Abstract

一种 SEBS 改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,属于高分子材料制备技术领域。其是先称取聚碳酸酯树脂 280~310 份在 105 ℃烘燥 180min ,然后与称取的 SEBS45~53 份、相容剂 15~20 份、抗氧剂 0.5~0.9 份和润滑剂 2.3~2.8 份一同投入高速混合机中混合,接着转移至双螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,双螺杆挤出机的一区温度 260 ℃、二区温度 265 ℃、三区温度 270 ℃、四区温度 275 ℃、五区温度 280 ℃、六区温度 285 ℃、七区温度 285 ℃、八区温度 285 ℃和九区温度 285 ℃,从口模出来的物料经过水槽冷却,切粒后得到 SEBS 改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料。除具有优异的机械物理性能外,还具有理想的耐低温开裂性。

Description

SEBS改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种SEBS改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法。
背景技术
由于SEBS(苯乙烯-乙烯/丁二烯-苯乙烯)的分子结构呈饱和结构,具有很好的稳定性,因而在室外具有优异的耐候性。SEBS可以提高材料耐低温性,可以消除材料内应力等。聚碳酸酯材料残余内应力高,容易开裂,并且不耐低温。因此,利用合理的制备方法对聚碳酸酯改性而藉以使其具有良好的耐低温性以及机械性能具有积极意义。
发明内容
本发明的任务在于提供一种SEBS改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,由该方法获得的聚碳酸酯合金材料具有良好的耐低温性和优异的机械物理性能。
本发明的任务是这样来完成的,一种SEBS改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,其是先将按重量份数称取的聚碳酸酯树脂280~310份在105℃烘燥180min,然后与按重量份数称取的SEBS45~53份、相容剂15~20份、抗氧剂0.5~0.9份和润滑剂2.3~2.8份一同投入高速混合机中混合6min,接着转移至双螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,双螺杆挤出机的一区至九区的温度控制为:一区温度260℃、二区温度265℃、三区温度270℃、四区温度275℃、五区温度280℃、六区温度285℃、七区温度285℃、八区温度285℃和九区温度285℃,从口模出来的物料经过水槽冷却,切粒后得到SEBS改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料。
在本发明的一个具体的实施例中,所述的聚碳酸酯树脂为双酚A型聚碳酸酯树脂。
在本发明的另一个具体的实施例中,所述的相容剂为马来酸酐接枝的SEBS,其接枝率为1.2%。
在本发明的又一个具体的实施例中,所述的抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯。
在本发明的再一个具体的实施例中,所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡。
由本发明方法得到的SEBS改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料除具有优异的机械物理性能外,还具有理想的耐低温开裂性。弯曲强度68~75MPa,断裂伸长率60~80%, 冲击强度60~67KJ/m2,-40℃下,放置4小时,不开裂。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯树脂300份投入烘燥装置中,在105下烘燥180min,然后与按重量份数称取的优选由中国岳阳市岳阳石油化工有限公司生产销售的牌号为SEBS503型SEBS45份、马来酸酐接枝的并且接枝率为1.2%的SEBS18份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯0.6份和聚乙烯蜡2.5份一同投入高速混合机中混合6min,接着转移至双螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,双螺杆挤出机的一区至九区的温度控制为:一区温度260℃、二区温度265℃、三区温度270℃、四区温度275℃、五区温度280℃、六区温度285℃、七区温度285℃、八区温度285℃和九区温度285℃,从口模出来的物料经过水槽冷却,切粒后得到SEBS改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料。
实施例2:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯树脂280份投入烘燥装置中,在105下烘燥180min,然后与按重量份数称取的优选由中国岳阳市岳阳石油化工有限公司生产销售的牌号为SEBS503型SEBS50份、马来酸酐接枝的并且接枝率为1.2%的SEBS20份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯0.5份和聚乙烯蜡2.8份一同投入高速混合机中混合6min,接着转移至双螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,其余均同对实施例1的描述。
实施例3:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯树脂310份投入烘燥装置中,在105下烘燥180min,然后与按重量份数称取的优选由中国岳阳市岳阳石油化工有限公司生产销售的牌号为SEBS503型SEBS53份、马来酸酐接枝的并且接枝率为1.2%的SEBS15份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯0.9份和聚乙烯蜡2.3份一同投入高速混合机中混合6min,接着转移至双螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,其余均同对实施例1的描述。
实施例4:
先将按重量份数称取的双酚A型聚碳酸酯树脂290份投入烘燥装置中,在105下烘燥180min,然后与按重量份数称取的优选由中国岳阳市岳阳石油化工有限公司生产销售的牌号为SEBS503型SEBS48份、马来酸酐接枝的并且接枝率为1.2%的SEBS17份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯0.7份和聚乙烯蜡2.7份一同投入高速混合机中混合6min,接着转移至双螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,其余均同对实施例1的描述。
由上述实施例1-4得的SEBS改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料经测试具有下表所示的技术指标:

Claims (2)

1.一种SEBS改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于其是先将按重量份数称取的聚碳酸酯树脂280~310份在105℃烘燥180min,然后与按重量份数称取的SEBS45~53份、相容剂15~20份、抗氧剂0.5~0.9份和润滑剂2.3~2.8份一同投入高速混合机中混合6min,接着转移至双螺杆挤出机进行熔融挤出,双螺杆挤出机的一区至九区的温度控制为:一区温度260℃、二区温度265℃、三区温度270℃、四区温度275℃、五区温度280℃、六区温度285℃、七区温度285℃、八区温度285℃和九区温度285℃,从口模出来的物料经过水槽冷却,切粒后得到SEBS改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料,所述的相容剂为马来酸酐接枝的SEBS,其接枝率为1.2%,所述的抗氧剂为四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸酯]季戊四醇酯,所述的润滑剂为聚乙烯蜡
2.根据权利要求1所述的SEBS改性的聚碳酸酯合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的聚碳酸酯树脂为双酚A型聚碳酸酯树脂。
