本发明公开一种纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯的生产方法。这种添加纳米级石墨的可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒,可广泛应用于建材料。它是由苯乙烯90-110份,石墨0.2-2份,脱盐水100-130份,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.02-0.05份,磷酸钙1-3,过氧化苯甲酰0.5-0.7份,戊烷6-9份,经混合、加热、搅拌等步骤而制成。按照本发明的配方和生产方法制得的纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒,阻燃性能高、导热性能好。

纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒的生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有高效阻燃性能、超低导热性能、可用于生产建材的可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒的生产技术。
背景技术
由于阻燃型可发性聚苯乙烯生产的建材具有较好的保温节能性能,因此被广泛地应用于建材行业。但随着可发性聚苯乙烯产品应用的拓展,对可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒的性能提出越来越高的要求。纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒具有超高阻燃性能和超低导热性能,可更广泛应用于建材等领域。目前国内还没有添加纳米级石墨生产高性能可发性聚苯乙烯的技术。
目前高性能可发性聚苯乙烯的制作中,一般是将炭黑表面接枝改性,将改性炭黑与含发泡剂的可发性聚苯乙烯掺合并通过挤出机造粒。虽然性能有所提高,但是增加了挤出造粒的工艺。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种添加纳米级石墨的可发性聚苯乙烯的生产技术。
本发明上述目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明的纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯,由以下重量份数的原料而制成:
苯乙烯90-110份,石墨0.2-2份,脱盐水100-130份,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.02-0.05份,磷酸钙1-3,过氧化苯甲酰0.5-0.7份,戊烷6-9份。
生产上述纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在反应釜内加入脱盐水;
(2)依次加入单硬脂酸甘油酯、石墨、磷酸钙,边加边搅拌,持续8-15分钟;
(3)将苯乙烯和过氧化苯甲酰加入反应釜,在70-100分钟内缓慢加热到82-90℃,保持恒温,使反应进行5-7小时;
(4)将发泡剂戊烷加入反应釜,继续加热,升温至110-120℃,持续反应6-7小时;然后让其自然冷却至常温。
(5)最后,滤去水分,得到本发明的纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
先在反应釜内加入100份脱盐水;在均匀搅拌的同时,向反应釜内加入0.025份单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.3份石墨、1.5份磷酸钙,边加边搅拌,持续20分钟;
之后,将90份苯乙烯和0.5份过氧化苯甲酰加入反应釜,在80分钟内缓慢加热到84℃,保持恒温,使反应进行5小时;
之后,将6份戊烷加入反应釜,然后加热,升温至110℃,持续反应6小时;
最后,冷却至常温,滤去其中的水分,得到本发明的纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒。
实施例二;
先在反应釜内加入115份脱盐水;在均匀搅拌的同时,向反应釜内加入0.03份单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.6份石墨、1.8份磷酸钙,边加边搅拌,持续20分钟;
之后,将100份苯乙烯和0.6份过氧化苯甲酰加入反应釜,在80分钟内缓慢加热到86℃,保持恒温,使反应进行6小时;
之后,将7份戊烷加入反应釜,然后加热,升温至115℃,持续反应6.5小时;
最后,冷却至常温,滤去其中的水分,得到本发明的纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒。
实施例三:
先在反应釜内加入130份脱盐水;在均匀搅拌的同时,向反应釜内加入0.035份单硬脂酸甘油酯、0.9份石墨、2.1份磷酸钙,边加边搅拌,持续20分钟;
之后,110份苯乙烯和0.7份过氧化苯甲酰加入反应釜,在100分钟内缓慢加热到88℃,保持恒温,使反应进行7小时;
之后,将8份戊烷加入反应釜,然后加热,升温至120℃,持续反应7小时;
最后,冷却至常温,滤去其中的水分,得到本发明的纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒。

Claims (1)

1.生产纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯颗粒的方法,其特征在于:
由以下重量份数的原料制作而成,苯乙烯110份,纳米级石墨0.9份,脱盐水130份,单硬脂酸甘油酯0.035份,磷酸钙2.1,过氧化苯甲酰0.7份,戊烷8份;
具体包括以下步骤:
(1)在反应釜内加入脱盐水;
(2)依次加入单硬脂酸甘油酯、石墨、磷酸钙,边加边搅拌,持续20分钟;
(3)将苯乙烯和过氧化苯甲酰加入反应釜,在100分钟内缓慢加热到88℃,保持恒温,使反应进行7小时;
(4)将发泡剂戊烷加入反应釜,继续加热,升温至120℃,持续反应7小时;然后让其自然冷却至常温;
(5)最后,滤去水分,得到纳米级石墨可发性聚苯乙烯。
