本发明涉及一种双控双驱门系统,包括承载驱动装置、门控器,所述承载驱动装置设置两套,门控器设置在承载驱动装置上且门控器固定连接门扇上部,在车体上上设置隔离锁,在门扇的对应位置设置锁档。所述隔离锁设置在门扇侧面的车体上。在门扇下部设置无障碍导轨,所述承载驱动装置采用丝杆传动。有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其设置了两套承载驱动装置当其中一侧机构或门扇有故障,不能正常运行时,另一侧机构也可正常运行,解决门系统彻底退出服务弊端,保证了乘客的正常上下车,提高了门系统的可靠性。门系统采用无障碍导轨,导轨的使用寿命时间长。门结构整体结构紧凑、功能完善。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种门系统,更具体的说,是一种双控双驱门系统。
背景技术
由于社会经济的迅速发展,城际铁路客运还不能满足社会的需求,城际铁路客运公交化、快速化要求提高门系统的可靠性和安全性。城际客运的客流量较大,乘客上下车流量相应增大,因此对门系统的可靠性提出了更高的要求,传统的车门使用一个驱动系统驱动两扇门,一旦发生机械故障,则两扇门均停止工作,这样乘客无法正常上下车,甚至门可以自由移动,乘客的安全得不到保证。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种门扇可单独运行,且安全性强的门系统。
技术方案:本发明采用如下技术手段加以实现:一种双控双驱门系统,包括承载驱动装置、门控器,所述承载驱动装置设置两套,门控器设置在承载驱动装置上且门控器固定连接门扇上部,在车体上上设置隔离锁,在门扇的对应位置设置锁档。
所述隔离锁设置在门扇侧面的车体上。
在门扇下部设置无障碍导轨,所述无障碍导轨包括导轨、覆盖件,所述导轨上设置凹槽,覆盖件设置在凹槽中且与凹槽紧密贴合,所述覆盖件固定设置于门扇下方的滑块上,且覆盖件设置在门扇的关门方向上。
所述承载驱动装置采用丝杆传动。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其设置了两套承载驱动装置,可实现门系统左右门扇单独运行,也可同步运行。即在正常情况下,两侧门扇同步开关门,当其中一侧机构或门扇有故障,不能正常运行时,另一侧机构也可正常运行,解决门系统彻底退出服务弊端,保证了乘客的正常上下车,提高了门系统的可靠性。门系统采用无障碍导轨,开门时无障碍导轨和门槛可形成一完整平面,这样乘客不会因为导轨存在高低差而被绊倒,同时,可避免一些小物体也不会掉入轨道中影响门扇的正常关闭,导轨的使用寿命时间长。门结构整体结构紧凑、功能完善。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明进行进一步详述:
本发明涉及一种门系统,具体的说,是一种双门控双驱动装置的门,其包括承载驱动装置1、门控器5,承载驱动装置1固定安装在门梁上,门控器5设置在承载驱动装置1上,具体的说,是设置在承载驱动装置上设置的携门架上。本发明中,所述承载驱动装置采用丝杆传动。
在携门架上固定设置有门扇2,具体的说,携门架设置在门扇2的上方。本发明还包括隔离锁3,隔离锁3设置在车体上,具体的说,设置在门扇3开门方向上侧边的车体上,在门扇3上设置有与之配套的锁档,隔离锁开闭受门控器控制。
在门扇下部设置无障碍导轨4,所述无障碍导轨4包括导轨、覆盖件,所述导轨上设置凹槽,覆盖件设置在凹槽中且与凹槽紧密贴合,所述覆盖件固定设置于门扇下方的滑块上,且覆盖件设置在门扇的关门方向上。设置无障碍导轨4后,开门时无障碍导轨和门槛可形成一完整平面,这样乘客不会因为导轨存在高低差而被绊倒,同时,可避免一些小物体也不会掉入轨道中影响门扇的正常关闭。
当门系统正常工作时,分别安装左右侧的承载驱动机构1均驱动各自侧的门扇2同步运行,实现开关门。门控器5发出开关门信号,驱动机构运行带动门扇2沿无障碍导轨4设定的门扇3运动轨迹进行开启或关闭动作。当门系统一侧机构或门扇2有故障,不能正常运行时,对应门扇3的门控器5发出指令令对应侧隔离锁3锁闭,将该门扇锁死,而另一侧门扇在门控器控制下可正常开关门,从而保证了乘客的安全,同时不会妨碍乘客正常上下车。

Claims (4)

1.一种双控双驱门系统,其特征在于:包括承载驱动装置、门控器,门控器设置在承载驱动装置上,所述承载驱动装置设置两套,门控器设置在承载驱动装置上且门控器固定连接门扇上部,在车体上上设置隔离锁,在门扇的对应位置设置锁档。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双控双驱门系统,其特征在于:所述隔离锁设置在门扇侧面的车体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双控双驱门系统,其特征在于:在门扇下部设置无障碍导轨,所述无障碍导轨包括导轨、覆盖件,所述导轨上设置凹槽,覆盖件设置在凹槽中且与凹槽紧密贴合,所述覆盖件固定设置于门扇下方的滑块上,且覆盖件设置在门扇的关门方向上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双控双驱门系统,其特征在于:所述承载驱动装置采用丝杆传动。
