技术领域
本发明涉及墙体板浆料配方,具体是一种绿色环保的装配式集成房节能墙体板浆料。
背景技术
现国家提出要大力发展钢结构装配式集成房屋,然而装配式集成房屋节能墙体板浆料,还是用岩棉和挤塑板夹彩钢制成,这种材料既不环保又不节能,使用寿命又短,发展一种绿色环保装配式集成房屋节能墙板浆料,势在必行,国家号召在未来10年内,我国要发展节能环保装配式集成房屋达到30%,市场发展前景十分广阔。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要针对现有技术的不足,而提供一种绿色环保的装配式集成房节能墙体板浆料,该浆料具有密封性好,隔音防潮,防火隔音效果好,施工安装和拆卸灵活方便,速度快的特点,可以重复利用,利用率高。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种绿色环保的装配式集成房节能墙体板浆料,主要由下述按重量份配比计的原料经混合均匀、搅拌制成:
水泥80-120,粉煤灰8-12,分散剂 0.15-0.21,硅灰粉1.23-1.41,稳泡剂0.04-0.09,激发剂0.02-0.07,PP增强短纤维丝0.011-0.019,抗裂网格布0.18-0.22,钢丝网1.6-3.3,金属边框26-39,防水剂0.15-0.19,无机发泡蜂巢板10-20。
所述的水泥为52.5特种水泥;快硬硫铝酸盐水泥;
所述的粉煤灰为细度为40-55µm的II级粉煤灰;
所述分散剂为NNO分散剂;EBS分散剂;ps94型号分散剂;
所述稳泡剂为jw-wp2稳泡剂;
所述激发剂为Na2SO4激发剂;
所述PP增强短纤维丝为pp2-3增强短纤维丝;
所述抗裂网格布为玻璃纤维网格布,优选用全白金、尺寸为6×4、平方米100克的网格布;
所述防水剂为HEA-3防水剂;XF-HEA防水剂;RNK防水剂;道康宁610防水剂;
所述无机发泡蜂巢板为jw-fcb无机发泡蜂巢板;
所述硅灰粉为粉末状的二氧化硅(Sio2),硅灰粉平均粒径在 0.1-0.15μm;
所述钢丝网为规格丝径从4.0mm 网孔是10cm×12cm,表面为电镀锌;所述金属边框为C型异形件钢,厚度为3.5mm,表面为热镀锌;
本发明的优点是:能模块化装配,施工安装和拆卸灵活方便,速度快,密封性好,隔音防潮,防火隔音效果好,节能效果尤为突出,可以重复利用,利用率高。

水泥80-120,粉煤灰8-12,分散剂 0.15-0.21,硅灰粉1.23-1.41,稳泡剂0.04-0.09,激发剂0.02-0.07,PP增强短纤维丝0.011-0.019,抗裂网格布0.18-0.22,钢丝网1.6-3.3,金属边框26-39,防水剂0.15-0.19,无机发泡蜂巢板10-20。

3.根据权利要求1所述的装配式集成房节能墙体板浆料,其特征是:所述的粉煤灰为细度为40-55µm的II级粉煤灰。
