Abstract
本发明提供了一种塑料保鲜膜的制备方法,称取50份‑80份的聚乙烯、10份‑20份乙烯‑醋酸乙烯共聚物、5份‑10份增塑剂,1份‑5份抗氧剂,然后放入双螺杆挤出机挤出线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜,在线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜上方固化UV涂层,在线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜下方粘接抗静电涂层。本发明延展性能好,抗静电能力强。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料生产工艺领域,具体是一种塑料保鲜膜的制备方法。
背景技术
塑料是以单体为原料,通过加聚或缩聚反应聚合而成的高分子化合物(macromolecules),俗称塑料(plastics)或树脂(resin),可以自由改变成分及形体样式,由合成树脂及填料、增塑剂、稳定剂、润滑剂、色料等添加剂组成。
塑料的主要成分是树脂。树脂这一名词最初是由动植物分泌出的脂质而得名,如松香、虫胶等,树脂是指尚未和各种添加剂混合的高分子化合物。树脂约占塑料总重量的40%~100%。塑料的基本性能主要决定于树脂的本性,但添加剂也起着重要作用。有些塑料基本上是由合成树脂所组成,不含或少含添加剂,如有机玻璃、聚苯乙烯等。
包装膜中的聚乙烯膜简称PE膜,由乙烯聚合而得到的热塑性高分子聚合物,聚乙
烯薄膜无色、无味、无毒,呈半透明状。聚乙烯膜具有优良的介电性和耐潮性,在低温时能保持柔软性和化学稳定性。普通的聚乙烯膜,包括外层、中层和内层,所述内层为离子聚合物层,外层和中层为聚乙烯层,所述外层、中层和内层共挤复合连接。普通的聚乙烯膜具有良好的耐化学性、耐油脂性,但其延展性较差,且容易产生静电。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种塑料保鲜膜的制备方法,延展性能好,抗静电能力强。
本发明包括以下步骤:
1)称取50份-80份的聚乙烯、10份-20份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、5份-10份增塑剂,1份-5份抗氧剂;
2)放入双螺杆挤出机挤出线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜;
3)在线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜上方固化UV涂层;
4)在线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜下方粘接抗静电涂层。
进一步改进,所述的聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物采用新料加再生料组合,所述再生料不超过新料质量的三分之一。
本发明有益效果在于:延展性能好,抗静电能力强。

下面对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明包括以下步骤:
1)称取50份-80份的聚乙烯、10份-20份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、5份-10份增塑剂,1份-5份抗氧剂;
2)放入双螺杆挤出机挤出线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜;
3)在线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜上方固化UV涂层;
4)在线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜下方粘接抗静电涂层。
进一步改进,所述的聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物采用新料加再生料组合,所述再生料不超过新料质量的三分之一。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种塑料保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)称取50份-80份的聚乙烯、10份-20份乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物、5份-10份增塑剂,1份-5份抗氧剂;
2)放入双螺杆挤出机挤出线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜;
3)在线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜上方固化UV涂层;
4)在线性低密度聚乙烯薄膜下方粘接抗静电涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料保鲜膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的聚乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物采用新料加再生料组合,所述再生料不超过新料质量的三分之一。
