技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料管,尤其涉及一种抗拉性塑料管。
背景技术
塑料管一般是以合成树脂,也就是聚酯为原料、加入稳定剂、润滑剂、增塑剂等,以“塑”的方法在制管机内经挤压加工而成。由于它具有质轻、耐腐蚀、外形美观、无不良气味、加工容易、施工方便等特点,在建筑工程中获得了越来越广泛的应用。塑料管主要用作房屋建筑的自来水供水系统配管、排水、排气和排污卫生管、地下排水管系统、雨水管以及电线安装配套用的穿线管等。
虽然塑料管具有上述优点,但其依然存在着散热性能和拉伸性能不佳的缺点,需要对塑料管不断进行改进。
因此,为解决上述问题,特提供一种新的技术方案。

一种抗拉性塑料管,包括以下重量份的组分组成:
聚氯乙烯 40-45份;
聚烯烃 30-35份;
辛酸铅 2-5份;
钛白粉 1-3份;
玻璃纤维 5-7份;
油酰氨基酸钠 3-5份;
高密度聚乙烯 10-15份;
碳化硅 0.6-0.8份。
优选地,所述聚氯乙烯的重量份数为42-45份。
优选地,所述玻璃纤维的重量份数为6份。
优选地,所述高密度聚乙烯的重量份数为12-15份。
优选地,所述碳化硅的重量份数为0.7份。
