本发明提供了一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,属于高分子材料技术领域。是由以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯树脂100~150份、氯化聚氯乙烯树脂20~30份、丙烯酸树脂6~8份、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯2~4份、聚氨酯3~6份、丁苯橡胶10~15份、马来酰亚胺3~6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯1~2份、二盐基亚磷酸铅1~2份、碳化硅晶须2~4份、玻璃纤维1~2份、聚酰胺2~3份、亚磷酸二苯酯2~4份、稳定剂2~3份、氯化聚丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物2~6份、抗老化剂1~2份、三氧化二铝1份、二氧化硅1份、二氧化钛1份、莫来石2~3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1~2份、润滑剂6~10份、着色剂2~3份。制得的聚氯乙烯管材具有高韧性、高机械强度的特点,优于市面同类产品。

Description

一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材
技术领域
本发明提供了一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,属于高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯管,也称PVC管,是由氯乙烯单体聚合而成的热塑性高聚物制成的管材,以聚氯乙烯树脂为主要原料,加入适量的抗老化剂、改性剂等,经混炼、压延、真空吸塑等工艺而成的材料。PVC管抗腐蚀能力强、易于粘接、PVC对氧化剂、还原剂和强酸都有很强的抵抗力。然而它能够被浓氧化酸如浓硫酸、浓硝酸所腐蚀并且也不适用与芳香烃、氯化烃接触的场合。
但是,PVC管,特别是UPVC管耐热性能差,且在60℃以上环境抗拉强度下降,低温环境下硬聚氯乙烯塑料排水管抗冲击强度降低。在运输、安装及使用过程中,易发生脆性破坏;另外,PVC管承受冲击的性能也较差。
发明内容
针对以上对现有技术的评述,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提高PVC管的韧性、强度。采用如下的技术方案:
一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,是由以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯树脂100~150份、氯化聚氯乙烯树脂20~30份、丙烯酸树脂6~8份、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯2~4份、聚氨酯3~6份、丁苯橡胶10~15份、马来酰亚胺3~6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯1~2份、二盐基亚磷酸铅1~2份、碳化硅晶须2~4份、玻璃纤维1~2份、聚酰胺2~3份、亚磷酸二苯酯2~4份、稳定剂2~3份、氯化聚丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物2~6份、抗老化剂1~2份、三氧化二铝1份、二氧化硅1份、二氧化钛1份、莫来石2~3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1~2份、润滑剂6~10份、着色剂2~3份。
所述的氯化聚氯乙烯树脂的氯含量优选自61~65%。
所述的稳定剂优选自有机锡稳定剂或钙锌稳定剂。
所述的润滑剂优选自石蜡、硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯蜡中的一种。
所述的着色剂可以选自碳黑、氧化铁红、柠檬黄、酞表蓝中的一种。
上述的高韧性聚氯乙烯管材的制备方法是:
S1:按比例称取各组分,将90~110℃温度下混合均匀,保温20分钟;
S2:将S1所得混合物加入锥形双螺杆挤出机,机身温度是150℃,一区180℃;二区190℃;三区195℃;四区200℃;五区210℃;主机转速为30rpm;喂料器转速为20rpm;
S3:真空定径、成型、切割。
有益效果
本发明的高韧性聚氯乙烯管材使用了碳化硅晶须,可以有效地加强管材内部的结构,使管材之间的力学强度、韧性都得到了提高。另外,由于加入了二盐基亚磷酸铅,提高管材的抗老化性;润滑剂可以在生产过程中,使材料更加均匀、提高了挤出的润滑平整性,也起到了增强内部结构的作用。制得的聚氯乙烯管材具有高韧性、高机械强度的特点,优于市面同类产品。
具体实施方式
按表1所示的重量比备制各组分。

上述的氯化聚氯乙烯树脂的氯含量是61~65%。
上述的稳定剂是有机锡稳定剂。
上述的润滑剂是石聚乙烯蜡中。
上述的着色剂是碳黑。
上述的高韧性聚氯乙烯管材的制备方法是:
S1:按比例称取各组分,将90~110℃温度下混合均匀,保温20分钟;
S2:将S1所得混合物加入锥形双螺杆挤出机,机身温度是150℃,一区180℃;二区190℃;三区195℃;四区200℃;五区210℃;主机转速为30rpm;喂料器转速为20rpm;
S3:真空定径、成型、切割。
性能试验
按上述原料和制备方法制得得到内径40mm的PVC管,照T10002.1-2006《给水用硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材》标准试验,与市面常见的UPVC管材进行对照,试验结果如表2所示。

从表2的试验数据可以看出,本发明提供的聚氯乙烯管材相比于市面常见的PVC管,具有更好的抗落锤冲击性能,说明其具有更高的韧性和机械强度。

Claims (5)

1.一种高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,是由以下重量份的组分制成:聚氯乙烯树脂100~150份、氯化聚氯乙烯树脂20~30份、丙烯酸树脂6~8份、聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯2~4份、聚氨酯3~6份、丁苯橡胶10~15份、马来酰亚胺3~6份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯1~2份、二盐基亚磷酸铅1~2份、碳化硅晶须2~4份、玻璃纤维1~2份、聚酰胺2~3份、亚磷酸二苯酯2~4份、稳定剂2~3份、氯化聚丙烯酸-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物2~6份、抗老化剂1~2份、三氧化二铝1份、二氧化硅1份、二氧化钛1份、莫来石2~3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1~2份、润滑剂6~10份、着色剂2~3份;制备方法是:

4.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其特征是:所述的润滑剂是石蜡、硬脂酸镁、聚乙烯蜡中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高韧性聚氯乙烯管材,其特征是:所述的着色剂是碳黑、氧化铁红、柠檬黄、酞表蓝中的一种。
