Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种控制阀,尤其是用于控制用于调整内燃机的凸轮轴相对曲轴的转动角度位置的设备的比例阀,其具有权利要求1的前序部分的特征。这种控制阀具有用于容纳可轴向移动的控制活塞的、呈柱体形实施的阀壳体,控制活塞的轴向移动造成压力介质接头与至少一个工作接头连接或分离。控制活塞为此在外周边侧上具有控制边缘,这些控制边缘与阀壳体的在外周边侧布置的开口共同作用。
背景技术
前面提到的类型的控制阀例如被用于控制用于内燃机的凸轮轴相对曲轴的转动角度调整的设备。凸轮轴用于操纵换气阀,该换气阀的打开时刻或闭合时刻适于依赖于马达的当前特性线区域尤其是依赖于其当前的转速或负载来调节以优化马达效率。为此,凸轮轴相对曲轴的转动角度位置通过如下设备来调整,该设备可以电地、液压地或气动地操纵。当前所说明的控制阀尤其应当为了控制这种可以液压地操纵的调整设备是可插入的。
由EP 1291563A2知悉了开头提到的类型的、具有整合在阀壳体中的止回阀的控制阀。该止回阀由呈环形的弯曲的弹性带材构成,该止回阀同时用作闭合元件和用作弹性元件。弯曲的弹性带材以如下方式置入到在外周边侧或内周边侧构造在阀壳体上的环形槽中,即,该弹性带材在沿着打开方向压力加载的情况下经历弹性变形并且为了运行介质的通流而释放在阀壳体中或在围绕阀壳体的套管中构造的孔,而该弹性带材在沿着闭合方向压力加载的情况下又具有其原始形状并且将孔封闭。
止回阀用于避免压力脉动的传递,压力脉动由运行造成地在凸轮轴调节器中产生并且在没有止回阀的情况下能够通过控制阀的工作接头和压力油接头回到压力油回路中。因为通常其他组件尤其是次级组件譬如链张紧器等等联接在同一压力油回路上,所以运行介质的回流会导致其他组件损伤。同时,止回阀用于压力脉动的支撑,从而使得提高了调节设备的转动刚性,也就是调节设备的定位稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的任务是改进具有止回阀的控制阀,以长期地保证止回阀的经限定的打开和闭合。此外,控制阀应当简单地构建并且可成本低廉地制造。
为了解决该任务,提出了具有权利要求1的特征的控制阀。本发明的有利的改进方案在从属权利要求中予以说明。
所提出的控制阀的呈空心柱体形实施的阀壳体为了与压力介质接头P连接具有多个在周边侧布置在一个径向平面中的开口,这些开口通过构造为弯曲的弹性带材的止回阀可以封闭。根据本发明,这些布置在一个径向平面中的开口相对彼此以不同的角度间距布置并且用作止回阀的弯曲的弹性带材的形状和转动角度位置与此协调。构造在阀壳体中的开口的不同角度间距导致开口的非旋转对称的布置进而导致阀壳体的非旋转对称的构造。在此,开口以相对彼此不同的角度间距布置可以理解为如下布置,其中仅一个角度间距大于或小于其余角度间距地构造。例如,一个角度间距可以以如下方式大地选择,即,出现开口在跨确定角度范围延伸的扇区中的集中,而其他扇区必要时构造为没有开口。通过将开口集中在阀壳体的一侧或者说在阀壳体的确定扇形区域中预先给定了运行介质的优选的流动方向进而弯曲的弹性带材的定向,在该定向中弹性带材和开口以最佳的方式共同作用。这在如所设置的那样的此外弯曲的弹性带材的转动角度位置和形状与开口的非对称的布置协调时尤其合适。由此,在弹性带材的打开行程较小的情况下已经可以在同时压力降较小的情况下造成高的通流速率。
为了使弹性带材的形状与在阀壳体中的开口的非对称的布置协调,根据本发明的优选的实施形式,用作止回阀的弯曲的弹性带材拥有敞开的椭圆形状。通过敞开的形状保证了弹性元件可以充分地弹性变形,以便示出打开行程。椭圆形状基本上预先给定了弹性带材关于构造在阀壳体中的开口的定向。此外,椭圆形状可以在弹性带材容纳部的相应构造的情况下被用于保险弹性带材关于阀壳体的转动角度位置,从而使得开口和弹性带材的最佳的共同作用也长期受保证。
此外优选地,用于容纳弯曲的弹性带材的阀壳体在开口的区域中拥有不同的壁厚,从而使得在外周边侧或在内周边侧在阀壳体上来构造具有变化的槽深度的至少部分环绕的槽。优选地,弹性带材布置在阀壳体的内部中。在此情况下,还优选在内周边侧在开口的区域中构造有槽,弹性带材可以置入到该槽中。该槽的槽深度变化,从而使得槽底部一会儿上升一会儿下降。槽深度也可以趋向于零,从而使得槽底部相应于阀壳体的内壁。槽于是并不环绕地构造。优选地,阀壳体在横截面中在槽的区域中具有相应于弹性带材的形状的椭圆形状,从而使得该弹性带材环绕地贴靠在槽底部上。此外,通过弹性带材和槽的相对应的椭圆形状来造成弹性带材的转动角度位置的保险。将槽构造用于容纳弹性带材还具有如下优点:基于形状锁合也保险了弹性带材的轴向位置。
但备选地,用作止回阀的弯曲的弹性带材也可以插入在阀壳体的在外周边侧的槽中或插入凸轮轴或缸头的容纳孔的在内周边侧的槽中,并且以相应的方式与阀壳体的开口和/或容纳孔的开口共同作用。优选地也在此情况下将弹性带材置入到如下槽中,该槽的槽深度变化以便在阀壳体的横截面或容纳孔的横截面中实现椭圆的槽形状,该槽形状与弹性带材的椭圆形状适配。
此外优选地,在阀壳体中设置用于容纳弹性带材的槽的宽度基本上相应于弹性带材的宽度。由此,弹性带材在其轴向位置上固定。但这也可以称为,槽宽度必要时选择略微更大,以便使弹性带材的置入变得容易。
在将止回阀构造为弯曲的弹性带材的情况下,该弹性带材同时用作闭合元件和弹性元件。该弹性带材由此将闭合元件和弹性元件的功能在一个结构部件中统一。此外,通过弯曲的弹性带材的弹性强度可以调节止回阀的打开特征和闭合特征。弹性强度尤其通过弹性带材的带厚度来预先给定。带厚度例如也可以在弯曲的弹性带材的周边上被变化。
有利地,压力介质接头P构造为在外周边侧在阀壳体上布置的至少部分环绕的槽。出于简化原因,槽可以构造为环形槽。以相应的方式,其他环形槽可以在外周边侧布置在阀壳体上,这些环形槽构造了其他接头,例如工作接头A和B。

具体实施方式
图1和图2分别以单个视图示出了根据本发明的控制阀的主要元件,即可用作止回阀4的弹性带材3和阀壳体1。在图3和图4的实施例中,弹性带材3在内周边侧地构造在阀壳体1上的槽5中插入,从而使得弹性带材3在一定的径向预张紧的情况下贴靠在槽5的槽底部上。
如从图1中可看到的那样,可用作止回阀4的弹性带材3弯曲成椭圆形状,从而使得弹性带材3的端部彼此间隔。在椭圆形状的端部之间的间距或者说开口保证了弹性带材3在槽5内部的弹性可变形性。弹性带材3的宽度是恒定的并且与槽5的宽度协调。
如图2所示,在用于将构造为环绕的槽6的压力介质接头P与工作接头A和B液压地连接的开口2的区域中,相应于弹性元件3的椭圆形状在内周边侧在阀壳体1上构造有椭圆形成形的槽5(参见阀壳体的横截面)。这些开口2在此以如下方式在周边侧以相对彼此不同的角度间距布置,即,槽5在确定的角度范围上没有开口2。由此,设置有运行介质的优先的流动方向,其与槽5的形状一起预先给定了弹性带材3的确定的定向。由此保证了开口2和弹性带材3的最佳的共同作用。此外,通过槽5防止弹性带材3的装入位置轴向移动以及扭转。
止回阀4的运行方式如下:在通过经由压力介质接头P来输送运行介质的方式而沿着打开方向(参见图3)压力加载弹性带材3的情况下,将弹性带材3径向向内按压,其中,该弹性带材经历弹性变形并且释放开口2。在弹性带材3的很小的打开行程的情况下已经可以以小的压力降、即低的损耗来获得高的通流速率,因为开口2的布置集中到绕压力介质接头或者说端口P的区域上。运行介质依赖于控制活塞(未示出)的轴向位置经由释放的开口2到达其它的开口7,这些开口用于与工作接头A或者说B的以液压方式的连接,这些工作接头相应于压力介质接头P构造为环形槽。
然而,如果压力关系使得弹性带材3被沿着闭合方向加载了比施加的运行压力更大的压力,运行介质可以例如由于压力脉动而通过工作接头A或B回流,那么弹性带材3又贴靠到槽5的底部上并且通过这样将构造在槽5中的开口2闭合。

Claims (6)

1.一种控制阀,尤其是用于控制用于调节内燃机的凸轮轴相对曲轴的转动角度位置的设备的比例阀,所述控制阀具有呈空心柱体形实施的阀壳体(1),所述阀壳体为了与压力介质接头(P)连接而具有多个在周边侧布置在一个径向平面中的开口(2),这些开口能够通过构造为弯曲的弹性带材(3)的止回阀(4)封闭,其特征在于,所述布置在一个径向平面中的开口(2)相对彼此以不同的角度间距布置,并且用作止回阀(4)的所述弯曲的弹性带材(3)的形状和转动角度位置与此协调。
2.根据权利要求1所述的控制阀,其特征在于,用作止回阀(4)的所述弯曲的弹性带材(3)具有敞开的椭圆形状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的控制阀,其特征在于,用于容纳所述弯曲的弹性带材(3)的阀壳体(1)在所述开口(2)的区域中拥有不同的壁厚,从而使得在外周边侧或在内周边侧在所述阀壳体(1)上构造有具有变化的槽深度的至少部分环绕的槽(5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的控制阀,其特征在于,所述槽(5)的宽度基本上相应于所述弹性带材(3)的宽度。
