Abstract

发明领域
本发明涉及具有洗涤环境中动态PH特征的固体衣物洗涤剂组合物。更具体地讲,在与水接触时,本发明的衣物洗涤剂组合物提供洗涤液体,所述洗涤液体具有初始高度碱性的pH,接着洗涤液体的pH随后降低。
发明背景
随着更加环境友好并且供应充足的洗衣用产品、衣物洗涤方法、和洗衣机应用的发展,需要确保衣物洗涤剂粉末的织物清洁、织物护理和织物清新特性保持可接受。在较低的洗涤温度下,削弱了溶解性能,并且织物沉积性能也因洗涤温度降低而受影响。此外,衣物洗涤过程的反应动力学随着洗涤温度的降低而下降。在较低衣物洗涤温度下,衣物洗涤剂粉末的漂白性能尤其下降。
本发明人通过提供衣物洗涤剂粉末而克服了这些难题,所述衣物洗涤剂粉末具有在洗涤循环期间变化的动态pH特征。不受理论的束缚,本发明人相信,提供初始时高pH,提供了优异的漂白性能,对四乙酰基乙二胺(TAED)和过碳酸盐型漂白体系而言尤其如此,并且当TAED和过碳酸盐彼此紧密相邻例如为共颗粒形式时尤其如此。还可通过掺入漂白催化剂如基于过氧亚胺正离子的漂白催化剂、过渡金属漂白催化剂和/或漂白酶,进一步改善所述漂白体系。
不受理论的束缚,本发明人相信,pH的随后下降改善了在低洗涤温度下的织物完整性和织物护理特征,并且增强了工艺如酶的清洁性能。降低洗涤pH还确保工艺如纤维素酶和过渡金属漂白催化剂的掺入进一步改善清洁性能,并且还提供具有优异的拉伸强度损失特征的衣物洗涤剂粉末。
还可掺入脂肪酶和调色剂,并且衣物洗涤剂组合物的动态pH特征进一步改善了这些洗涤剂成分的性能。动态PH特征改善了洗涤剂成分的总体相容性,在低洗涤温度如20℃或更低,或15℃或更低,或甚至10℃或更低的洗涤温度下提供了优异的清洁、清新和护理特征。
可通过降低洗涤剂组合物的缓冲能力(例如储备碱度),通过由例如硅酸盐或甚至氢氧化钠向洗涤液体提供初始碱度,以及通过经由例如涂覆方法如用包衣如蜡涂覆酸源(例如柠檬酸)延迟酸向洗涤液体的释放,提供此类动态PH特征。也可采用相对于碱度释放,延迟酸释放的其它方法,例如调节碱度来源相对于酸源的粒度分布。

储备碱度。如本文所用,术语“储备碱度”是衣物洗涤剂组合物缓冲能力的量度(g/NaOH/100g洗涤剂组合物),其通过用盐酸将1%(w/v)的洗涤剂组合物溶液滴定至pH 7.5来测定,即为了计算如本文所定义的储备碱度:

获得10g精确称量至小数点后两位的全配方洗涤剂组合物样本。应在除尘橱中,使用Pascall采样器取得样本。向塑料烧杯中加入10g样本,并加入200mL不含二氧化碳的去离子水。在搅拌台上,使用磁性搅拌器以150rpm的速度搅拌,直至完全溶解,并且搅拌至少15分钟。将烧杯的内容物转移至1L升容量瓶中,并用去离子水补足至1升。混合均匀,并且立即使用100mL移液管,取100mL±1mL的等分试样。使用能够读至±0.01pH单位的pH计,测定并记录样本的pH和温度,并且搅拌,以确保温度为21℃+/-2℃。用0.2M的盐酸,在搅拌的同时滴定,直至pH准确测定为7.5。记录所用的盐酸毫升数。对三个相同的重复实验取平均滴定度。实施上述计算,以计算出至pH 7.5的储备碱度。
优选地,所述组合物具有小于15,或小于14,或小于13,或小于12,或小于11,或小于10,或小于9,或小于8,或小于7,或小于6,或小于5,或甚至小于4,或小于3,或小于2的至pH 7.5的储备碱度。

去污表面活性剂。适宜的去污表面活性剂包括阴离子去污表面活性剂、非离子去污表面活性剂、阳离子去污表面活性剂、两性离子去污表面活性剂和两性去污表面活性剂。
优选的阴离子去污表面活性剂包括硫酸盐和磺酸盐去污表面活性剂。
优选的磺酸盐去污表面活性剂包括烷基苯磺酸盐,优选C10-13烷基苯磺酸盐。适宜的烷基苯磺酸盐(LAS)可得自,优选得自可商购获得的直链烷基苯(LAB)的磺化;适宜的LAB包括低级2-苯基LAB,如以商品名由Sasol供应的那些,或以商品名由Petresa供应的那些,其它适宜的LAB包括高级2-苯基LAB,如以商品名由Sasol供应的那些。适宜的阴离子去污表面活性剂是烷基苯磺酸盐,其通过DETAL催化方法获得,然而其它合成途径如HF也是适宜的。
优选的硫酸盐去污表面活性剂包括烷基硫酸盐,优选C8-18烷基硫酸盐,或主要地为C12烷基硫酸盐。
另一种优选的硫酸盐去污表面活性剂为烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐,优选烷基乙氧基化硫酸盐,优选C8-18烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐,优选C8-18烷基乙氧基化硫酸盐,优选烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐具有1至20,优选1至10的平均烷氧基化度,优选烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐为C8-18烷基乙氧基化硫酸盐,其具有1至10,优选1至7,更优选1至5,并且最优选1至3的平均乙氧基化度。
所述烷基硫酸盐、烷基烷氧基化硫酸盐和烷基苯磺酸盐可为直链或支链的,取代或未取代的。
所述去污表面活性剂可为中链支化的去污表面活性剂,优选中链支化的阴离子去污表面活性剂,更优选中链支化的烷基硫酸盐和/或中链支化的烷基苯磺酸盐,最优选中链支化的烷基硫酸盐。优选地,中链支链为C1-4烷基,优选甲基和/或乙基。
另一种适宜的阴离子去污表面活性剂为烷基乙氧基羧酸盐。
所述阴离子去污表面活性剂通常以它们的盐形式存在,通常与适宜的阳离子复合。适宜的抗衡离子包括Na+和K+、取代的铵如C1-C6链烷醇铵,优选一乙醇胺(MEA)、三乙醇胺(TEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)、以及它们的任何混合物。

优选的阳离子去污表面活性剂为具有以下通式的季铵化合物:

适宜的两性离子和/或两性去污表面活性剂包括链烷醇胺磺基甜菜碱。

所述酸源也可为柠檬酸与另一种酸源如棕榈酸的组合,并且所述酸源可甚至为包含柠檬酸和棕榈酸的共颗粒形式。
酶促动态pH。除了涂覆的酸源以外,达到所期望pH特征的另一种途径是在洗涤液中使用旨在释放酸度来源或破坏碱度来源的酶或酶/底物组合。优选的酶促动态pH体系包括(i)脂肪酶/酯,(ii)过水解酶/酯,(iii)角质酶/酯,(iv)碳水化合物氧化酶/碳水化合物,和(v)碳酸酐酶/碳酸氢盐。
适宜的脂肪酶包括初洗柔毛腐质霉脂肪酶变体,如可从Novozymes商购获得的Lipex和Lipoclean,和假单胞菌属脂肪酶如可从Genencor商购获得Lumafast和Lipomax。适宜的过水解酶包括WO/2010/030769(Genencor)中公开的包皮垢分支杆菌过水解酶的变体,和WO/2010/039958(Du Pont)中公开的俗称CE-7过水解酶的变体。适宜的角质酶包括US 4,981,611(Genencor)中描述的来源于红串红球菌ATCC53552的角质酶的野生型和变体。
为了达到所期望的pH降低,将脂肪酶、角质酶或过水解酶与适宜的酯如脂族和/或芳族羧酸或醇的酯配制在一起。适宜的酯底物为下列中一种或多种的酯:甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、戊酸、己酸、辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、十二烷酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、和油酸。优选的酯包括甘油一乙酸酯、甘油三乙酸酯、甘油三丁酸酯、二乙酸丙二醇酯、二乙酸乙二醇酯、乙酸乙酯、葡糖五乙酸酯、木糖四乙酸酯、乙酰化木聚糖,1,2-乙二醇、1,2-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,2-丁二醇、1,3-丁二醇、2,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇的其它一酯或二酯,或它们的任何组合。可存在过氧化氢源,并且当存在过水解酶时,这将影响酯底物被过水解相对于被水解的程度,虽然两种途径均对pH具有所期望的影响。
适宜的碳水化合物氧化酶包括碳水化合物:受体氧化还原酶如WO99/31990(Novozymes)中描述的内源于雪霉叶枯病菌CBS 100236的碳水化合物:受体氧化还原酶,和己糖氧化酶如WO 96/40935(BioteknologiskInstitut)中描述的海藻己糖氧化酶。其它适宜的碳水化合物氧化酶包括葡萄糖氧化酶、纤维二糖脱氢酶、吡喃糖氧化酶、和半乳糖氧化酶。本领域的技术人员能够选择适于这些碳水化合物氧化酶的碳水化合物底物,例如适于葡萄糖氧化酶的葡萄糖;适于内源于雪霉叶枯病菌CBS 100236的碳水化合物:受体氧化还原酶的乳糖或纤维糊精;适于半乳糖氧化酶的半乳糖或包含半乳糖的多糖如木葡聚糖或瓜尔胶。
适宜的碳酸酐酶属于E.C.4.2.1.1,并且催化碳酸氢根离子的脱水反应,致使形成二氧化碳,从而降低pH。碳酸氢根可经由调配的碱金属碳酸盐或碳酸氢盐而存在于洗涤液体中,碳酸根:碳酸氢根比率受下面平衡控制,即不需要特意配制碳酸氢盐-酸钠源将在洗涤液中平衡以产生适于酶的碳酸氢盐底物。倍半碳酸钠是碳酸根和碳酸氢根离子二者的适宜来源。
漂白剂颗粒。优选地,所述组合物包含漂白活化剂如四乙二胺(TAED)和过氧化氢源如过碳酸钠。优选地,过氧化氢源(优选过碳酸钠)为额外地包含漂白活化剂(优选四乙二胺(TAED))的共颗粒形式。高度优选在所述衣物洗涤剂组合物中存在相对于过氧化氢源大量的漂白活化剂。优选地,存在于所述衣物洗涤剂组合物中的漂白活化剂与过氧化氢源的重量比为至少0.5∶1,至少0.6∶1,至少0.7∶1,0.8∶1,优选至少0.9∶1,或1.0∶1.0,或甚至1.2∶1或更高。
优选地,所述组合物包含漂白剂颗粒,其中所述漂白剂颗粒包含:(i)漂白活化剂,优选TAED;和(ii)过氧化氢源,优选过碳酸钠。高度优选地,所述漂白活化剂至少部分,优选完全包封过氧化氢源。

脂肪酶。适宜的脂肪酶包括细菌源或真菌源的那些。包括化学改性的或蛋白工程化的突变体。有用的脂肪酶实例包括来自腐质霉属(同义词嗜热丝孢菌属)的脂肪酶,例如EP 258068和EP 305216中所述的来自柔毛腐质霉(疏棉状嗜热丝孢菌)的脂肪酶,或如WO 96/13580中所述的来自特异腐质霉的脂肪酶;假单胞菌属脂肪酶,例如来自产碱假单胞菌或类产碱假单胞菌(EP 218272)、洋葱假单胞菌(EP 331376)、斯氏假单胞菌(GB1,372,034)、荧光假单胞菌、假单胞菌属菌株SD 705(WO 95/06720和WO 96/27002)、威斯康星假单胞菌(WO 96/12012)的假单胞菌属脂肪酶;芽孢杆菌属脂肪酶,例如来自枯草芽孢杆菌(Dartois等人,(1993),Biochemica et Biophysica Acta,1131,253-360)、嗜热脂肪芽杆菌(JP 64/744992)或短小茅孢杆菌(WO 91/16422)的芽孢杆菌属脂肪酶。
所述脂肪酶可为“第一循环脂肪酶”,如美国专利公开6,939,702和美国专利申请2009/0217464中所述。在一个方面,所述脂肪酶为第一洗涤脂肪酶,优选包含T231R和N233R突变的疏棉状嗜热丝孢菌的野生型脂肪酶变体。野生型序列是Swissprot收录号为Swiss-Prot O59952(来源于疏棉状嗜热丝孢菌(柔毛腐质霉属))的269种氨基酸(氨基酸23-291)。优选的脂肪酶将包括以商品名和由Novozymes(Bagsvaerd,Denmark)出售的那些。

蛋白酶。适宜的蛋白酶包括金属蛋白酶和/或丝氨酸蛋白酶,包括中性或碱性微生物丝氨酸蛋白酶,如枯草杆菌蛋白酶(EC 3.4.21.62)。适用的蛋白酶包括动物、植物或微生物起源的那些蛋白酶。在一个方面,此类适宜的蛋白酶可为微生物起源。适宜的蛋白酶包括化学改性的或经基因修饰的前述适宜蛋白酶的突变体。在一个方面,适宜的蛋白酶可为丝氨酸蛋白酶,如碱性微生物蛋白酶和/或胰蛋白酶型蛋白酶。适宜中性或碱性蛋白酶的实例包括:

纤维素酶。适宜的纤维素酶包括那些细菌或真菌起源的淀粉酶。包括化学改性的或蛋白工程化的突变体。适宜的纤维素酶包括来自芽孢杆菌属、假单胞菌属、腐质霉菌属、镰孢属、草根霉属、支顶孢属的纤维素酶,例如由特异腐质霉、嗜热毁丝菌和尖孢镰孢菌产生的真菌纤维素酶,其公开于US 4,435,307、US 5,648,263、US 5,691,178、US 5,776,757和WO 89/09259中。
尤其适宜的纤维素酶是具有颜色护理有益效果的碱性或中性纤维素酶。此类纤维素酶的实例是描述于EP 0495257、EP 0531372、WO96/11262、WO 96/29397、WO 98/08940中的纤维素酶。其它实例是纤维素酶变体如描述于WO 94/07998、EP 0531315、US 5,457,046、US5,686,593、US 5,763,254、WO 95/24471、WO 98/12307和PCT/DK98/00299中的那些。
在一个方面,所述纤维素酶可包括源自微生物的内切葡聚糖酶,其表现出内-β-1,4-葡聚糖酶活性(E.C.3.2.1.4),包括内源于芽孢杆菌属成员的细菌多肽,其具有与US 7,141,403中氨基酸序列SEQ ID NO:2至少90%、94%、97%和甚至99%同一性的序列,以及它们的混合物。适宜的内切葡聚糖酶以商品名和(Novozymes A/S(Bagsvaerd,Denmark))出售。

淀粉酶。优选地,所述组合物包含与内源于芽孢杆菌属DSM 12649的AA560α-淀粉酶具有大于60%同一性的淀粉酶,优选内源于芽孢杆菌属DSM 12649的AA560α-淀粉酶的变体,其具有:
(a)在下列位置中的一个或多个处的突变:9、26、149、182、186、202、257、295、299、323、339和345;和(b)在下列位置任选具有一个或多个,优选所有的取代和/或缺失:118、183、184、195、320和458,如果存在,其优选包含R118K、D183*、G184*、N195F、R320K和/或R458K。
适宜的可商购获得的淀粉酶包括加Natalase、Ultra、SZ(均Novozymes(Bagsvaerd,Denmark)),和AA或Ultraphlow(Genencor(Palo A1to,USA))。
胆碱氧化酶。优选地,所述组合物包含胆碱氧化酶,如内源于烟草节杆菌的59.1kDa胆碱氧化酶,其采用D.Ribitsch等人在“AppliedMicrobiology and Biotechnology”第81卷,第5期,第875-886页(2009)中公开的技术制得。
其它酶。其它适宜的酶为过氧化物酶/氧化酶,其包括源自植物、细菌或真菌的那些。包括化学改性的或蛋白工程化的突变体。有用的过氧化物酶的实例包括来自鬼伞属(Coprinus)的过氧化物酶,例如来自灰盖鬼伞的过氧化物酶及其变体,如WO 93/24618、WO 95/10602和WO 98/15257中所述的那些。
其它优选的酶包括以商品名出售的果胶酸裂合酶和以商品名出售的甘露聚糖酶(均得自Novozymes A/S(Bagsvaerd,Denmark)),和(Genencor International Inc.(PaloAlto,California))。
同一性。两种氨基酸序列之间的关系由参数“同一性”描述。就本发明目的而言,通过采用得自EMBOSS程序包(http://emboss.org)2.8.0版的Needle程序,对两种氨基酸序列比对进行测定。所述Needle程序执行全域比对算法,如Needleman,S.B.和Wunsch,C.D.(1970)在“J.Mo1.Bio1.”(48,443-453)中所述。所用的取代矩阵是BLOSUM62,空位开放罚分是10,空位延伸罚分是0.5。
其它洗涤剂成分。所述组合物通常包含其它洗涤剂成分。适宜的洗涤剂成分包括:过渡金属漂白催化剂;基于过氧亚胺正离子的漂白催化剂;酶,如淀粉酶、糖酶、纤维素酶、漆酶、脂肪酶、漂白酶(如氧化酶和过氧化物酶)、蛋白酶、果胶酸裂合酶和甘露聚糖酶;过氧源,如过碳酸盐和/或过硼酸盐,优选过碳酸钠,所述过氧化物源优选至少部分涂覆有涂料成分,优选完全涂覆有涂料成分,如碳酸盐、硫酸盐、硅酸盐、硼硅酸盐、或它们的混合物,包括混合的盐;漂白活化剂,如四乙酰基乙二胺、羟苯磺酸盐漂白活化剂如壬酰基羟苯磺酸盐、己内酰胺漂白活化剂、酰亚胺漂白活化剂如N-壬酰基-N-甲基乙酰胺、预成形的过酸如N,N-邻苯二甲酰胺基过氧己酸、壬酰胺基过氧己二酸或过氧二苯甲酰;抑泡体系如基于硅氧烷的抑泡剂;增白剂;调色剂;光漂白剂;织物软化剂如粘土、硅氧烷和/或季铵化合物;絮凝剂如聚环氧乙烷;染料转移抑制剂如聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚4-乙烯基吡啶N-氧化物和/或乙烯基吡咯烷酮与乙烯基咪唑的共聚物;织物完整组分,如由咪唑和表氯醇缩合而产生的低聚物;污垢分散剂和污垢抗再沉淀助剂,如烷氧基化多胺和乙氧基化乙亚胺聚合物;抗再沉淀组分如聚酯和/或对苯二酸酯聚合物、聚乙二醇包括被乙烯醇和/或乙酸乙烯酯侧基取代的聚乙二醇;香料如香料微胶囊、聚合物辅助的香料递送体系,包括席夫碱香料/聚合物复合物、淀粉包封的香料谐香剂;皂环;美观颗粒,包括有色条粒和/或针状物;染料;填料如硫酸钠,然而所述组合物优选基本上不含填料;碳酸盐,包括碳酸钠和/或碳酸氢钠;硅酸盐如硅酸钠,包括1.6R和2.0R硅酸钠,或偏硅酸钠;二羧酸和二醇的共聚酯;纤维素聚合物如甲基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、羟基乙氧基纤维素、或其它烷基或烷基烷氧基纤维素、以及疏水改性的纤维素;羧酸和/或其盐,包括柠檬酸和/或柠檬酸钠;以及它们的任何组合。
洗涤织物的方法。洗涤织物的方法通常包括以下步骤:使衣物洗涤剂组合物与水接触以形成洗涤液体,以及在所述洗涤液体中洗涤织物,其中所述洗涤液体通常具有高于0℃至20℃,优选至19℃,或至18℃,或至17℃,或至16℃,或至15℃,或至14℃,或至13℃,或至12℃,或至11℃,或至10℃,或至9℃,或至8℃,或至7℃,或至6℃,或甚至至5℃的温度。织物可在衣物洗涤剂组合物与水接触之前、或之后、或同时,与水接触。
通常,通过使一定量衣物洗涤剂与水接触来形成洗涤液体,以便洗涤液体中衣物洗涤剂组合物的浓度为高于0g/L至5g/L,优选1g/L,并且优选至4.5g/L,或至4.0g/L,或至3.5g/L,或至3.0g/L,或至2.5g/L,或甚至至2.0g/L,或甚至至1.5g/L。
高度优选地,洗涤织物的方法在前加载式自动洗衣机中实施。在该实施方案中,所形成的洗涤液体以及衣物洗涤剂组合物在所述洗涤液体中的浓度为主洗涤循环中的那些。确定洗涤液体体积时,不包括通常在使用前加载式自动洗衣机洗涤织物时发生的任何一个或多个任选漂洗步骤期间加入的任何水。当然,可使用任何适宜的自动洗衣机,然而极高度优选使用前加载式自动洗衣机。

优选地,使50g或更少,更优选45g或更少,或40g或更少,或35g或更少,或30g或更少,或25g或更少,或20g或更少,或甚至15g或更少,或甚至10g或更少的衣物洗涤剂组合物与水接触以形成洗涤液体。
优选地,使所述衣物洗涤剂组合物与高于0升,优选高于1升,并且优选至70升或更少的水接触以形成洗涤液体,或优选与40升或更少的水接触,或优选与35升或更少,或优选30升或更少,或优选25升或更少,或优选20升或更少,或优选15升或更少,或优选12升或更少,或优选10升或更少,或优选8升或更少,或甚至6升或更少的水接触以形成洗涤液体。
实施例
实施例1:制备棕榈酸/柠檬酸共颗粒的方法
在烘箱内的钵体中将800g粗柠檬酸(d50为900微米)加热至80℃。加热200g棕榈酸(GPR级,得自VWR),使得棕榈酸得以熔融。然后通过用刮刀手动搅拌,将熔融的棕榈酸涂覆在钵体内的粗柠檬酸颗粒上。
接着在环境条件下使热混合物冷却,冷却期间连续混合和搅拌。在棕榈酸固化期间使混合物保持运动,以避免形成固体大团块,并且可在此时加入10g Sipernat D17疏水性二氧化硅,以有助于使任何过大物的形成最小化。混合物冷却后,使其通过1.7mm筛筛分,以除去过大物。
实施例2:自由流动的颗粒状衣物洗涤剂组合物
Claims (15)
1.一种自由流动的固体衣物洗涤剂组合物,所述组合物包含:
(a) 去污表面活性剂;
(b) 0重量%至10重量%的沸石助洗剂;
(c) 0重量%至10重量%的磷酸盐助洗剂;和
(d) 任选0重量%至10重量%的硅酸盐;
其中所述组合物具有小于15的至pH 7.5的储备碱度,并且其中在10℃的温度下并且以1g/L浓度稀释于去离子水中形成洗涤液体时,具有pH特征,使得:
(i) 与水接触3分钟后,所述洗涤液体的pH大于10;
(ii) 与水接触10分钟后,所述洗涤液体的pH小于9.5;
(iii) 与水接触20分钟后,所述洗涤液体的pH小于9.0;并且
(iv) 任选地,其中,所述洗涤液体的平衡pH在高于7.0至8.5的范围内。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述组合物具有小于8的至pH 7.5的储备碱度。
3.如任一项前述权利要求所述的组合物,其中所述组合物包含高于0重量%至10重量%的碳酸盐。

15.一种洗涤织物的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:使根据任一项前述权利要求所述的衣物洗涤剂组合物与水接触以形成洗涤液体,以及在所述洗涤液体中洗涤织物,其中所述洗涤液体具有高于0℃至20℃的温度。
