Abstract
本发明所述一种环保PVC膜及其制备方法,按照质量比,包括:PVC 80‑90,DOP 40‑45,碳酸钙2‑5,稳定剂2‑3,大豆油5‑10,TiO2 0.5‑2和颜料0.2‑0.4,对以上配比的物质进行配料,然后对其以1300‑1400转/min的转速搅拌均匀;经过密炼和精炼工序,其中,密炼温度140‑150℃,密炼时间4‑5min,精炼温度160‑170℃,6‑7min。降温至150‑160℃下挤出过滤经压延和温炼后冷却定型和切边环保无污染,通过该配比制备的产品经久耐用,使用寿命长。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于PVC膜技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种环保PVC膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯,英文简称PVC(Polyvinyl chloride polymer=PVC分子结构),是由氯乙烯在引发剂作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂,是氯乙烯的均聚物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称之为氯乙烯树脂。PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小。工业生产的PVC分子量一般在5万~12万范围内,具有较大的多分散性,分子量随聚合温度的降低而增加;无固定熔点,80~85℃开始软化,130℃变为粘弹态,160~180℃开始转变为粘流态;有较好的机械性能,抗张强度60MPa左右,冲击强度5~10kJ/m2。
PVC为微黄色半透明状,有光泽,透明度胜于聚乙烯、聚丙烯,差于聚苯乙烯,随助剂用量不同,分为软、硬聚氯乙烯,软制品柔而韧,手感粘,因此PVC膜被广泛应用于各个行业。
但是,现有的PVC膜使用寿命有限,尤其是低温和高温环境。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种环保PVC膜及其制备方法,具有环保无污染的特点,而且稳定性好,经久耐用,寿命长。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种环保PVC膜,按照质量比,包括:PVC 80-90,DOP 40-45,碳酸钙2-5,稳定剂2-3,大豆油5-10,TiO2 0.5-2,颜料0.2-0.4。
进一步,还包括所述PVC质量分数0.5-1%的石墨烯。
进一步,还加入所述PVC质量分数0.5~1%的蛋白质粉。
进一步,还加入所述PVC质量分数2~4%的尿素。
进一步,还加入所述PVC质量分数0.2~0.4%的羟丙基甲基纤维素。
进一步,还加入所述PVC质量分数1~2%的低秒硝化棉。
进一步,还加入所述PVC质量分数3~4%的儿茶酚。
一种环保PVC膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)对以上配比的物质进行配料,然后对其以1300-1400转/min的转速搅拌均匀;
2)经过密炼和精炼工序,其中,密炼温度140-150℃,密炼时间4-5min,精炼温度160-170℃,6-7min。
3)降温至150-160℃下挤出过滤经压延和温炼后冷却定型和切边。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述一种环保PVC膜及其制备方法,按照质量比,包括:PVC80-90,DOP 40-45,碳酸钙2-5,稳定剂2-3,大豆油5-10,TiO2 0.5-2和颜料0.2-0.4,环保无污染,通过该配比制备的产品经久耐用,使用寿命长。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明所述一种环保PVC膜,按照质量比,包括:PVC 85份,DOP 42份,碳酸钙3份,稳定剂2.5份,大豆油6份,TiO2 1份和颜料0.3份,还包括PVC质量分数0.6%的石墨烯,0.7%的蛋白质粉,2.5%的尿素,0.3%的羟丙基甲基纤维素,1.5%的低秒硝化棉,3.5%的儿茶酚。
石墨烯具有超高的表面硬度,当在PVC膜中平均分布时,可以提供产品表面超高耐磨性。
蛋白质粉具有气吸湿传导性,可赋予其透气吸湿的功能。
尿素具有阻燃的作用,羟丙基甲基纤维素具有pH稳定性、保水性、尺寸稳定性、以及广泛的耐酶性、增稠性和粘结性等特点,低秒硝化棉使PVC膜的硬度与柔韧性取得了很好的平衡,儿茶酚提高PVC膜的稳定性。
一种环保PVC膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)对以上配比的物质进行配料,然后对其以1300-1400转/min的转速搅拌均匀;
2)经过密炼和精炼工序,其中,密炼温度140-150℃,密炼时间4-5min,精炼温度160-170℃,6-7min。
3)降温至150-160℃下挤出过滤经压延和温炼后冷却定型和切边。
对得到的环保PVC膜进行性能测试,其结果如下:

Claims (8)
1.一种环保PVC膜,其特征在于,按照质量比,包括:PVC 80-90,DOP40-45,碳酸钙2-5,稳定剂2-3,大豆油5-10,TiO2 0.5-2,颜料0.2-0.4。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种环保PVC膜,其特征在于,还包括所述PVC质量分数0.5-1%的石墨烯。
3.根据权利要求2所述一种环保PVC膜,其特征在于,还加入所述PVC质量分数0.5~1%的蛋白质粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种环保PVC膜,其特征在于,还加入所述PVC质量分数2~4%的尿素。
5.根据权利要求4所述一种环保PVC膜,其特征在于,还加入所述PVC质量分数0.2~0.4%的羟丙基甲基纤维素。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种环保PVC膜,其特征在于,还加入所述PVC质量分数1~2%的低秒硝化棉。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种环保PVC膜,其特征在于,还加入所述PVC质量分数3~4%的儿茶酚。
8.一种环保PVC膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)对以上配比的物质进行配料,然后对其以1300-1400转/min的转速搅拌均匀;
2)经过密炼和精炼工序,其中,密炼温度140-150℃,密炼时间4-5min,精炼温度160-170℃,6-7min。
3)降温至150-160℃下挤出过滤经压延和温炼后冷却定型和切边。
