聚氯乙烯防水卷材,按质量份计包括:聚氯乙烯100~150份,轻质碳酸钙20~30份,硅酸镁1~5份,环氧丙烷甘油聚醚20~30份,氯化石蜡5~8份,环氧稳定剂1~5份。本发明对现有的防水卷材成份进行改进,提供的防水卷材拉伸强度为6~7MPa,耐热温度达到90~100℃,酸碱服饰条件下不起皮不脱落,适用于电梯轿厢的包覆材料。

聚氯乙烯防水卷材
技术领域
本发明属于防水材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚氯乙烯防水卷材。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯本色为微黄色半透明状,有光泽。透明度胜于聚乙烯、聚丙烯,差于聚苯乙烯,随助剂用量不同,分为软、硬聚氯乙烯,软制品柔而韧,手感粘,硬制品的硬度高于低密度聚乙烯,而低于聚丙烯,在屈折处会出现白化现象。常见制品:板材、管材、鞋底、玩具、门窗、电线外皮、文具等。是一种使用一个氯原子取代聚乙烯中的一个氢原子的高分子材料。
聚氯乙烯简称PVC,由氯乙烯在引发剂作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂。是氯乙烯的均聚物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称为氯乙烯树脂。PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小。工业生产的PVC分子量一般在5万~12万范围内,具有较大的多分散性,分子量随聚合温度的降低而增加;无固定熔点,80~85℃开始软化,130℃变为粘弹态,160~180℃开始转变为粘流态;有较好的机械性能,抗张强度60MPa左右,冲击强度5~10kJ/m2;有优异的介电性能。但对光和热的稳定性差,在100℃以上或经长时间阳光曝晒,就会分解而产生氯化氢,并进一步自动催化分解,引起变色,物理机械性能也迅速下降,在实际应用中必须加入稳定剂以提高对热和光的稳定性。PVC很坚硬,溶解性也很差,只能溶于环己酮、二氯乙烷和四氢呋喃等少数溶剂中,对有机和无机酸、碱、盐均稳定,化学稳定性随使用温度的升高而降低。PVC溶解在丙酮-二硫化碳或丙酮-苯混合溶剂中,用于干法纺丝或湿法纺丝而成纤维,称氯纶。具有难燃、耐酸碱、抗微生物、耐磨并具有较好的保暖性和弹性。
发明内容
解决的技术问题: 本发明对现有的防水卷材成份进行改进,提供了一种拉伸强度好,耐热耐腐蚀的防水卷材,适用于电梯轿厢的包覆材料。
技术方案:聚氯乙烯防水卷材,按质量份计包括:聚氯乙烯100~150份,轻质碳酸钙 20~30份,硅酸镁 1~5份,环氧丙烷甘油聚醚20~30份,氯化石蜡 5~8份,环氧稳定剂 1~5份。
优选方案1:所述聚氯乙烯120份,轻质碳酸钙 20份,硅酸镁3份,环氧丙烷甘油聚醚25份,氯化石蜡8份,环氧稳定剂 3份。
优选方案2:所述聚氯乙烯150份,轻质碳酸钙 30份,硅酸镁 1份,环氧丙烷甘油聚醚20份,氯化石蜡 5份,环氧稳定剂 1份。
有益效果:本发明对现有的防水卷材成份进行改进,提供的防水卷材拉伸强度为6~7MPa,耐热温度达到90~100℃,酸碱服饰条件下不起皮不脱落,适用于电梯轿厢的包覆材料。

实施例1:
聚氯乙烯防水卷材,按质量份计包括:聚氯乙烯120份,轻质碳酸钙 20份,硅酸镁3份,环氧丙烷甘油聚醚25份,氯化石蜡8份,环氧稳定剂 3份。
该防水卷材拉伸强度为7MPa,耐热温度达到90℃,酸碱服饰条件下不起皮不脱落,适用于电梯轿厢的包覆材料。
实施例2
聚氯乙烯防水卷材,按质量份计包括:所述聚氯乙烯150份,轻质碳酸钙 30份,硅酸镁 1份,环氧丙烷甘油聚醚20份,氯化石蜡 5份,环氧稳定剂 1份。
该防水卷材拉伸强度为6MPa,耐热温度达到100℃,酸碱服饰条件下不起皮不脱落,适用于电梯轿厢的包覆材料。

1.聚氯乙烯防水卷材,其特征在于按质量份计包括:聚氯乙烯100~150份,轻质碳酸钙 20~30份,硅酸镁 1~5份,环氧丙烷甘油聚醚20~30份,氯化石蜡 5~8份,环氧稳定剂 1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚氯乙烯防水卷材,其特征在于所述聚氯乙烯120份,轻质碳酸钙 20份,硅酸镁3份,环氧丙烷甘油聚醚25份,氯化石蜡8份,环氧稳定剂 3份。
