本发明提供一种连续回转式填充包装机械,其将成型盖(P)套装到容器主体(B)上并热封而制造密封容器,提供一种密封装置,能够大幅降低因成型盖未载置于容器主体上而导致的密封不良的发生。本发明的连续回转式填充包装机械,将成型盖套装到容器主体上,并对容器主体和成型盖进行超声波密封而制造密封容器,具有:配设在盖供给装置(60)的下游侧的盖检测装置(70);和超声波密封装置(100),该超声波密封装置具有:升降机构,该升降机构具有使容器台(103)升降的凸轮机构,且构成为在容器台的上止点使容器主体上的成型盖与超声波焊头(108)的作用面压接;和容器台下降控制机构,不会使被判断为在容器主体上未载置有成型盖或者未正常载置有成型盖的容器的容器台上升到上述上止点。

连续回转式填充包装机械
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连续回转式填充包装机械,该机械通过将液体内容物填充到容器主体中,并由盖供给装置将成型盖套装到填充有液体内容物的容器主体上,并对容器主体和盖进行热封而制造密封容器,更具体地涉及一种具有如下机构的连续回转式填充包装机械,该机构是在通过配设在盖供给装置的下游侧的盖检测装置判断为容器主体上未载置有成型盖、或者未正常载置有成型盖的情况下,避免容器内的液体与密封装置的作用面发生接触、且将容器输送至后续工序的机构。
背景技术
以往,作为将液体内容物填充到容器主体中、并由盖供给装置将合成树脂制成型盖套装到填充有液体内容物的容器主体上,并对容器主体和盖进行超声波密封而制造密封容器的填充密封装置,提出有如下的填充包装机械,该填充包装机械将内容物填充到容器主体中,并将盖套装到填充有内容物的容器主体上,并对容器主体和盖进行密封而制造密封容器,其具有:将合成树脂制有底筒状容器主体向填充装置供给的容器供给装置;将内容物填充到所供给的容器主体中的填充装置;一次盖冷加工成型装置,由片状盖材料成型合成树脂制成型盖,该合成树脂制成型盖具有圆盘状盖主体和在盖主体周缘部设置为下垂状的侧缘部;将成型盖供给至填充有内容物的容器主体的上端开口部上的盖供给装置;将成型盖在容器主体的上端开口部密封而成为密封容器的密封装置;和二次盖成型装置,将由一次盖冷加工成型装置成型的密封容器的盖成型为最终盖形状(例如,参照专利文献1以及2)。
除此之外,已知一种容器超声波密封方法,该密封方法是关于超声波填充密封装置使用具有密封作用面的超声波焊头(horn)来将容器构成部件密封到容器主体上的密封方法,其中,在使容器主体以及容器构成部件的被密封部彼此重叠的状态下,通过密封作用面对同一被密封部进行加压,并在密封作用面上作用有以与加压方向平行的轴为中心的旋转方向的超声波旋转振动(例如,参照专利文献3),另外,还已知一种用于超声波密封的包装用容器,具有:合成树脂制的容器主体,在上端开口周缘上具有凸缘部;和容器盖,具有顶板部以及从该顶板部周缘设置为下垂状的侧缘部,使该顶板部热封到上述容器主体的凸缘部上表面,并且在上述凸缘部的外缘上端具有第一切缺部(例如,参照专利文献4)。

发明内容
本发明的课题是提供一种具有密封装置的连续回转式填充包装机械,其将液体内容物填充到容器主体中,并由盖供给装置将成型盖套装到填充有液体内容物的容器主体上,并对容器主体和盖进行热封而制造密封容器,在该连续回转式填充包装机械中,该密封装置能够大幅降低因成型盖未载置于容器主体上或者未正常载置在容器主体上而导致的密封不良的发生。
本发明的发明者虽然开发了能够每小时填充33000瓶的高生产能力的连续回转式填充包装机械,其将液体内容物填充到容器主体中,并由盖供给装置将成型盖套装到填充有125ml液体内容物的容器主体上,并对容器主体和盖进行超声波密封而制造密封容器,但是,以数万瓶~数十万瓶中有一瓶的比例发现了密封不良的产品。而且,了解到所述密封不良的原因之一是附着物,该附着物是当在成型盖未载置于容器主体上的情况下由密封装置进行密封时,存在填充内容物即液体附着到密封作用面上的情况,并在密封作用面上附着有液体的情况下,由密封装置的热使液体干燥而形成的。而且,了解到若不清扫的话附着物不会完全除去并会残存,因此不卫生,还存在作为异物而混入的可能。另外,在密封装置为超声波密封装置的情况下,尤其是在具有超声波焊头的密封装置的情况下,该超声波焊头使以对成型盖和容器主体进行加压的加压方向为轴的中心的旋转方向的超声波旋转振动作用,发现如下情况:由于在旋转振动元件即超声波焊头的作用面与成型盖表面之间存在液体,因此,在焊头的作用面和成型盖表面之间产生滑动,导致旋转振动无法充分地传递至成型盖,从而使在成型盖背面与容器主体之间的发热衰减而导致密封不良。而且,在具有圆盘状盖主体、和在盖主体周缘部设置为下垂状的侧缘部的合成树脂制成型盖未正常载置于容器主体上的情况下,也发现了伴随载置的偏移而发生的盖主体周缘部正下方的密封不良。由此,发现如下情况:在盖供给装置的下游侧配设盖检测装置,并设置有容器台下降控制机构,该容器台下降控制机构不会使被该盖检测装置判断为容器主体上未载置有成型盖、或者未正常载置有成型盖的容器台上的容器上升直到与密封作用面压接,从而避免与密封作用面接触、并将容器输送至后续工序,由此,能够大幅改善上述的密封不良,由此完成了本发明。
也就是说,本发明涉及:(1)一种连续回转式填充包装机械,将液体内容物填充到容器主体中,并将盖套装到填充有液体内容物的容器主体上,并对容器主体和盖进行密封而制造密封容器,其特征在于,具有:填充装置,在容器主体旋转移动期间将液体内容物填充到容器内;盖供给装置,将成型盖供给至从填充装置移载来的填充有液体内容物的容器主体的上端开口部;配设在盖供给装置的下游侧的盖检测装置;和密封装置,该密封装置具有:密封作用面,在载置有成型盖的容器主体旋转移动期间,将成型盖热密封到容器主体的上端开口部上而成为密封容器;升降机构,具有使载置有容器主体的容器台升降的凸轮机构,且构成为在容器台的上止点使容器主体上的成型盖与密封作用面压接;和容器台下降控制机构,不会使被所述盖检测装置判断为在容器主体上未载置有成型盖、或者未正常载置有成形盖的容器的容器台上升到所述上止点;(2)如上述(1)所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,盖检测装置具有:用于检测输送来的容器的一对光电传感器;和用于检测在容器主体上未载置成型盖或者未正常载置成型盖的容器的激光传感器;(3)如上述(1)或(2)所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,密封装置的升降机构具有将容器台推起的弹簧,在密封时通过弹簧的弹压力,使容器主体上的成型盖和密封作用面压接。
另外,本发明涉及:(4)如上述(3)所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,以如下方式构成:密封装置的升降机构具有固定在下支承板上的载置台和以升降自如的方式安装在载置台上方的容器台,所述载置台具有固定在下支承板上的固定板、设置在固定板的上方的引导筒和成下垂状设置在固定板上的筒状托架,所述容器台具有载置容器的容器载置板、设置在容器载置板的上表面且对容器载置板上的容器进行定位的容器保持架和呈下垂状设置在容器载置板上的筒状侧缘部,在所述引导筒内设置有能够在引导筒内升降自如地滑动的升降体,所述容器台的筒状侧缘部以能够在载置台的引导筒的外表面滑动的方式设置,在升降体上端和容器载置板下表面之间设置有从下侧支承容器台的弹簧,在载置台的引导筒上设置有长孔,在与该长孔对应的升降体的位置上安装有轴,在该轴的前端设置有凸轮从动件,通过设在密封装置的下支承板外侧的凸轮来引导凸轮从动件,并通过凸轮从动件的动作,使引导筒内的升降体进行升降动作;(5)如上述(1)至(4)中任一项所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,密封装置的容器台下降控制机构具有流体压力缸,用于抵抗弹簧的弹压力对容器台的上推,并对容器台进行下拉控制;(6)如上述(5)所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,密封装置的容器台下降控制机构具有:设置在升降限制杆的下端部的截面倒T字状的被限制部件,所述升降限制杆以下垂状安装在容器载置板下表面中央部上,且以相对于升降体自由滑动地贯穿升降体的中央部的方式延伸;流体压力缸,以使缸杆朝上的方式安装在载置台的筒状托架上;和设置在缸杆前端的大致C字状的限制部件,进行控制以保持缸杆退回的状态,由此,通过所述限制部件且经由被限制部件来限制容器台的上升;(7)如上述(5)或(6)所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,流体压力缸是气缸;(8)如上述(1)至(7)中任一项所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,密封装置是具有超声波焊头的密封装置,所述超声波焊头使以对成型盖和容器主体进行加压的加压方向为轴的中心的旋转方向的超声波旋转振动作用;(9)如上述(1)至(8)中任一项所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,成型盖是合成树脂制成型盖,具有圆盘状盖主体和在盖主体周缘部设置为下垂状的侧缘部。
发明的效果
根据本发明的连续回转式填充包装机械,在盖供给装置的下游侧配设有盖检测装置,并进行控制,以避免被该盖检测装置判断为在容器主体上未载置有成型盖或者未正常载置有成型盖的容器与密封作用面接触,并向后续工序输送,由此,能够大幅降低密封不良。

具体实施方式
作为本发明的连续回转式填充包装机械,将液体内容物填充到容器主体中,并将盖套装到填充有液体内容物的容器主体上,并对容器主体和盖进行热封而制造密封容器,其中,具有:填充装置,在容器主体旋转移动期间将液体内容物填充到容器内;盖供给装置,将成型盖供给至从填充装置移载来的填充有液体内容物的容器主体的上端开口部;配设在盖供给装置的下游侧的盖检测装置;和密封装置,该密封装置具有:密封作用面,在载置有成型盖的容器主体旋转移动期间,将成型盖密封到容器主体的上端开口部而成为密封容器;升降机构,具有使载置有容器主体的容器台升降的凸轮机构,且构成为在容器台的上止点使容器主体上的成型盖与密封作用面压接;和容器台下降控制机构,不会使被所述盖检测装置判断为在容器主体上未载置有成型盖、或者未正常载置有成型盖的容器的容器台上升到所述上止点,只要是上述的连续回转式填充包装机械即可,没有特别限制,作为上述容器主体能够优选地列举出瓶状合成树脂制容器主体等的合成树脂制有底筒状容器主体。另外,作为上述盖能够优选地列举出具有圆盘状盖主体和在盖主体周缘部上设置为下垂状的侧缘部的成型盖,例如,能够优选地例示合成树脂制成型盖和包括金属箔层的成型盖。在上述盖是具有圆盘状盖主体和在盖主体周缘部上设置为下垂状的侧缘部的合成树脂制成型盖的情况下,优选具有:一次盖冷加工成型装置,由片状盖材料成型具有圆盘状盖主体和在盖主体周缘部上设置为下垂状的侧缘部的合成树脂制成型盖;和二次盖成型装置,将由一次盖冷加工成型装置成型的密封装置的成型盖成型为最终盖形状。
另外,本发明的连续回转式填充包装机械还可以具有容器供给装置,作为上述容器供给装置,只要是能够将容器主体向填充装置供给的装置即可,没有特别限定。例如能够使用具有容器整理装置、输送带、螺旋传送机、将容器主体向填充装置供给的入口星形轮等的现有公知的装置。当使用上述的容器供给装置时,通过容器整理装置,能够对以任意朝向供给的瓶状合成树脂制容器进行整理以使其上端开口部朝向上方,并呈一列地向输送带载置,并使载置于输送带上的容器输送至下游侧,并在输送带下游部通过螺旋传送机而排列为规定间距。被排列的容器经由入口星形轮而向填充装置供给。
作为上述填充装置,只要是能够在通过容器供给装置供给的容器主体旋转移动期间将液态内容物填充到容器内的装置即可,没有特别限定,例如能够使用具有填充液箱、在填充液箱周缘部下表面以等间隔朝下地设置规定数量的填充喷嘴、设置在填充喷嘴下方的与填充喷嘴对应位置上的容器载置台和安装有容器载置台的旋转台的现有公知的装置,其中,对于33000瓶/小时的高速填充,优选使用使容器为密封状态并一边吸引除去空气一边进行填充的真空填充装置。当使用该填充装置时,能够在容器载置台上的容器旋转期间,使容器载置台或者填充喷嘴升降,而来填充内容物。
作为上述盖供给装置,只要是能够将成型盖、优选将具有圆盘状盖主体和在盖主体周缘部上设置为下垂状的侧缘部的合成树脂制成型盖供给到从填充装置移载来的填充有液体内容物的容器主体的上端开口部的装置即可,没有特别限定,通过盖成型机构而成型的盖落入到下方的盖给送装置(滑道)中,并且盖一个接一个地套装到由中间星形轮等输送的容器的上端开口部上。除了具有上述盖冲裁成型装置等的一次盖冷加工成型装置和冷加工成型用片状盖材料之外,在上述专利文献1中还具体记载了容器主体和二次盖成型装置。
作为上述盖检测装置,优选为配设在中间星形轮的于盖供给装置的下游侧、且能够检测出在容器主体上未载置有成型盖或者未正常载置有成型盖的容器的盖检测装置,能够例示出:具有用于检测输送来的容器的一对光电传感器和用于检测在容器主体上未载置有成型盖或者未正常载置有成型盖的容器的激光传感器的盖检测装置;用于检测输送来的容器、且检测在容器主体上未载置有成型盖或者未正常载置有成型盖的容器的CCD摄像机等。若使用该盖检测装置,则能够在光电传感器检测到输送来的容器后,使激光传感器相对于容器开口部发射激光,并通过传感器来检测其反射光量,从而通过计测从激光的发射到检测出发射光为止的时间以及光量,并由判断程序确认成型盖是否载置在容器上、或者是否正常地载置在容器上,或者能够通过CCD摄像机的摄像结果,并由判断程序确认成型盖是否载置在容器上、或者是否正常地载置在容器上。
作为上述密封装置,除了超声波热封装置和高频热封装置之外,能够列举出将加热部件按压在被密封部件上并使加热部件的热直接作用到被密封部上的热封装置,但是优选使用能够尽量多地享受本发明的效果的超声波热封装置。作为该超声波热封装置,为能够使成型盖密封到容器主体的上端开口部而成为密封容器的装置,优选地例示出如下的密封装置,该密封装置具有:超声波焊头(参照专利文献3),在例如经由中间星形轮供给的载置有成型盖的容器主体旋转移动期间,将成型盖超声波密封到容器主体的上端开口部而成为密封容器、且使以对成型盖和容器主体进行加压的加压方向作为轴的中心的旋转方向的超声波旋转振动作用;升降机构,具有使供容器主体载置的容器台升降的凸轮机构,且构成为在容器台的上止点使容器主体上的成型盖与超声波焊头的作用面压接;和容器台下降控制机构,不会使被所述盖检测装置判断为在容器主体上未载置有成型盖、或者未正常载置有成型盖的容器的容器台上升到所述上止点,在上述超声波焊头的作用面上,为了加强该作用面与成型盖表面之间的摩擦力,而优选设置有放射状的槽。另外,具有上述超声波焊头的超声波焊接机能够通过向接合面作用频率15~50kHz、优选20~30kHz、且振幅16~126μm、优选70~80μm的超声波旋转振动而进行焊接。例如,在将冷加工成型的盖密封到聚苯乙烯类树脂容器开口部上来制造密封容器的情况下,能够用手指将饮料容器等的树脂容器的盖剥离,且能够以8~12N的力剥离,上述饮料容器是一边以100~200N对成型盖和容器主体进行加压一边在优选为频率20~30kHz、输出50~500w/个、密封时间0.2~1秒等这样的条件下焊接而成的饮料容器。并且,能够得到即使由于不注意而使密封容器落下也不会使盖剥离的剥离强度。另外,作为上述高频热封装置,能够列举出如下的高频密封装置,该装置具有对成型盖的容器口缘部对应部分进行加热的环状的感应加热用线圈、将盖按压到容器口缘部上的环状耐热弹性体和使磁束集中而使加热效果增加的磁性体。
作为上述密封装置中的升降机构,优选为如下的机构,该机构具有将容器台推起的弹簧,在密封时通过弹簧的弹压力而使容器主体上的成型盖与密封作用面压接,更具体地,能够例示出如下构成的升降机构,该升降机构具有固定在下支承板上的载置台和以升降自如的方式安装在载置台上方的容器台,上述载置台具有固定在下支承板上的固定板、设置在固定板的上方的引导筒、在固定板上设置为下垂状的筒状托架,上述容器台具有载置容器的容器载置板、设置在容器载置板的上表面且对容器载置板上的容器进行定位的容器保持架和在容器载置板上设置为下垂状的筒状侧缘部,在上述引导筒内设置有能够在引导筒内升降自如地滑动的升降体,上述容器台的筒状侧缘部以能够在载置台的引导筒的外表面滑动的方式设置,在升降体上端和容器载置板下表面之间设置有从下侧支承容器台的弹簧,在载置台的引导筒上设置有长孔,在与该长孔对应的升降体的位置上安装有轴,在该轴的前端设置有凸轮从动件,通过设置在密封装置的下支承板外侧的凸轮来引导凸轮从动件,通过凸轮从动件的动作而使引导筒内的升降体进行升降动作。
作为上述密封装置的容器台的下降控制机构,优选为如下的机构,该机构具有流体压力缸,用于抵抗容器台基于弹簧的弹压力的上推,并对容器台进行下拉控制,更具体地能够例示如下的机构,该机构具有:设置在升降限制杆的下端部上的截面倒T字状的被限制部件,所述升降限制杆以下垂状安装在容器载置板下表面中央部上,且以相对于升降体自由滑动地贯穿升降体的中央部的方式延伸;流体压力缸,以使缸杆朝上的方式安装在载置台的筒状托架上;和设置在缸杆前端的大致C字状限制部件,进行控制以保持缸杆退回的状态,由此,通过所述限制部件且经由被限制部件来限制容器台的上升。另外,作为上述流体压力缸能够优选地例示出气缸。
下面,参照附图来更具体地说明本发明的连续回转式填充包装机械的一个实施方式,本实施方式的连续回转式填充包装机械,将液体内容物填充到容器主体中,并将盖套装到填充有液体内容物的容器主体上,并对容器主体和盖进行超声波密封而制造密封容器,其具有:容器供给装置,将合成树脂制有底筒状容器主体向填充装置供给,且具有入口星形轮;填充装置,在经由入口星形轮供给的容器主体旋转移动期间,将液体内容物填充到容器内;盖供给装置,其具有中间星形轮,将合成树脂制成型盖供给到从填充装置移载至中间星形轮的填充有液体内容物的容器主体的上端开口部上,该合成树脂制成型盖具有圆盘状盖主体和在盖主体周缘部设置为下垂状的侧缘部;配设在中间星形轮的盖供给装置的下游侧的盖检测装置;和超声波密封装置,在载置有经由中间星形轮供给的成型盖的容器主体旋转移动期间,将成型盖超声波密封到容器主体的上端开口部而成为密封容器,该超声波密封装置具有:超声波焊头,其使以与对成型盖和容器主体进行加压的加压方向平行的轴为中心的旋转方向的超声波旋转振动作用;升降机构,具有使载置有容器主体的容器台升降的凸轮机构,并构成为在容器台的上止点使容器主体上的成型盖与超声波焊头的作用面压接;和容器台下降控制机构,不会使被上述盖检测装置判断为在容器主体上未载置有成型盖或者未正常载置有成型盖的容器的容器台上升至上述的上止点,但是,本发明的技术范围并不限定在这些例示中。
在图1中以整体俯视图来表示本发明的33000瓶/小时的高速填充用的连续回转式包装机械的一个实施方式。如图1所示,本发明的连续回转式填充包装机械的概要为,具有:将合成树脂制有底筒状容器主体向填充装置供给的容器供给装置20;将内容物填充到所供给的容器主体中的填充装置30;由片状盖材料来对合成树脂制成型盖进行成型的一次盖冷加工成型装置50,该合成树脂制成型盖具有圆盘状盖主体和在盖主体周缘部设置为下垂状的侧缘部;将成型盖P供给至填充有内容物的容器主体的上端开口部的盖供给装置60;配设在盖供给装置的下游侧的盖检测装置70;将成型盖P密封到容器主体B的上端开口部而成为密封容器的密封装置100;将密封了的密封容器输出的容器输出装置80;以及将由一次盖冷加工成型装置50成型的密封容器的成型盖P成型为最终盖形状的二次盖成型装置90。
上述容器供给装置20具有容器整理装置21、输送带22和螺旋传送机23,在容器整理装置21中,对以任意朝向供给的瓶状的合成树脂制有底筒状容器主体B进行整理以使其上端开口部朝向上方,并呈一列地向输送带22载置。载置于输送带上的容器主体B被向下游侧输送,在输送带下游部通过螺旋传送机23而以规定间距排列。被排列的容器主体B经由入口星形轮24而向填充装置30供给。在填充装置30中,当容器在装置内旋转移动期间,使液体内容物由四十根真空填充喷嘴(未图示)填充到容器内。填充有液体内容物的容器被移送至中间星形轮40。
在连续回转式填充包装机械的填充装置30的附近设置有一次盖冷加工成型装置50。在一次盖冷加工成型装置50中,将合成树脂制片状盖材料冲裁为大致圆盘状,并且,使被冲裁的盖材料成型为截面大致コ字状的成型盖P,也就是说,该成型盖P由圆盘状盖主体和从盖主体周缘部设置为下垂状的侧缘部构成。成型的盖P通过盖供给装置60套装在由中间星形轮40输送的容器主体B的上端开口部上。而且,通过配设在中间星形轮40的于盖供给装置60的下游侧的盖检测装置70,检测出在容器主体B上未载置有成型盖P或者未正常载置有成型盖P的容器。
接下来,填充有内容物的容器由中间星形轮40向超声波密封装置100供给。在超声波密封装置100中,以在盖检测装置70中判断为正常载置有成型盖的容器为对象,当容器在密封装置内移动期间使成型盖P超声波密封到容器上而密封,并使密封容器向容器输出装置80输送。另外,在盖检测装置70中被判断为未载置有成型盖P或者未正常载置有成型盖P的容器,在受到控制而避免成型盖P和焊头108接触的状态下,向容器输出装置80输送。
容器输出装置80由输出星形轮81、输出传送带82和螺旋传送机83构成,密封容器经由输出星形轮81而载置于输出传送带82上。载置于输出传送带82上的密封容器被输送至下游侧,在输出传送带下游部通过螺旋传送机83排列为规定间距。排列的密封容器经由入口星形轮91向二次盖成型装置90供给。在二次盖成型装置90中,当密封容器在装置内移动期间,对密封在容器主体上的成型盖P进行二次成型,从而成为最终形状的密封容器。最终形状的密封容器经由出口行星轮92输送至后续工序。另外,在盖检测装置70中被判断为未载置成型盖或者未正常载置成型盖的容器,在载置于输出传送带82上后立即通过设置的容器排出机构(未图示)而被排出。容器排出机构通过鼓风将输出传送带82上的无盖容器吹向传送带旁边的滑梯状的滑道,并通过滑槽排出到机构外。
图2表示盖检测装置70的(a)俯视图和(b)主视图。如图2(b)所示,一对光电传感器71以在相对于容器输送方向正交的面上、且以使输送来的容器将连结一对光电传感器71的传感器发送接收部之间的线段遮断的方式固定设置在托架73上。当容器被输送至设置在中间星形轮40上的盖检测装置70时,容器将一对光电传感器间的光遮断,通过光量的变化而能够检测出容器已被输送来。当光电传感器检测出输送来的容器时,同样地固定设置在上述托架上的激光传感器72向容器开口端发射激光,并通过传感器来检测随后的反射光量。而且,通过计测从激光发射到检测出反射光为止的时间以及光量,而能够检测出成型盖是否套装在容器上,或者是否正常地载置在容器上。
在图3中示出了超声波密封装置100的整体图(纵剖视图)。超声波密封装置100具有:上支承板102,在其周缘部上等间隔地固定设置有三十根超声波焊接机101;和下支承板104,该下支承板104在超声波焊接机下方的相对位置上固定设置有三十个容器台103。上支承板102以及下支承板104固定在密封装置的驱动轴105上。另外,在各超声波焊接机的上方设置有密封装置的控制装置106。超声波焊接机101由固定设置在上支承板102上的焊接机主体107、和从焊接机主体107向下方突出、且在下端具有密封作用面的圆棒状的焊头108构成。在超声波焊接机中内置有使未图示的超声波旋转振动作用的振动元件,并通过上述振动元件使旋转振动传递至焊头的密封作用面。供容器载置且使容器的上端夹着套装在容器上的盖而按压到焊头108上的容器台103经由载置台111安装在下支承板104上。
在图4中示出了在容器主体上套装有盖的情况下的超声波密封装置101的局部放大图,图4(a)表示从中间星形轮40向超声波密封装置100供给的时点的局部放大图,图4(b)表示密封时的局部放大图。密封装置100具有固定在下支承板110上的载置台111和在载置台上方自由升降的容器台103。载置台111由固定在下支承板104上的固定板112、设置在固定板的上方的引导筒113、呈下垂状设置在固定板上的筒状托架114构成。容器台103由载置容器的容器载置板115、设置在容器载置板的上表面且对容器载置板上的容器进行定位的容器保持架116和呈下垂状设置在容器载置板上的筒状侧缘部118构成。而且,在容器保持架外侧设置有引导部件109,其对容器台输送容器的输送路径的外侧进行引导。
在引导筒113内设置有能够在引导筒内升降自如地滑动的升降体117,容器台103的侧缘部118以能够在载置台的引导筒的外表面滑动的方式设置。在升降体117上端和容器载置板115下表面之间设置有弹簧119,容器台103被弹簧从下侧支承。
在载置台111的引导筒113上设置有长孔,在升降体117的与长孔对应的位置上安装有轴,在该轴的前端设置有凸轮从动件120。另外,在密封装置的下支承板外侧设置有凸轮121。在向密封装置100供给容器的供给位置(参照图4(a))上,通过上下一对即上凸轮121(a)以及下凸轮121(b)来引导凸轮从动件120,并通过在下凸轮上滚动的凸轮从动件的动作,使填充有液体的容器主体顺畅地导入到密封装置中。而且,在上凸轮121(a)变没且下凸轮121(b)上升的密封位置上,通过在下凸轮上滚动的凸轮从动件120的引导而使引导筒内的升降体117进行升降动作。
在容器载置板下表面中央部以下垂状安装有升降限制杆122。升降限制杆122以相对于升降体117自由滑动地方式贯穿升降体117的中央部而延伸,在升降限制杆122的下部设置有止挡件123,该止挡件123进行限制,从而升降限制杆122不会从升降体117向上方突出而脱落。在升降限制杆122的下端部设置有截面倒T字状的被限制部件124。
在载置台的筒状托架114上以使缸杆125向上的方式安装有气缸126。在缸杆前端设置有大致C字状的限制部件127。
图4示出了在成型盖正常地载置于容器主体上的状态下,容器被供给至密封位置100的情况下的密封装置的动作。在该情况下,如图4所示,通过密封装置的密封动作,保持气缸126的缸杆125伸长的状态。当通过下凸轮121(b)并经由凸轮从动件120使升降体117在引导筒内上升时,容器台通过弹簧也上升,容器台上的容器被按压在超声波焊接机的超声波焊头下端的密封作用面上,在按压状态下通过密封作用面的转动反复振动,成型盖也转动反复振动,通过与固定的容器主体之间产生的摩擦热,容器主体B和成型盖P被密封。此时,通过密封装置的密封动作,保持气缸的缸杆125伸长的状态,由此,容器台103的上升不会被限制部件127限制。
图5示出了在成型盖未载置于容器主体上或者未正常载置于容器主体上的状态下,在容器P被供给到密封装置的情况下的密封装置100的动作。在中间星形轮40中,当盖检测装置70检测出在填充有液体的容器主体上未载置有成型盖、或者未正常载置有成型盖的状态后,如图5所示,通过密封装置的密封动作进行控制,以保持与该容器对应的气缸的缸杆125退回的状态。也就是说,当通过下凸轮121并经由凸轮从动件120使升降体117在引导筒内上升时,容器台通过弹簧119也欲上升,但是由于容器台的上升被限制部件127限制,所以避免了容器主体与焊头的密封作用面接触,且不会使容器夹着盖被按压到焊头上。
如上述那样地,虽然下凸轮121(b)自密封装置100的从中间星形轮40移栽的移载位置到上升的密封位置、从上升了的密封位置下降的向输出星形轮81移栽的移载位置为止,沿着圆周面连续地设置,且被下凸轮引导而使凸轮从动件在下凸轮上表面上滚动,而重复低位水平圆周运动、上升圆周运动、高位水平圆周运动、下降圆周运动、低位水平圆周运动,但是,上凸轮121(a)在密封装置的自中间星形轮40移栽的移载位置附近、以及在密封装置的向输出星形轮81输出的移载位置附近不连续地设置,是用于可靠地引导从中间星形轮40的移载以及向输出星形轮81的移载的构造。

Claims (9)

1.一种连续回转式填充包装机械,将液体内容物填充到容器主体中,并将盖套装到填充有液体内容物的容器主体上,并对容器主体和盖进行密封而制造密封容器,其特征在于,具有:
填充装置,在容器主体旋转移动期间将液体内容物填充到容器内;
盖供给装置,将成型盖供给至从填充装置移载来的填充有液体内容物的容器主体的上端开口部;
配设在盖供给装置的下游侧的盖检测装置;和
密封装置,该密封装置具有:密封作用面,在载置有成型盖的容器主体旋转移动期间,将成型盖热密封到容器主体的上端开口部上而成为密封容器;升降机构,具有使载置有容器主体的容器台升降的凸轮机构,且构成为在容器台的上止点使容器主体上的成型盖与密封作用面压接;和容器台下降控制机构,使被所述盖检测装置判断为在容器主体上未载置有成型盖、或者未正常载置有成形盖的容器的容器台不会上升到所述上止点。
2.如权利要求1所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,盖检测装置具有:用于检测输送来的容器的一对光电传感器;和用于检测在容器主体上未载置成型盖或者未正常载置成型盖的容器的激光传感器。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,密封装置的升降机构具有将容器台推起的弹簧,在密封时通过弹簧的弹压力,使容器主体上的成型盖和密封作用面压接。
4.如权利要求3所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,以如下方式构成:密封装置的升降机构具有固定在下支承板上的载置台和以升降自如的方式安装在载置台上方的容器台,所述载置台具有固定在下支承板上的固定板、设置在固定板的上方的引导筒和呈下垂状地设置在固定板上的筒状托架,所述容器台具有载置容器的容器载置板、设置在容器载置板的上表面且对容器载置板上的容器进行定位的容器保持架和呈下垂状地设置在容器载置板上的筒状侧缘部,在所述引导筒内设置有能够在引导筒内升降自如地滑动的升降体,所述容器台的筒状侧缘部以能够在载置台的引导筒的外表面滑动的方式设置,在升降体上端和容器载置板下表面之间设置有从下侧支承容器台的弹簧,在载置台的引导筒上设置有长孔,在与该长孔对应的升降体的位置上安装有轴,在该轴的前端设置有凸轮从动件,通过设在密封装置的下支承板外侧的凸轮来引导凸轮从动件,并通过凸轮从动件的动作,使引导筒内的升降体进行升降动作。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,密封装置的容器台下降控制机构具有流体压力缸,用于抵抗由弹簧的弹压力对容器台的上推,对容器台进行下拉控制。
6.如权利要求5所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,密封装置的容器台下降控制机构具有:设置在升降限制杆的下端部的截面倒T字状的被限制部件,所述升降限制杆以下垂状安装在容器载置板下表面中央部上,且以相对于升降体自由滑动地贯穿升降体的中央部的方式延伸;流体压力缸,以使缸杆朝上的方式安装在载置台的筒状托架上;和设置在缸杆前端的大致C字状的限制部件,通过控制以保持缸杆退回的状态,由此,通过所述限制部件且经由被限制部件来限制容器台的上升。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,流体压力缸是气缸。
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,密封装置是具有超声波焊头的密封装置,所述超声波焊头使以对成型盖和容器主体进行加压的加压方向为轴的中心的旋转方向的超声波旋转振动作用。
9.如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的连续回转式填充包装机械,其特征在于,成型盖是合成树脂制成型盖,具有圆盘状盖主体和在盖主体周缘部设置为下垂状的侧缘部。
