本发明公开了一种强抗张PVC绝缘护套料,按重量份包括以下组份:PVC粉450份,高岭土45份,活性碳酸钙180份,增塑剂270份,稳定剂27份,PE蜡1.8份,氯化聚乙烯13.5份,改质剂6.8份,黑烟4.5份。本发明的强抗张PVC绝缘护套料成本低,本配方护套料能达伸长率≥300%,断裂抗张强度≥2kg/mm2;改质剂及填充搭配比例为黄金比例,伸长率与抗张强度能同时达到最大值,增减都将影响此两性能平衡,顾此失彼;环保无毒,可用于制作3岁以下的玩具,符合国际ROHS、2005/84/EC、REACH、PAHs、EN71‑3等玩具法规环保要求。

Description

一种强抗张PVC绝缘护套料
技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其涉及一种强抗张PVC绝缘护套料。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯,英文简称PVC(Polyvinyl chloride),是氯乙烯单体(vinyl chloridemonomer,简称VCM)在过氧化物、偶氮化合物等引发剂;或在光、热作用下按自由基聚合反应机理聚合而成的聚合物。氯乙烯均聚物和氯乙烯共聚物统称之为氯乙烯树脂。
PVC为无定形结构的白色粉末,支化度较小,相对密度1.4左右,玻璃化温度77~90℃,170℃左右开始分解,对光和热的稳定性差,在100℃以上或经长时间阳光曝晒,就会分解而产生氯化氢,并进一步自动催化分解,引起变色,物理机械性能也迅速下降,在实际应用中必须加入稳定剂以提高对热和光的稳定性。
工业生产的PVC分子量一般在5万~11万范围内,具有较大的多分散性,分子量随聚合温度的降低而增加;无固定熔点,80~85℃开始软化,130℃变为粘弹态,160~180℃开始转变为粘流态;有较好的机械性能,抗张强度60MPa左右,冲击强度5~10kJ/m2;有优异的介电性能。
PVC曾是世界上产量最大的通用塑料,应用非常广泛。在建筑材料、工业制品、日用品、地板革、地板砖、人造革、管材、电线电缆、包装膜、瓶、发泡材料、密封材料、纤维等方面均有广泛应用。
目前,普通安规PVC绝缘护套料的物理性能技术参数要求:
国标GB5023要求伸长率≥150%,断裂抗张强度≥15N/mm2,
UL758标准要求伸长率≥100%,断裂抗张强度≥1.05kg/mm2
根据产品的使用环境不同,本发明的任务在研究开发一种高强度抗张PVC绝缘护套料,从而实现PVC绝缘护套经高强度抗拉后不破损(具备符合玩具安全的抗拉,耐磨需求),有效的保护电线内绝缘芯线。

本发明的目的在于提供一种配方合理,成本低且强抗张的PVC绝缘护套料。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种强抗张PVC绝缘护套料,按重量份包括以下组份:

优选的,所述的PVC粉为PVC粉S-70,K值69.6~71.5,其具有优异的吸油性及高透明性。
本发明采用高岭土、碳酸钙为填充剂,能够减少原材料用量,降低成本,在保证原来的性能前提上,增强耐温性能。
优选的,所述的增塑剂为DINCH油,用于软化PVC,使产品变的柔软而有韧性,是目前市场研究最安全的非邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂,对人体无副作用,在欧洲经过严谨的毒理测试,可用于生产三岁以下儿童玩具。
本发明的配方中加入稳定剂有利于减慢反应,保持化学平衡,降低表面张力,防止光、热分解或氧化分解等作用。
本发明采用PE蜡作为滑剂,能够增加产品的光泽和加工性能,具有很强的内部润滑作用。
优选的,所述的改质剂为CPE135A或者P90橡胶弹性改质剂,用于加强胶料扩张力,改变PVC胶料的弹力,使线皮韧性大,有较高的拉伸强度。
运用本发明的技术方案,具有如下有益效果:
1、成本低,本配方护套料能达伸长率≥300%,断裂抗张强度≥2kg/mm2;
2、改质剂及填充搭配比例为黄金比例,伸长率与抗张强度能同时达到最大值,增减都将影响此两性能平衡,顾此失彼;
3、环保无毒,可用于制作3岁以下的玩具,符合国际ROHS、2005/84/EC、REACH、PAHs、EN71-3等玩具法规环保要求。

上述实施的强抗张PVC绝缘护套料的制备方法包括如下步骤:称料、打粉(先不放改质剂)、熟料、配色(放改质剂)、押出、切料、打包;需要注意是的熟料后才放改质剂,上述步骤属于本领域的常规步骤,在这里不再对其进行详述。

测试要求:伸长率≧300%,断裂抗张强度≧2KG/mm2

由上述测试结果可以看出本配方护套料能达伸长率≥300%,断裂抗张强度≥2kg/mm2,具有优越的断裂抗张强度,可用于制作3岁以下的玩具,符合国际ROHS、2005/84/EC、REACH、PAHs、EN71-3等玩具法规环保要求,且环保无毒。
