Abstract
本发明是一种高聚物热粘结薄膜,其原料组成为,带有极性基团的共聚物85-94%(重量),抗氧剂0.6-1.5%(重量),无机配合剂5-10%(重量),有机颜料0.1-0.8%(重量),抗静电剂0.1-1.0%(重量),其它配合剂0.1-4.0%(重量)。该膜具有良好的热粘结性能和热封性,适用于与大多数金属材料及极性非金属材料热贴复合,广泛用于包装、防腐、电线和电缆的综合屏蔽护层等领域。
Description
本发明属于一种高聚物薄膜,特别是涉及一种高聚物热粘结薄膜。
现在广泛使用的聚乙烯,聚氯乙烯薄膜均不具有与其它材料的粘结性,在需要粘结复合(即贴塑)时,一般需对薄膜和被粘结基材分别作电晕处理,使之表面极化,并涂覆粘结剂后再进行复合粘结,因此粘结性欠佳,且工艺路线繁琐,生产成本高。
本发明的目的是为了解决上述缺点,提供一种可与大多数金属材料及极性非金属材料直接进行热粘结的薄膜。
本发明热粘结薄膜的原料组份配比为,带有极性基团的共聚物85-94%(重量),抗氧剂0.6-1.5%(重量),填料5-10%(重量),有机颜料0.1-0.8%(重量),抗静电剂0.1-1.0%(重量)。其它配合剂0.1-4.0%(重量)。
本发明中所述的带有极性基团的共聚物是乙烯/丙烯酸共聚物(EAA),乙烯/丙烯酸酯共聚物,乙烯/甲基丙烯酸共聚物(EMMA),乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物。
本发明中所述的抗氧剂一般常为酚类抗氧剂,如2.6二叔丁基对甲酚。2.2′-甲撑双(4-甲基-6叔丁基)苯酚,4.4′硫化双(6-叔丁基3甲基)苯酚、苯乙烯化苯酚等;或胺类抗氧剂,如DNP(N,N′-二-β-萘基对苯二胺、DPPD(N,N′-二苯基对苯二胺)、N-苯基-1-萘胺等;或酯类抗氧剂、如四季戊四醇酯、β-丙酸十八碳醇酯、硫化二丙酸二月桂酯等中的至少一种。
本发明中所述的填料一般常为碳酸钙粉末、硫酸钙粉末,滑石粉,二氧化硅粉末、钛白粉、煅烧陶土等中的一种或一种以上,粒度以20-50μm为宜。
本发明中所述的有机颜料一般常为酞菁类,硫靛类、蒽醌类、苝四酸类、二噁嗪类、酸性铬类等中的一种。
本发明中所述的抗静电剂是两性化合物抗静电剂、如2-甲基咪唑啉等。
本发明中所述的其它配合剂一般为偶联剂,如甲基硅油、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A-151),乙烯基三(2-甲氧乙氧基)硅烷(A-172)等硅烷系偶联剂和三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯等钛酸酯系偶联剂中的一种,及铜抑制剂、防老剂、阻燃剂,抗紫外线剂等。
使用上述树脂以外的各种添加剂时,可直接添加,也可以先与低密度聚乙烯或作为基料的树脂混合造粒后再添加。
本发明热粘结薄膜为吹塑薄膜,先将各种组份按一定比例混合均匀,然后经挤出吹塑机组吹塑成厚度为0.05mm的薄膜。
本发明热粘结薄膜的机械性能和粘接性能如表1所示。

实施例1:
先按配方1将抗氧剂,填料和有机颜料采用一般方法配制成粒料。

填料粒料:二氧化硅 500克
EAA(YUKALON A200K 1500
日本三菱油化株式会社)
有机颜料粒料:酞菁兰 270克
EAA(YUKALON A200K 730克
日本三菱油化株式会社)
然后再按配方2称取各种粒料组份,混合均匀后经挤出吹塑机组吹塑成厚度为0.05mm的薄膜。

实施例2:
按配方3称取各种组份,混合均匀后经挤出吹塑机组吹塑成厚度为0.05mm的薄膜。

碳酸钙粉末 500克
酞菁蓝 40克
硫化二丙酸二月桂酯 100克
2-甲基咪唑啉 50克
三异硬脂酰基钛酸异丙酯(KR-TTS) 50克
实施例3:
按配方4称取各种组份,混合均匀后经挤出吹塑机组吹塑成厚度为0.05mm的薄膜。

碳酸钙粉末 550克
酸性铬绿 100克
2-甲基咪唑啉 50克
Claims (5)
1、一种高聚物热粘结薄膜、其特征在于原料组成为,带有极性基团的共聚物85-94%(重量),抗氧剂0.6-1.5%(重量),填料5-10%(重量),有机颜料0.1-0.8%(重量)、抗静电剂0.1-1.0%(重量),其它配合剂0.1-4.0%(重量),其中极性基团共聚物是乙烯/丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯/甲基丙烯酸共聚物,其它配合剂是偶联剂、铜抑制剂、防老剂、阻燃剂、抗紫外线剂。
2、如权利要求1所述薄膜,其特征在于抗氧剂组份至少是酚类抗氧剂、胺类抗氧剂或酯类抗氧剂之一。
3、如权利要求1所述薄膜,其特征在于填料是碳酸钙粉末、硫酸钙粉末、滑石粉,二氧化硅粉末,钛白粉,煅烧陶土中的一种或一种以上。
4、如权利要求1所述薄膜,其特征在于有机颜料是酞菁类,硫靛类、蒽醌类、苝四酸类、二噁嗪类、酸性铬类中的一种。
5、如权利要求1所述薄膜,其特征在于抗静电剂是两性化合物抗静电剂。
