Abstract
本发明公开了一种纤维增强复合材料保温板,包括:保温层的上下两层上均铺设有增强层,所述增强层为玻璃纤维网格布;纤维增强复合材料保温板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:保温层的各原材料与水混合均匀;将混合均匀的料浆倒入底部铺设有玻璃纤维网格布的模具中;再在料浆上层铺设有一层玻璃纤维网格布;铺设完成后,对其进行压制成型。通过上述方式,本发明能够双面采用玻璃纤维网格布进行加强,可以明显提高保温板尺寸稳定,抗冲击性,抗裂性能;采用无机胶凝材料包裹保温填料技术,满足外墙保温防火要求;使用寿命更长,可与建筑物的寿命基本保持同步。

[0008] 本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种力学性能优良,防火性能优异,耐候性能优越,尺寸稳定,性价比高的纤维增强复合材料保温板及其制备方法。
[0009] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种纤维增强复合材料保温板,包括:保温层、增强层,所述保温层的上下两层上均铺设有增强层,所述增强层为玻璃纤维网格布,所述保温层的各原材料的重量份为:胶凝材料80-90份、保温填料5-15份、功能添加剂3-5份。

1)将保温层的各原材料与水按照0. 5-0. 8的水料重量比均匀混合,制得料浆;
2)将混合均匀的料浆倒入底部铺设有玻璃纤维网格布的模具中;
3)模具被填充满后,再在料浆上层铺设有一层玻璃纤维网格布;
4)铺设完成后,将其进行压制成型;
5)最后经硬化、拆模、养护工序,即制得纤维增强复合材料保温板成品。

I、防火可达到A级要求,为匀质材料保温板,任何部分都可达到A级防火要求。

[0037] 本发明纤维增强复合材料保温板及其制备方法双面采用玻璃纤维网格布进行加强,可以明显提高保温板尺寸稳定,抗冲击性,抗裂性能;采用无机胶凝材料包裹保温填料技术,使保温板的整体防火等级达到A级,满足外墙保温防火要求;候性能优越,且与保温基层墙体同为无机材料,粘结性更好;因此使用寿命更长,可与建筑物的寿命基本保持同步;可使用EPS泡沫颗粒、轻质混凝土破碎料、发泡水泥板破碎料等固体废弃物为保温填料,充分利用固体废弃物,性价比更好;具有轻质、保温、耐久、隔热、隔音的特点,同时又具有优异力学强度,可以作为优良的保温隔热材料用于建筑节能,同时也可以广泛用于浇筑建筑屋面、地面、内外墙体等。

Claims (10)
1. 一种纤维增强复合材料保温板,其特征在于,包括:保温层、增强层,所述保温层的上下两层上均铺设有增强层,所述增强层为玻璃纤维网格布,所述保温层的各原材料的重量份为:胶凝材料80-90份、保温填料5-15份、功能添加剂3-5份。
2.根据权利要求I所述的纤维增强复合材料保温板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤: 1)将保温层的各原材料与水按照0. 5-0. 8的水料重量比均匀混合,制得料浆; 2)将混合均匀的料浆倒入底部铺设有玻璃纤维网格布的模具中; 3)模具被填充满后,再在料浆上层铺设有一层玻璃纤维网格布; 4)铺设完成后,将其进行压制成型; 5)最后经硬化、拆模、养护工序,即制得纤维增强复合材料保温板成品。
3.根据权利要求I所述的纤维增强复合材料保温板,其特征在于,胶凝材料为硅酸盐水泥、粉煤灰一种或两者混合物。
4.根据权利要求I所述的纤维增强复合材料保温板,其特征在于,保温填料为玻化微珠、EPS泡沫颗粒、轻质混凝土破碎料、发泡水泥板破碎料中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求I所述的纤维增强复合材料保温板,其特征在于,功能添加剂包括憎水剂15-25份、纤维6-10份、保水剂6-10份、调凝剂60-70份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纤维增强复合材料保温板,其特征在于,憎水剂为硅烷类或硅氧烷类憎水剂中的一种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的纤维增强复合材料保温板,其特征在于,纤维为矿物纤维、聚酯纤维或聚丙烯纤维中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的纤维增强复合材料保温板,其特征在于,调凝剂为氯化物、硫酸盐、碳酸盐、铝酸盐、硅酸盐中的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求5所述的纤维增强复合材料保温板,其特征在于,保水剂为甲基纤维素醚、乙基纤维素醚、丙基纤维素醚中的一种。
10.根据权利要求I所述的纤维增强复合材料保温板,其特征在于,玻璃纤维网格布为中碱或无碱玻璃纤维网格布。
