Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗皮肤病的中药有效部位组合物及其制备方法。本发明所述治疗皮肤病的中药有效部位组合物由如下按照质量百分数计的组分组成：人参21～35%，干姜14～28%，山楂14～28%，元参7～21%，升麻14～28%，巴豆7～21%，石膏7～21%。本发明所述中药有效部位组合物作为内服制剂，具有清热解毒、祛湿消肿、止痒的显著功效，可有效用于外源性皮肤瘙痒等各类皮肤病。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药组合物领域，具体涉及一种治疗皮肤病的中药有效部位组合物。
背景技术
皮肤病一直是困扰人类生活的一类疾病。虽然不足以致命，但皮肤病通常会使人产生红、肿、痒等症状，如果皮肤表皮因搔痒而受到破坏还容易引起细菌或真菌感染，愈发加重病情，严重影响人类的生活。
发明内容
本发明通过多年实验研究，得出一种可以有效治疗皮肤病，特别是皮肤瘙痒症的中药有效部位组合物。
本发明技术方案如下：
一种治疗皮肤病的中药有效部位组合物，由如下按照质量百分数计的组分组成：人参21~35%，干姜14~28%，山楂14~28%，元参7~21%，升麻14~28%，巴豆7~21%，石膏7~21%。
作为一种优选方案，所述组合物由如下按照质量百分数计的组分组成：人参28%，干姜13%，山楂16%，元参11%，升麻18%，巴豆7%，石膏7%。
本发明所述中药有效部位组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤：
（1）按比例取人参、干姜、山楂、元参、升麻和巴豆，粉碎，加8倍量水煎煮3次，每次2小时，过滤煎液后合并滤液，在滤液中加入石膏，溶解后减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.1~1.15的膏状，加乙醇，使其含醇量为66%，静置过夜，过滤，回收乙醇，浓缩；
（2）将浓缩的浓缩液按照常规方法加入适合的辅料，加工成相应的液体剂型。
本发明所述组合物用于制成液体剂型的药物口服效果最佳。提炼成粉状压制成片剂或胶囊也可以。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
（1）本发明组合物可以有效抑制皮肤病引起的皮肤瘙痒等症状，同时可使皮肤病引起的色斑等消除。
（2）本发明组合物的制备方法简单易行，得率高，有效保持了药物的有效成分。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来进一步解释本发明，但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例1
取人参28g、干姜13g、山楂16g、元参11g、升麻18g、巴豆7g，粉碎至粗粉，加8倍量水煎煮3次，每次2小时，过滤煎液后合并滤液，在滤液中加入石膏7g，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.15的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为66%，静置过夜，过滤，回收乙醇，得到浓缩液1000ml，取单糖浆，加入上述浓缩液，并与枸橼酸调pH至4，加蒸馏水至5000ml，搅拌均匀，精滤后分装成10ml玻璃瓶中，包装得到口服液。
本品为深棕色澄明液体，放置半年内不产生浑浊。pH约4.8，总固体12.3%左右。孕妇忌用，癌症病人需在医生指导下使用。
实施例2
临床观察病人100例，病人均有明显皮肤瘙痒的临床症状并经临床医师确诊为皮肤病引起的瘙痒，其中年龄跨度为五个月~65岁，病程最长5年，最短7天。
把患者按照年龄分为儿童组（16岁以下）、成人组（17~55岁）、老年组（55岁以上），口服实施例1制得的口服液，成人量每日两次，每次10ml；儿童组和老人组均减半口服液的用量。用药后每天观察一次，治好的患者过1个月及3个月均复查是否有复发。
各年龄组服用后的治疗效果见表1。
通过表1可知，实施例1得到的口服液在治疗皮肤瘙痒有很好的疗效，并且无复发症状出现，病人服用口服液后均未感到任何不适，皮肤红肿痒问题逐渐消退。
实施例3
使用实施例1制得的口服液给药ICR小鼠，体重20~25g，雌雄各半。
经预试，实施例1制得的口服液毒性很低，测不出LD50，故对小鼠进行一日最大给药量测定。最大给药量为150ml，为成年人临床口服剂量的15倍，7天后观察无一例中毒死亡，全部健康存活，由此证明本发明所述组合物制成的口服液无毒副作用。

1. 一种治疗皮肤病的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于所述组合物由如下按照质量百分数计的组分组成：人参21~35%，干姜14~28%，山楂14~28%，元参7~21%，升麻14~28%，巴豆7~21%，石膏7~21%。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的治疗皮肤病的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于所述组合物由如下按照质量百分数计的组分组成：人参28%，干姜13%，山楂16%，元参11%，升麻18%，巴豆7%，石膏7%。
3. 权利要求1或2所述治疗皮肤病的中药有效部位组合物的制备方法，其特征在于包括如下步骤：
（1）按比例取人参、干姜、山楂、元参、升麻和巴豆，粉碎，加8倍量水煎煮3次，每次2小时，过滤煎液后合并滤液，在滤液中加入石膏，溶解后减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.1~1.15的膏状，加乙醇，使其含醇量为66%，静置过夜，过滤，回收乙醇，浓缩；
（2）将浓缩的浓缩液按照常规方法加入适合的辅料，加工成相应的液体剂型。
