本发明公开来了一种超静音彩色复合聚氯乙烯排水管材及其制造方法,属排水管领域。管壁为四层复合结构,由外至内为彩色ASA层、PVC微发泡层、PVC中空层、PVC内螺旋层。中空壁结构消音、微发泡结构消音、内螺旋结构消音三种消音结合,大幅度降低塑料排水管材的排水噪音,具备极佳的吸音、消音、隔音的效果,达到塑料管材排水超静音目的。优点是保持了传统塑料排水管材质量轻、耐腐蚀、防结垢、阻燃、耐磨、柔韧好、冲击强度高、气密性好、可再生利用、安装方便快捷、节能卫生环保等良好性能外,同时具有抗老化耐候性能优、消音效果好、色彩多样化等优点。

技术领域
本发明属于新型高分子复合材料,属于塑料排水管道技术领域,具体是一种超静音彩塑复合聚氯乙烯排水管材及其制造方法。超静音彩塑复合聚氯乙烯管材主要应用领域为:建筑排水工程、雨水回收利用工程、工业排水排污工程、市政排水排污工程等。
背景技术
目前排水管道主要采用聚氯乙烯管道和聚乙烯管道,两种管道存在同样的使用缺陷,管道抗老化耐候性能差,色彩单一不能满足色彩多样化的需求,在排水的时候发出噪音比较大,给用户的生活造成一定的困扰。随着科技的发展,人们生活水平的提高,“健康”和“安全”成为现代人最为关键的两大问题。因此,发展高性能、绿色、环保塑料管道是塑料管道行业的发展目标,越来越受到追求健康和时尚生活的现代人的关注。
目前,国际上塑料管道技术创新的主要方向是:通过材料和加工工艺的技术创新,制造出比传统塑料管道性能更好,兼有高强度、高韧性、阻燃、绝缘、高耐磨、防结垢、抗老化、色彩多样化、超静音、耐压安全、卫生环保的管道系统。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种超静音彩塑复合聚氯乙烯排水管材,有效解决了塑料排水管材的抗老化性、色彩单一性、排水噪音等问题。
本发明是采用如下技术方案实现的:一种超静音彩色复合聚氯乙烯排水管材,其特征在于,它的管壁是四层复合结构,最外面的是彩色ASA外层,最里面是PVC内螺旋层,中间是PVC微发泡层和PVC中空层;所述的PVC内螺旋层的内壁上有均匀分布的多条突起的螺旋加强筋。
所述彩色ASA层使用ASA单色颗粒料或多色颗粒料共混挤出花纹色。为用户提供了良好耐候性、长久使用性、色彩稳定性和多样化的超静音彩色复合聚氯乙烯排水管材。
所述的PVC微发泡层的原料质量份为:

所述的抗冲改性剂为MBS、CPE,所述的复合稳定剂为铅盐复合稳定剂,所述的发泡剂为AC发泡剂,所述的润滑剂为由硬脂酸和PE腊复合成,硬脂酸和PE腊的质量百分比为:硬脂酸40%,PE腊60%。
所述的PVC内螺旋层的材料分为两种,一种是权利要求4所述的PVC中空材料,或者是权利要求3所述的PVC微发泡层材料。
上述超静音彩塑复合聚氯乙烯排水管材的制备方法:所用的设备为4层复合结构模具和3台挤出机;
(1)按彩色ASA层材料要求,称重加入到低速搅拌机搅拌8-10分钟后,加入φ45mm单螺杆挤出机干燥;
(2)按照PVC微发泡层配方要求称重后,加入高速高低温搅拌机组搅拌至110℃,再冷却到40℃后,加入φ51mmPVC发泡锥形双螺杆挤出机;
(3)按照PVC中空层配方要求称重后,加入高速高低温搅拌机组搅拌至120℃,再冷却到40℃后,加入φ65mmPVC锥形双螺杆挤出机;
(4)按照PVC内螺旋层配方要求称重后,加入高速高低温搅拌机组搅拌至120℃,再冷却到40℃后,加入PVC锥形双螺杆挤出机;
(4)按结构要求,使用4层复合结构模具和上述3台挤出机连接挤出真空定型得管材;其工艺条件为:φ45mm单螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为150-180℃,压缩段为200-210℃,塑化段为220-230℃,均化段为200-210℃;φ51mmPVC微发泡双螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为175-180℃,压缩段为170-175℃,塑化段为165-170℃,均化段为160-165℃;φ65mmPVC双螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为190-200℃,压缩段为180-190℃,塑化段为170-180℃,均化段为160-170℃;模具温度为190-200℃;冷却水温度15-20℃;冷却定型真空为0.4MPa。
本发明使用了中空壁结构消音法、微发泡结构消音法、内螺旋结构消音法三种吸音、消音、隔音方法,大幅度降低塑料排水管材的排水噪音,具备极佳的吸音、消音、隔音的效果,达到塑料管材排水超静音的目的。本发明中彩色ASA层使用ASA单色颗粒料或多色颗粒料共混挤出花纹色,为用户提供了色彩多样化的选择。ASA为ASA是由苯乙烯、丙烯腈和压克力橡胶共聚合而成。ASA不仅维持了ABS之主要特性,并结合压克力耐候之优点,使得产品之应用上可延伸至户外用途。耐候性、长久使用性、色彩稳定性、以及与PVC良好之兼容性,使得超静音彩塑复合聚氯乙烯排水管材成为更广泛以及更高价值之产品。
本发明中PVC内螺旋层采用与之相连层相同配方,在生产过程中模具芯棒按一定速度旋转时形成内螺旋结构,具有多条螺旋加强筋,超静音彩塑复合聚氯乙烯排水管材使用过程中,水沿着螺旋加强筋流动,减少与管壁的接触,达到消音的效果。
本发明的有益效果是:超静音彩塑复合聚氯乙烯排水管材保持了传统塑料排水管材具有质量轻、耐腐蚀、防结垢、阻燃、耐磨、柔韧好、冲击强度高、气密性好、可再生利用、安装方便快捷、节能卫生环保等良好性能外,同时具有抗老化耐候性能优、消音效果好、色彩多样化等优点,具有良好的经济效益、社会效益和环保效益。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。
实施例1:管壁四层复合结构为由内向外依次是:PVC内螺旋层4,PVC中空层3,PVC微发泡层2,彩色ASA外层1。
材料:
1、PVC微发泡层:聚氯乙烯3型树脂100份,铅盐PH3055份,抗冲改性剂MBS B-56110份,纳米超细活性轻质碳酸钙20份,AC发泡剂1.5份,发泡调节剂日本生产PA6004份,润滑剂(硬脂酸40%,PE腊60%)1.8份。
2、PVC中空层:聚氯乙烯5型树脂100份,抗冲改性剂CPE135A 10份,复合稳定剂铅盐PH3054份,纳米超细活性轻质碳酸钙30份,润滑剂(硬脂酸40%,PE腊60%)1.5份。
3、PVC内螺旋层:同PVC微发泡层。
将彩色ASA称重加入到低速搅拌机搅拌8-10分钟后,加入φ45mm单螺杆挤出机干燥,按照PVC微发泡层配方要求称重后,加入高速高低温搅拌机组搅拌至110℃,再冷却到40℃后,加入φ51mmPVC发泡锥形双螺杆挤出机;PVC中空层3和PVC内螺旋层4,采用同种配方和同一台φ65mmPVC锥形双螺杆挤出机挤出,按照PVC中空层配方要求称重后,加入高速高低温搅拌机组搅拌至120℃,再冷却到40℃后,加入φ65mmPVC锥形双螺杆挤出机。按图1,使用其4层复合结构模具与3台挤出机连接挤出真空定型、喷码、切割、检验、包装、入库。φ45mm单螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为150-180℃,压缩段为200-210℃,塑化段为220-230℃,均化段为200-210℃;φ51mmPVC微发泡双螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为175-180℃,压缩段为170-175℃,塑化段为165-170℃,均化段为160-165℃;φ65mmPVC双螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为190-200℃,压缩段为180-190℃,塑化段为170-180℃,均化段为160-170℃;模具温度为190-200℃;冷却水温度15-20℃;冷却定型真空为0.4MPa。
样管经检测,拉伸屈服强度为44MPa,断裂伸长率160%,冲击性能无破裂,维卡软化温度82℃,氧指数85%,自熄时间1S,纵向回缩率1%,平均密度1485Kg/m2,水密性和气密性试验无渗漏,管材具有抗老化耐候性能优、消音效果好、色彩多样化、质量轻、耐腐蚀、防结垢、阻燃、耐磨、柔韧好、冲击强度高、气密性好、可再生利用、安装方便快捷、节能卫生环保等优点。
实施例2管壁四层复合结构为由内向外依次是:PVC内螺旋层4,PVC微发泡层2,PVC中空层3,彩色ASA外层1。
1、PVC微发泡层:聚氯乙烯3型树脂100份,铅盐PH3055份,抗冲改性剂CPE135A 10份,纳米超细活性轻质碳酸钙20份,AC发泡剂1.5份,发泡调节剂日本生产PA6004份,润滑剂(硬脂酸40%,PE腊60%)1.8份。
2、PVC中空层:聚氯乙烯5型树脂100份,抗冲改性剂CPE135A 10份,复合稳定剂铅盐PH3054份,纳米超细活性轻质碳酸钙30份,润滑剂(硬脂酸40%,PE腊60%)1.5份。
3、PVC内螺旋层:同PVC微发泡层。
如图2所示,彩色ASA层1,按要求称重加入到低速搅拌机搅拌8-10分钟后,加入φ45mm单螺杆挤出机干燥;PVC中空层2按照PVC中空层配方要求称重后,加入高速高低温搅拌机组搅拌至120℃,再冷却到40℃后,加入φ51mmPVC锥形双螺杆挤出机,PVC微发泡层3和PVC内螺旋层4,采用同种配方和同一台φ65mmPVC微发泡锥形双螺杆挤出机挤出,按照PVC微发泡层配方要求称重后,加入高速高低温搅拌机组搅拌至110℃,再冷却到40℃后,加入φ65mmPVC微发泡锥形双螺杆挤出机。按图2,使用其4层复合结构模具与3台挤出机连接挤出真空定型、喷码、切割、检验、包装、入库。φ45mm单螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为150-180℃,压缩段为200-210℃,塑化段为220-230℃,均化段为200-210℃;φ51mmPVC双螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为190-200℃,压缩段为180-190℃,塑化段为170-180℃,均化段为160-170℃;φ65mmPVC微发泡双螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为175-180℃,压缩段为170-175℃,塑化段为165-170℃,均化段为160-165℃;模具芯棒温度60℃恒温,模具其它温度为190-200℃;冷却水温度15-20℃;冷却定型真空为0.4MPa。
样管经检测,拉伸屈服强度为42MPa,断裂伸长率168%,冲击性能无破裂,维卡软化温度80℃,氧指数80%,自熄时间1.2S,纵向回缩率2%,平均密度1280Kg/m2,水密性和气密性试验无渗漏,管材具有抗老化耐候性能优、消音效果好、色彩多样化、质量轻、耐腐蚀、防结垢、阻燃、耐磨、柔韧好、冲击强度高、气密性好、可再生利用、安装方便快捷、节能卫生环保等优点。

(2)按照PVC微发泡层配方要求称重后,加入高速高低温搅拌机组搅拌至110℃,再冷却到40℃后,加入φ51mmPVC发泡锥形双螺杆挤出机;

(4)按照PVC内螺旋层配方要求称重后,加入高速高低温搅拌机组搅拌至120℃,再冷却到40℃后,加入PVC锥形双螺杆挤出机;
(4)按结构要求,使用4层复合结构模具和上述3台挤出机连接挤出真空定型得管材;其工艺条件为:φ45mm单螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为150-180℃,压缩段为200-210℃,塑化段为220-230℃,均化段为200-210℃;φ51mmPVC微发泡双螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为175-180℃,压缩段为170-175℃,塑化段为165-170℃,均化段为160-165℃;φ65mmPVC双螺杆挤出机挤出温度是:进料段为190-200℃,压缩段为180-190℃,塑化段为170-180℃,均化段为160-170℃;模具温度为190-200℃;冷却水温度15-20℃;冷却定型真空为0.4MPa。
