Abstract
本发明公开了一种PC/AES合金材料及其制备方法。PC/AES合金材料按重量百分比由以下组分组成:PC40-50%;AES35-45%;相容剂10-15%;抗氧剂0.1-1%;润滑剂0.1-1%。发明的PC/AES合金材料综合了PC和AES材料的各自优点,使材料具有优异的综合力学性能和耐候性,能够用于建筑材料,通讯设备外壳,汽车零部件等户外耐候要求高的产品。
Description
[技术领域]
本发明涉及高分子材料领域,尤其涉及一种PC/AES合金材料及其制备方法。
[背景技术]
PC树脂是应用比较广泛的工程材料,它材料来源丰富,力学性能比较稳定,具有高的冲击性能和高的透明性,然而PC材料熔体粘度高,流动性差,难以成型,且成型后残余应力大,易于开裂,此外耐溶剂和耐候性能差。而AES材料收缩率低,材料耐候性能十分优异,耐溶剂效果好。但AES材料的强度低,耐高温性能差。
因此需要开发一种PC和AES合金材料,使合金材料具有PC和AES两种材料的优良性能。又同时能够互补PC和AES各材料的缺陷。
[发明内容]
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种力学性能和耐候性能好的PC/AES合金材料及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是,一种PC/AES合金材料,按重量百分比由以下组分组成:
以上所述的PC/AES合金材料,PC为中粘PC和低粘PC的一种或两种。
以上所述的PC/AES合金材料,相容剂为苯乙烯-马来酸酐-丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物。
以上所述的PC/AES合金材料,抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基)亚磷酸酯和β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯中的一种或两种。
以上所述的PC/AES合金材料,润滑剂为季戊四醇硬脂酸酯。
一种权利要求1所述PC/AES合金材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按上述的重量百分比称取原料;
2)将步骤1)中称取的原料混合3-7分钟;
3)将步骤2)中混好的原料投置于双螺杆挤出机中经过熔融挤出,造粒;生产工艺条件为:双螺杆挤出机一区温度为200-220℃,二区温度为220-240℃,三区温度为220-240℃,四区温度为200-220℃,混合料在螺杆中输送时间为1-2分钟。
本发明的PC/AES合金材料综合了PC和AES材料的各自优点,使材料具有优异的综合力学性能和耐候性,能够用于建筑材料,通讯设备外壳,汽车零部件等户外耐候要求高的产品。
[具体实施方式]
下面通过实施例对本发明进行进一步阐述:
本发明提供的一种PC/AES合金材料,其组成按重量百分比为:PC40-50%;AES35-45%;相容剂10-15%;抗氧剂0.1-1%;润滑剂0.1-1%。
其中,所述PC是黏度为中粘PC(熔融指数在15-25g/10min,测试条件为300℃/1.2kg)和低粘PC(融指数在以上25g/10min,测试条件为300℃/1.2kg)的一种或两种,如选用拜耳的PC2805。
AES,选用德高科技的DGK-ND140UV。
相容剂为苯乙烯-马来酸酐-丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA-g-SMA)三元共聚物,选用南京聚星相容剂JX-09。
抗氧剂为β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯。牌号为1076。也可以采用三(2,4-二叔丁基)亚磷酸酯。
润滑剂为季戊四醇硬脂酸酯。
其制造过程如下:
(1)按照重量百分比称取原料;
(2)按照重量百分比称取的各原料放入高速混合器中混合3-7分钟;
(3)将步骤(2)混好的原料投置于双螺杆挤出机中经过熔融挤出,造粒。生产工艺条件为:双螺杆挤出机一区温度为200-220℃,二区温度为220-240℃,三区温度为220-240℃,四区温度为200-220℃,混合料在螺杆中输送时间为1-2分钟。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作详细的描述:
实施例1
将PC重量百分比为44.5%,AES40%,相容剂15%,润滑剂为0.2%,抗氧剂0.3%在中速搅拌机中混合5分钟,经过熔融温度为220--230℃双螺杆挤出机挤出,造粒。其中各区段温度为:一区210℃,二区230℃,三区240℃,四区220℃,停留时间为90秒钟。
性能测试:
将上述实施例完成造粒的粒子在80-90℃的鼓风烘箱中干燥4-6小时,再将干燥的粒子在80T注塑机上注塑制样,制样过程中保持模温在30-50℃之间。
性能测试结果如下表:
实施例2
将PC重量百分比为49.5%,AES40%,相容剂10%,润滑剂为0.2%,抗氧剂0.3%在中速搅拌机中混合5分钟,经过熔融温度为220--230℃双螺杆挤出机挤出,造粒。其中各区段温度为:一区210℃,二区230℃,三区240℃,四区220℃,停留时间为90秒钟。
性能测试:
将上述实施例完成造粒的粒子在80-90℃的鼓风烘箱中干燥4-6小时,再将干燥的粒子在80T注塑机上注塑制样,制样过程中保持模温在30-50℃之间。
性能测试结果如下表:
实施例3
将PC重量百分比为47%,AES40%,相容剂12.5%,润滑剂为0.2%,抗氧剂0.3%在中速搅拌机中混合5分钟,经过熔融温度为220--230℃双螺杆挤出机挤出,造粒。其中各区段温度为:一区210℃,二区230℃,三区240℃,四区220℃,停留时间为90秒钟。
性能测试:
将上述实施例完成造粒的粒子在80-90℃的鼓风烘箱中干燥4-6小时,再将干燥的粒子在80T注塑机上注塑制样,制样过程中保持模温在30-50℃之间。
测试结果如下表:
从以上的实施例中能够看出,其中实施例3,当PC重量百分比为47%,AES40%,相容剂12.5%,润滑剂为0.2%,抗氧剂为0.3%时材料的综合性能达到最优值。
本发明以上实施例具有以下有益效果:
(1)综合了PC和AES材料的各自优点,使材料具有优异的综合力学性能和耐候性;
(2)原料均为市售材料,容易获得;
(3)制备过程简单,生产工艺容易控制。

1.一种PC/AES合金材料,其特征在于,按重量百分比由以下组分组成:
2.根据权利要求1所述的PC/AES合金材料,其特征在于,PC为中粘PC和低粘PC的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PC/AES合金材料,其特征在于,相容剂为苯乙烯-马来酸酐-丙烯酸缩水甘油酯三元共聚物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的PC/AES合金材料,其特征在于,抗氧剂为三(2,4-二叔丁基)亚磷酸酯和β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸正十八碳醇酯中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PC/AES合金材料,其特征在于,润滑剂为季戊四醇硬脂酸酯。
6.一种权利要求1所述PC/AES合金材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按权利要求1所述的重量百分比称取原料;
2)将步骤1)中称取的原料混合3-7分钟;
3)将步骤2)中混好的原料投置于双螺杆挤出机中经过熔融挤出,造粒;生产工艺条件为:双螺杆挤出机一区温度为200-220℃,二区温度为220-240℃,三区温度为220-240℃,四区温度为200-220℃,混合料在螺杆中输送时间为1-2分钟。
