由搅拌电机1带动转轴28及搅拌叶子4对该液体进行搅拌。接着，阀门转接装置32的气缸12启动，带动连杆26使旋转阀芯22在阀体11内旋转，并使料桶内的液体进入到阀体与缸筒内，此时旋转阀芯正好挡住了阀体的出口。当需要推送液体时，阀门转接装置32的气缸12反向启动，带动连杆26使旋转阀芯22反向旋转而挡住料桶的出口、打开阀体的出口，然后液体推送装置31的推送电机7工作，带动中间输送组件使送料丝杆15旋转，从而使带有螺母19的导块6及连接杆14向前推进，进而带动活塞将缸筒与阀体内的液体从阀体的出口推出，并通过软管、加料头加入到给袋式包装机上的包装袋中。至于推送液体的容量多少的调节则可通过推送电机的转速、时间(即连接杆的行程)的多少来实现。

1.容量可调式液体灌装机构，包括机架(10)、液体输入装置(30)、液体推送装置(31)、阀门转接装置(32)，该液体推送装置(31)包括缸筒(13)、活塞(23)，其特征在于：所述液体推送装置(31)的活塞(23)外端与连接杆(14)相连，该连接杆(14)通过带有螺母(19)的导块(6)与送料丝杆(15)相连，所述送料丝杆(15)通过中间输送组件与推送电机(7)相连；所述阀门转接装置(32)包括阀体(11)、支承盖(21)、旋转阀芯(22)、连杆(26)、气缸(12)，旋转阀芯(22)装在阀体(11)内，旋转阀芯(22)通过连杆(26)与气缸(12)相连，旋转阀芯(22)与连杆(26)之间由箍紧块(25)连接；所述液体输入装置(30)的料桶(3)通过联接环(5)与阀门转接装置(32)的阀体(11)相连接。
