Abstract
本发明公开了一种PET中空发泡管材及其制造方法,属塑料排水管道领域。由PET外层和结合在PET外层内壁上的PET中空发泡层组成;PET外层的组分及重量份为:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份,活性纳米轻质碳酸钙10-30份,聚乙二醇缩水甘油醚1.5-1.8份,色母2-3份;PET中空发泡层组分及重量份为:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯100份,活性纳米轻质碳酸钙8-20份,聚乙二醇缩水甘油醚1.8-2.4份,色母3-4份,唑类复合物发泡剂母粒1.2-1.8份。本发明管材具有质量轻、耐腐蚀、防结垢、耐磨、柔韧好、冲击强度高、气密性好、可再生利用、安装方便快捷、节能卫生环保等良好性能外,同时具有抗老化耐候性能优、消音效果好等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种PET中空发泡管材及其制造方法。属于塑料排水管道技术领域。主要应用领域为:建筑排水工程、雨水回收利用工程等。
背景技术
目前排水管道主要采用聚氯乙烯管道和聚乙烯管道,两种管道存在同样的使用缺陷,管道抗老化耐候性能差,在排水的时候发出噪音比较大,给用户的生活造成一定的困扰。一些企业采用结构壁改进聚氯乙烯管道排水噪音,其存在一定的性能缺陷,还需要技术创新。随着科技的发展,人们生活水平的提高,“健康”和“安全”成为现代人最为关键的两大问题。因此,发展高性能、绿色、环保塑料管道是塑料管道行业的发展目标,越来越受到追求健康和时尚生活的现代人的关注。
目前,国际上塑料管道技术创新的主要方向是:通过材料和加工工艺的技术创新,制造出比传统塑料管道性能更好,兼有高性能、多功能、多用途、节能降噪、耐压安全、卫生环保的管道系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种PET中空发泡管材采用PET饱和聚酯挤出中空发泡结构,有效解决塑料排水管材的抗老化性、强度、韧性、耐高低温、耐化学性能、排水噪音等问题,具有卫生环保、耐压安全、质量轻、性价比高等优点。本发明的另一目的是提供一种此种管材的制造方法。
本发明是这样实现的:一种PET中空发泡管材,由PET外层和结合在PET外层内壁上的PET中空发泡层组成;

所述的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET为PET原料或PET回收料。
所述的活性纳米轻质碳酸钙活化率为99%、粒径为20-50nm。
本发明使用了PET原料或PET回收料,来源丰富,具有表面平滑而有光泽,耐蠕变、抗疲劳性、耐摩擦性好,磨耗小而硬度高,具有热塑性塑料中最大的韧性;电绝缘性能好,受温度影响小;无毒、耐气候性、抗化学药品稳定性好,吸水率低,耐弱酸和有机溶剂。
本发明使用了活性纳米轻质碳酸钙活化率为99%、粒径为20-50nm,与塑料的相溶性好、分散性好;可大大改善塑料制品的各项物理性能和加工性能,改善塑料流变性能;提高塑料制品的缺口冲击强度、硬度、弯曲弹性模量;可提高塑料制品表面光亮度和耐候性。
本发明使用了聚乙二醇缩水甘油醚含有缩水甘油醚官能团,具有良好的分散性和相容性,用于矿物填充增强PET的界面相容剂可改善PET同填充及防火剂的相容性,使这些改性材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度及热变形温度等得到明显改善。同时也是一种结晶促进剂,由于结晶综合性能的提高和完善,从而获得了高结晶度和尺寸分布均衡的晶核的PET塑料,使得材料的机械性能、热性能及加工性能得到大幅提升。
本发明使用了唑类复合物发泡剂母粒经过特殊的表面活性剂微胶囊技术处理,具有良好的气泡稳定性、不容易吸收湿度、快速的二氧化碳溶解速率、持久存储期、优良的气泡分布、卫生无毒,无异味,食品医药级。
上述PET中空发泡管材的制造方法为:根据管材各层配方比例称重后各自加入高速混合机搅拌8-10分钟后放料,加入全自动一体化共挤PET中空发泡管材生产线对应的挤出机料斗、加温挤出真空定型、喷码、切割、检验、包装、入库;挤出温度是:进料段为200-210℃,压缩段为220-230℃,塑化段为240-250℃,均化段为260-270℃,模具温度为240-260℃,模具芯棒比口模长50-60mm、其延长段内部通冷却水温度控制为40-60℃;冷却水温度15-20℃;冷却定型真空为0.4MPa。
本发明PET中空发泡管材具有质量轻、耐腐蚀、防结垢、耐磨、柔韧好、冲击强度高、气密性好、可再生利用、安装方便快捷、节能卫生环保等良好性能外,同时具有抗老化耐候性能优、消音效果好等优点,具有良好的经济效益、社会效益和环保效益。

实施例1:
根据结构示意图双层共挤复合结构,PET外层配方为:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)100份、活性纳米轻质碳酸钙10份、聚乙二醇缩水甘油醚1.5份、色母2份,PET中空发泡层配方为:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)100份、活性纳米轻质碳酸钙20份、聚乙二醇缩水甘油醚2.4份、色母4份、唑类复合物发泡剂母粒1.8份,按上述制造方法生产样管。样管经检测,拉伸屈服强度为95MPa,弹性模量达4380MPa,热变形温度(0.46Mpa)195-210°C,热变形温度(1.8Mpa)190-200°C,4L水、5m高时系统排水噪音32dB,2000h耐候性试验性能保持99%、颜色无变化,0℃、3m冲击性能无破裂,水密性和气密性试验无渗漏,管材具有抗老化耐候性能优、消音效果好、质量轻、耐腐蚀、防结垢、耐磨、柔韧好、冲击强度高、可再生利用、安装方便快捷、节能卫生环保等优点。
实施例2:
根据结构示意图双层共挤复合结构,PET外层配方为:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)100份、活性纳米轻质碳酸钙30份、聚乙二醇缩水甘油醚1.8份、色母3份,PET中空发泡层配方为:聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)100份、活性纳米轻质碳酸钙8份、聚乙二醇缩水甘油醚1.8份、色母3份、唑类复合物发泡剂母粒1.2份,按上述制造方法生产样管。样管经检测,拉伸屈服强度为96.2MPa,弹性模量达4680MPa,热变形温度(0.46Mpa)195-210°C,热变形温度(1.8Mpa)190-200°C,4L水、5m高时系统排水噪音32dB,2000h耐候性试验性能保持99%、颜色无变化,0℃、3m冲击性能无破裂,水密性和气密性试验无渗漏,管材具有抗老化耐候性能优、消音效果好、质量轻、耐腐蚀、防结垢、耐磨、柔韧好、冲击强度高、可再生利用、安装方便快捷、节能卫生环保等优点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的PET中空发泡管材,其特征在于,所述的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET为PET原料或PET回收料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PET中空发泡管材,其特征在于,所述的活性纳米轻质碳酸钙活化率为99%、粒径为20-50nm。
4.一种权利要求1所述的PET中空发泡管材的制造方法,其特征在于:根据管材各层配方比例称重后各自加入高速混合机搅拌8-10分钟后放料,加入全自动一体化共挤PET中空发泡管材生产线对应的挤出机料斗、加温挤出真空定型、喷码、切割、检验、包装、入库;挤出温度是:进料段为200-210℃,压缩段为220-230℃,塑化段为240-250℃,均化段为260-270℃,模具温度为240-260℃,模具芯棒比口模长50-60mm、其延长段内部通冷却水温度控制为40-60℃;冷却水温度15-20℃;冷却定型真空为0.4MPa。
