技术领域
本发明通常涉及矫形术,特别是涉及固定系统、椎间植入件以及使用它们的相关外科手术方法和处理过程。
背景技术
脊椎固定系统例如椎弓根螺钉和杆结构通常用于促进在椎间体之间的熔合。椎弓根螺钉的插入通常需要与螺钉的纵向轴线对齐的线性“进入线”轨迹,以便容纳进入和传送仪器。类似的,锚固件例如骨螺钉可以用于将椎间植入件直接固定在椎骨本体上,因此通常需要以对于弧矢和/或横向平面倾斜的独特角度插入多个螺钉,因此有多个进入线。不过,在多种外科手术情况中,获得所需的螺钉插入轨迹可能由于病人阻碍线性进入线的解剖结构而很困难。例如,希望使得椎弓根螺钉朝向中间地布置于骶骨中,以便防止螺钉松开和/或拔出,但是这可能由于阻碍线性进入线的髂嵴而被阻止。
发明内容
根据一个实施例,设置成插入椎骨本体中的骨固定部件包括固定本体,该固定本体有相对的近端和远端以及在该近端和远端之间延伸的弯曲中间部分。设置成切入骨中的尖端限定于远端处。引导部件布置在尖端处并朝着本体的近端延伸。引导部件设置成当固定部件插入椎骨本体中时沿插入轨迹引导尖端。
骨固定部件能够用于椎间植入件,该椎间植入件包括间隔件本体,该间隔件本体设置成植入椎间空间中。间隔件本体有外壁,该外壁限定了伸入间隔件本体中的至少第一孔。椎间植入件还包括插入件,该插入件限定了板。插入件设置成与间隔件本体连接,以使得插入件和间隔件本体的外壁限定了在它们之间的第二孔。
能够用于骨固定部件的可选椎间植入件包括间隔件本体,该间隔件本体有上部板和下部板以及在该上部板和下部板之间延伸的外壁。间隔件本体有多个穿过各上部板和下部板延伸的孔。椎间植入件还包括插入件,该插入件限定了板。插入件设置成与间隔件本体连接,以使得插入件与外壁的至少一部分相对地布置。

具体实施方式
下面的说明书中使用的某些术语只是为了方便,而不是限定。词语“右”、“左”、“顶部”和“底部”表示所参考的图中的方向。词语“内侧”和“外侧”是指分别朝向和远离装置和它的所指示部件的几何中心的方向。词语“前面”、“后面”、“上面”、“下面”、“侧面”、“中间”、“弧矢”、“轴向”、“冠状”、“头部”、“尾部”和相关词语和/或短语是指所参考的人体的优选位置和方位,而不是进行限制。
这里使用的词语“弓形”和“弯曲”通常是指物体沿与它一致的轴线的变化物理几何形状,例如弓形固定部件的本体沿在物体本体内在它的近端和远端之间限定的中心纵向轴线偏离直线形。通常,参考从该物体的第一端伸出的直轴线,当离物体的第一端的距离沿物体的中心纵向轴线增加时,在物体的中心纵向轴线和直轴线之间的距离或多或少连续地增加,因此,沿中心纵向轴线限定的物体本体呈现弯曲或弓形形状。中心纵向轴线形成的曲线可以相对于在远离物体本体限定的空间内的点具有恒定或均匀的半径。也可选择,可以限定非均匀或变化的曲率半径。由纵向轴线限定的物体本体的曲线也可以在相对于笛卡尔坐标系的方向上变化。曲线可以沿物体的本体均匀分布,例如在物体的近端和远端之间均匀分布,或者可以局限于物体本体的一个或多个不同段内。物体的曲线可以沿它的中心纵向轴线明显平滑和连续;可以由一系列相互连接的直线段来限定,其中,各连续段限定了在物体本体的中心纵向轴线和直轴线之间的增加角度;或者可以为它们的任意组合。

下面参考图1A至6C,图中表示了椎间植入件系统100的部件的示例实施例,该椎间植入件系统100包括骨固定部件(该骨固定部件能够限定弓形固定部件12C,如图所示)、椎间植入件间隔件108、插入板116、阻挡板132和锁定螺钉138。椎间植入件系统100的应用包括但不局限于:将全椎间盘替换的端板部件固定在椎骨本体上、将椎间植入件直接固定在椎骨本体上、固定至骨质疏松骨中等。利用这里所述的弓形固定部件的系统和/或方法特别适合在不希望线性进入线用于传送固定部件时使用。应当知道,这里所述的弓形固定部件的物理特征可以使得它们可选地称为弯曲固定部件、弓形或弯曲叶片、弓形或弯曲销、弓形或弯曲钉、或者类似说明意思的其它术语。
由下面的说明可知,一个或多个固定部件12C可以用于将椎间植入件系统100的装配结构牢固锚固至在相邻椎骨本体之间的椎间空间内。除非另外说明,椎间植入件系统100和它的部件能够由本领域已知的任意合适的可生物相容材料来制造,包括但不局限于:钛、钛合金例如TAN、商业上的纯钛、不锈钢、钽、聚合物例如聚醚醚酮(PEEK)、增强塑料、同种异体移植骨等。
下面参考图1A-B,弓形固定部件12C包括本体102,该本体102限定了近端102a和与该近端相对的远端102b。远端102b可以包括尖端104,该尖端104设置成切入下部结构或骨中。本体102还可以限定在近端102a和远端102b之间的中间部分,该中间部分沿中心弯曲轴线L1弯曲。在一个实施例中,中间部分在近端102a和远端102b之间沿本体102的基本整个长度弯曲。也可选择,在近端102a和远端102b之间的中间部分的一个或多个不同部分可以弯曲(未示出)。

弓形固定部件12C可以有限定于本体102的近端102a处的头部106。头部106可以沿与纵向轴线L1垂直的方向从本体102的近端102a径向向外延伸。在示例实施例中,头部106可以沿与本体102的弯曲方向大致相反的方向从该本体102延伸,如图1A-B中所示。在可选实施例中,头部106可以沿大致朝着本体102的弯曲方向的方向从该本体102延伸。头部可以限定了:上表面106a,该上表面106a设置成用于与传送仪器的互补表面进行多角度接合;以及下表面106b,该下表面106b与上表面106a相反,并设置成当弓形固定部件12C处于完全插入位置时与椎间植入件系统100的另一部件接合,例如插入板116。

多个槽112可以限定于间隔件108上并在上表面和下表面108d和108e与前侧部108b相交的位置处。槽112可以为凹形,并可以设置成在间隔件108和插入板116处于装配结构时与插入板116的弓形槽128对齐。在示例实施例中,槽112可以基本平滑和没有任何凸起。保持槽114可以限定于间隔件108的侧向侧部108c内并在上表面和下表面108d和108e之间。保持槽114可以设置成与插入板116的互补接合肋120可释放地接合。

弓形槽128可以环绕中心孔126布置成任意所需结构,并可以合适地限定任意插入轨迹。在图3A-B所示的示例实施例中,弓形槽128环绕中心孔126限定于相对象限内,其中两个弓形槽128布置成靠近上侧部118b,并限定了两个大致头部插入轨迹,且两个弓形槽128布置成靠近下侧部118c,并限定了两个大致尾部插入轨迹。应当知道,弓形槽128位置和弓形固定部件12C插入轨迹的这种结构只是一个示例,本发明的范围并不局限于此。

下面参考图6A-6C,图中以分解图表示了处于几乎完全装配结构的椎间植入件系统100的示例实施例。图6B表示了在椎间空间外部局部装配的椎间植入件系统100(为了简化省略了阻挡板132和锁定螺钉138)。间隔件108已经设置在插入板116中,以使得保持肋设置在间隔件108的侧向侧部上的保持槽114内。四个弓形固定部件12C已经穿过相应弓形槽128插入插入板116内,并已经驱动到几乎完全插入位置。在最终装配结构中,弓形固定部件12C将驱动到它们的完全插入位置中,阻挡板132将接收于插入板的前侧部中的凹形凹口130内,且锁定螺钉138将驱动入插入板116的中心孔126内和最终拧紧,从而阻挡弓形固定部件12C从装配的椎间植入件系统100中退出。
图6C表示了局部装配至相邻椎骨本体V6和V7之间的椎间空间内的椎间植入件系统100的示例实施例(为了简明省略了阻挡板和锁定螺钉)。作为初始步骤,间隔件108准备插入,例如通过装满骨生长诱导物质和/或使得它的外表面被合适制备,且该间隔件108设置于插入板116内,以使得保持肋置于间隔件108的侧向侧部上的保持槽内。然后,间隔件108使用传送仪器(未示出)而插入在相邻椎骨本体V6和V7之间的椎间空间内。传送仪器再用于将四个弓形固定部件12C传送入插入板116中的弓形槽内,并将它们驱动到几乎完全插入位置中。在装配处理的最终步骤中,传送仪器用于将弓形固定部件12C驱动到它们的完全插入位置,阻挡板将接收于插入板116前侧部中的凹形凹口内,且锁定螺钉将被驱动到插入板116的中心孔内并最终拧紧,从而阻止弓形固定部件12C退出装配的椎间植入件系统100外。

一个或多个取出部件能够限定于弓形固定部件12D的固定本体300中,该取出部件能够用于使得弓形固定部件12D与下部结构(例如椎骨本体)分开。例如,在图7A-H所示的实施例中,一对槽314限定于固定本体300的近端300a处,槽314从边缘300d伸入固定本体300内。所示槽314的尺寸设置成接收取出工具的互补部件。在图7I-J所示的可选实施例中,单个槽314限定于固定本体300的近端300a处,该槽314伸入后表面300f中。应当知道,弓形固定部件12D并不局限于所示的取出部件,且固定本体300能够选择地限定有一个或多个其它合适的取出部件。

引导孔366能够绕中心孔364布置在任意所需位置,并能够限定合适的任意插入轨迹。在示例实施例中,引导孔366限定于环绕中心孔364的相对象限中,且两个引导孔366位于上表面352d附近,并限定两个大致向外、头部的插入轨迹,两个引导孔366位于下表面352e附近,并限定了两个大致向外、尾部的插入轨迹。应当知道,插入板350并不局限于所示结构的引导孔366位置和插入轨迹,且插入板350能够不同地设置成具有任意数目的引导孔366,这些引导孔366在板本体352上限定于任意位置,并有任意插入轨迹。还应当知道,引导孔366能够为直的、分别沿在前侧面和后侧面352b-c之间的一个或多个位置弯曲、或者为它们的任意组合。
下面参考图11A-12C,图中表示了由椎间植入件系统100的部件构成的椎间植入件400的示例实施例。特别是,椎间植入件400包括与间隔件316连接的插入板350。例如根据提供的插入板350,椎间植入件400还能够包括一个或多个弓形固定部件12D、阻挡板132和/或锁定螺钉138(见图14A-B)。应当知道,椎间植入件400能够可选地构成为具有间隔件336,插入板350能够提供为浅插入板350或深插入板350(如上所述),且插入板350能够构成为有或没有引导孔366。在可选实施例中,间隔件316和(特别是)外壁318c构成为使得间隔件316沿侧向方向的宽度W与插入板350沿侧向方向的宽度基本一致。在示例实施例中与间隔件316连接的插入板350是浅插入板350,如上所述。当在装配结构中相互连接时,间隔件316和插入板350限定了椎间植入件400的“覆盖区”,该覆盖区是指椎间植入件400的外周形状,如由间隔件316的外壁318c和插入板350的前侧面352b来限定。
应当知道,椎间植入件400并不局限于所示覆盖区,且间隔件316和/或插入板350能够不同地构成为限定了椎间植入件400的可选覆盖区。例如,深插入板350(如上所述)能够与间隔件316连接(代替浅插入板350),从而限定了椎间植入件400,该椎间植入件400具有比由与间隔件316连接的浅插入板350限定的覆盖区更大的覆盖区(见图12A)。另外,当深插入板350与间隔件316连接时,由间隔件316的前部壁318a和插入板350的后侧面352c限定的孔322比当浅插入板350与间隔件316连接时限定的等效孔322更大。间隔件316还能够不同地构成,例如通过使得外壁318c限定有间隔件316沿侧向方向的可选宽度W和/或间隔件316沿前后方向的深度D。例如,图12B-C中所示的间隔件316具有比图11A和12A中所示的间隔件316更大的宽度和深度,从而当与浅或深插入板350连接时限定了具有更大覆盖区的椎间植入件400,分别如图12B-C中所示。应当知道,间隔件336同样能够不同地构成为具有变化的宽度和/或深度,从而当与浅或深插入板350连接时限定了具有不同尺寸覆盖区的椎间植入件400。
下面参考图13A-B,除了提供限定变化覆盖区的椎间植入件400的结构,椎间植入件系统100的部件还提供了限定变化的脊柱前凸角度的椎间植入件400的结构。椎间植入件400的脊柱前凸角度θ能够由它的部件的几何形状来限定,例如部件的表面几何形状和/或部件的高度。在图13A所示的实施例中,间隔件316与插入板350连接,该插入板350的高度比间隔件316在前部壁318a的端部318b处的高度更小。椎间植入件400的脊柱前凸角度θ由间隔件316来限定。在图13B所示的可选实施例中,间隔件316与用于构成椎间植入件400(图13A中所示)的间隔件316相同,但是与插入件350连接,该插入件350的高度比间隔件316在前部壁318a的端部318b处的高度更高。插入板350的增加高度使得椎间植入件400的脊柱前凸角度θ相应增加。应当知道,相似地,由使用间隔件336构成的椎间植入件400限定的脊柱前凸角度能够根据与其连接的插入板350的高度来变化。还应当知道,间隔件316和/或336能够不同地构成为具有变化的高度,从而当与相同插入板350连接时限定了具有不同脊柱前凸角度的椎间植入件400。
下面参考图14A-B,示例椎间植入件400分别以包含椎间植入件系统100的选定部件的分解图以及在插入椎间空间之后的装配结构表示。装配的椎间植入件400的特征(例如覆盖区和/或由此限定的脊柱前凸角度)能够在选择各个部件时进行调整,例如根据椎间植入件400将插入的脊椎区域、特殊病人解剖结构等。因此,椎间植入件系统100能够介绍为模块式椎间植入件系统100,它使得外科医生能够构成病人的特殊椎间植入件400。在所示示例中,间隔件316和插入板350能够根据将由椎间植入件限定的所需覆盖区和/或脊柱前凸角度来选择。还能够选择弓形固定部件12C和/或12D的数量和长度。
一旦选择了椎间植入件系统100的部件,就能够通过将插入板的保持部件插入间隔件上的保持槽内和使得保持部件前进直至锁定脊接收于锁定槽中而使得间隔件与插入板连接。然后,椎间植入件400能够充装有骨生长诱导物质,如上所述,并使用插入或传送仪器(未示出)来插入在相邻椎骨本体之间的椎间空间内。然后,弓形固定部件能够插入引导孔中,并驱动至相邻椎骨本体中就位。一旦弓形固定部件插入,锁定板就能够布置在插入板中的凹形凹口内,且锁定螺钉能够驱动穿过阻挡板和进入插入板中,从而将椎间植入件固定在装配和插入结构中。
应当知道,可以提供包含椎间植入件系统100的一个或多个部件的多种成套工具。成套工具的部件可以设置成相同或不同。例如,在单个成套工具中,根据例如外科医生要进行的处理过程的类型或者根据各病人的特殊解剖结构,弓形固定部件12C和/或12D可以提供为具有不同长度、不同曲率半径、不同头部结构、不同截面几何形状等。成套工具也可以相对于包含在成套工具中的椎间植入件系统10的部件不同地设置。例如,椎间植入件系统100的成套工具可以包括具有不同长度、曲率半径和/或特征的弓形固定部件12C和/或12D,且可以包括:具有不同高度、周边几何形状或表面几何形状或者限定不同脊柱前凸角度的一个或多个间隔件108、316和/或336;具有不同的高度、周边几何形状、表面几何形状和引导孔的插入板116或350;阻挡板132;或者锁定螺钉138。
尽管这里已经参考优选实施例或优选方法介绍了椎间植入件系统100的弓形固定部件和其它部件,但是应当知道,这里使用的词语是示例说明的词语,而不是进行限制的词语。例如,应当知道,尽管已经参考特殊的结构、方法和/或实施例来介绍了椎间植入件系统100,但是本发明的范围并不局限于这些特殊情况,而是将延伸至椎间植入件系统100的所有结构、方法和/或使用。受益于本说明书教导的相关领域技术人员可以对这里所述的椎间植入件系统100进行多种变化,并可以在并不脱离例如在附加权利要求中所述的本发明范围和精神的情况下进行变化。

Claims (45)

1.一种椎间植入件,所述椎间植入件包括:
间隔件本体;
插入件,所述插入件设置成与间隔件本体连接,所述插入件限定延伸穿过插入件的多个引导孔;以及
骨固定部件,所述骨固定部件设置成至少部分地穿过所述多个引导孔中的至少一个引导孔插入并至少部分地插入椎骨本体中,所述骨固定部件限定近端和沿中心轴线与近端间隔开的远端,所述骨固定部件包括:
固定本体,所述固定本体具有在所述近端和远端之间延伸的弯曲的中间部分,所述弯曲的中间部分限定:与所述多个引导孔中的至少一个引导孔的横截面形状一致的横截面形状,使得骨固定部件在穿过所述至少一个引导孔插入的过程中能穿过至少一个引导孔滑动;
逐渐减小的尖端,所述尖端在弯曲的中间部分的远侧并从固定本体向远侧延伸,所述逐渐减小的尖端设置成切入骨中;以及
至少部分设置在尖端上的引导部件,所述引导部件设置成当骨固定部件被插入椎骨本体中时沿插入轨迹引导骨固定部件,其中,所述引导部件包括从远端延伸的龙骨状部、布置在龙骨状部附近的至少一个翼板和布置在龙骨状部和所述至少一个翼板之间的沟槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的椎间植入件,其中:所述沟槽基本平行于插入轨迹延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的椎间植入件,其中:引导部件包括由尖端限定的多个沟槽。
4.根据权利要求2所述的椎间植入件,其中:沟槽基本相互平行地延伸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的椎间植入件,其中:引导部件还包括布置在龙骨状部附近的第二翼板,使得龙骨状部布置在翼板之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的椎间植入件,其中:在龙骨状部和各相应翼板之间限定沟槽。
7.根据权利要求6所述的椎间植入件,其中:龙骨状部基本居中地布置在翼板之间。
8.根据权利要求1所述的椎间植入件,其中:引导部件包括至少一个偏离的翼板。
9.根据权利要求8所述的椎间植入件,其中:引导部件还包括一对偏离的翼板。
10.根据权利要求9所述的椎间植入件,其中:引导部件还包括布置在翼板之间的龙骨状部。
11.根据权利要求10所述的椎间植入件,还限定布置在翼板和龙骨状部之间的一对沟槽。
12.根据权利要求1所述的椎间植入件,其中:引导部件在本体的中间部分中终止于尖端的近侧。
13.根据权利要求1所述的椎间植入件,其中:本体包括夹紧结构,所述夹紧结构设置成将骨固定部件保持在椎骨本体内的插入位置中。
14.根据权利要求13所述的椎间植入件,其中:夹紧结构包括在本体的中间部分中限定的多个齿。
15.根据权利要求14所述的椎间植入件,其中:所述多个齿成排地限定在本体的中间部分的相对侧。
16.根据权利要求1所述的椎间植入件,其中,间隔件本体限定上部骨接合表面、与上部骨接合表面间隔开的下部骨接合表面和外壁,所述外壁限定后部壁、与所述后部壁相对的前部壁和在所述后部壁和前部壁之间延伸的一对侧壁,所述侧壁沿第一方向彼此间隔开,所述前部壁和后部壁沿与第一方向垂直的第二方向彼此间隔开,所述外壁从上部骨接合表面延伸到下部骨接合表面,所述外壁至少部分地限定一对第一孔,所述一对第一孔在后部壁和前部壁之间的位置处各自延伸穿过上部骨接合表面和下部骨接合表面,所述间隔件本体还包括将所述一对第一孔中的一个孔与所述一对第一孔中的另一个孔分开的内壁;
所述插入件限定了板,其中,所述插入件和间隔件本体的前部壁限定位于前部壁和插入件之间的第二孔,所述第二孔沿第二方向与内壁对齐。
17.根据权利要求16所述的椎间植入件,其中:上部骨接合表面和下部骨接合表面的至少一部分具有限定于其中的释放槽,所述释放槽设置成将相应的弯曲固定部件局部接收在其中。
18.根据权利要求16所述的椎间植入件,其中:所述至少一个引导孔基本为直的,骨固定部件为弯曲的。
19.根据权利要求16所述的椎间植入件,其中:外壁限定内表面,所述内表面在其中限定至少一个凹穴。
20.根据权利要求19所述的椎间植入件,其中:所述至少一个凹穴通向所述一对第一孔中的至少一个孔。
21.根据权利要求16所述的椎间植入件,其中:间隔件本体限定延伸穿过外壁的至少一个开口。
22.根据权利要求21所述的椎间植入件,其中:间隔件本体限定延伸穿过前部壁的一对开口,以使所述一对第一孔与第二孔连通。
23.根据权利要求16所述的椎间植入件,其中:当插入件与间隔件本体连接时,前部壁的至少一部分离开插入件弯曲。
24.根据权利要求16所述的椎间植入件,其中:插入件具有与间隔件本体的至少一部分的高度不同的高度。
25.根据权利要求24所述的椎间植入件,其中:插入件的高度大于间隔件本体的所述至少一部分的高度,使得由椎间植入件限定的脊柱前凸角度大于由间隔件本体限定的脊柱前凸角度。
26.根据权利要求16所述的椎间植入件,其中:插入件和间隔件本体各自还包括相应的互锁部件,所述互锁部件设置成当插入件与间隔件本体连接时将所述插入件固定在间隔件本体上。
27.根据权利要求1所述的椎间植入件,其中,所述间隔件本体是空心的间隔件本体,所述间隔件本体设置成植入椎间空间内,所述间隔件本体具有上部板、下部板、设置在上部板和下部板之间的空心区域以及在所述上部板和下部板之间延伸的外壁,其中,所述间隔件本体限定延伸穿过上部板和下部板中的每一个进入空心区域中的多个孔;以及
所述插入件限定板,其中,插入件与外壁的至少一部分相对地布置,所述插入件还限定延伸穿过插入件的至少一个引导孔,所述至少一个引导孔设置成接收骨固定部件。
28.根据权利要求27所述的椎间植入件,其中:延伸穿过上部板的孔与延伸穿过下部板的孔对齐。
29.根据权利要求27所述的椎间植入件,其中:外壁至少限定间隔件本体的后端,间隔件本体限定与后端相对的开口前端。
30.根据权利要求29所述的椎间植入件,其中:所述开口前端布置在后端和插入件之间。
31.根据权利要求29所述的椎间植入件,其中:所述至少一个引导孔基本为直地延伸,骨固定部件为弯曲的。
32.根据权利要求27所述的椎间植入件,其中:间隔件本体限定延伸穿过外壁的多个狭槽。
33.根据权利要求32所述的椎间植入件,其中:狭槽沿在上部板和下部板之间的方向是细长的。
34.根据权利要求27所述的椎间植入件,其中:上部板和下部板限定相应的骨接合表面。
35.根据权利要求27所述的椎间植入件,其中:插入件限定与间隔件本体的至少一部分的高度不同的高度。
36.根据权利要求35所述的椎间植入件,其中:插入件的高度大于间隔件本体的所述至少一部分的高度,使得由椎间植入件限定的脊柱前凸角度大于由间隔件本体限定的脊柱前凸角度。
37.根据权利要求35所述的椎间植入件,其中:插入件和间隔件本体中的每一个还包括相应的互锁部件,所述互锁部件设置成当插入件与间隔件本体连接时将所述插入件固定在间隔件本体上。
38.一种椎间植入件成套工具,包括根据权利要求1所述的椎间植入件,其中,所述椎间植入件成套工具包括:
多个间隔件本体,所述多个间隔件本体中的至少一对间隔件本体限定不同的尺寸和形状中的至少一个;
多个插入件,所述多个插入件中的至少一个插入件设置成与所述多个间隔件本体中的任意间隔件本体连接;以及
多个弯曲的固定部件。
39.根据权利要求38所述的椎间植入件成套工具,其中:所述多个间隔件本体中的至少两个间隔件本体限定不同的脊柱前凸角度。
40.根据权利要求38所述的椎间植入件成套工具,其中:所述多个插入件中的至少一个插入件具有与所述多个间隔件本体中的一个间隔件本体的至少一部分的高度不同的高度。
41.根据权利要求38所述的椎间植入件成套工具,其中:所述多个插入件中的至少一个插入件的高度大于所述多个插入件中的第二个插入件的高度。
42.根据权利要求38所述的椎间植入件成套工具,其中:所述多个插入件中的至少一个插入件限定从插入件的本体的相对端延伸的一对侧壁。
43.根据权利要求38所述的椎间植入件成套工具,其中:所述多个插入件中的至少一个插入件具有穿过它限定的多个引导孔。
44.根据权利要求38所述的椎间植入件成套工具,其中:所述多个间隔件本体中的至少一个间隔件本体的一部分具有与所述多个间隔件本体中的第二个间隔件本体的相应部分不同的高度。
45.根据权利要求38所述的椎间植入件成套工具,其中:所述多个间隔件本体中的至少一个间隔件本体限定与由所述多个间隔件本体中的第二个间隔件本体限定的周边不同的周边。
