Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗更年期综合征的中药有效部位组合物及其制备方法。本发明所述中药有效部位组合物由阿魏、草果、白芍、金钱草、鸡血藤和合欢皮为原料，按照一定的重量份数组成。本发明所述中药有效部位组合物可以制备成治疗更年期综合征的药物，可以显著减轻女性由于身体发生退行性改变而引起的各种全身性病理变化，且具有无毒副作用，安全性高的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药组合物领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗更年期综合征的中药有效部位组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
更年期综合征是女性由壮年至老年性腺发生退行性改变，致使体内内分泌关系紊乱，进而导致的一系列全身性病理变化。其主要临床特征为善怒易哭、烘热汗出、五心烦热、眩晕耳鸣、健忘、心悸不眠、月经紊乱、关节疼痛等。发病年龄大多在45~55岁之间，也有提前、退后或延长者。更年期综合征是一种阶段性疾病，一般预后良好。
目前市面上用于治疗更年期综合征的多数药物主要是通过添加雌激素，使女性体内的雌激素维持在一定水平，进而使其更年期综合征症状有所缓解，该类药物由于添加了雌激素，但是治标不治本，而且雌激素的滥用可能会导致女性发生乳腺、卵巢等其他疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于制备治疗更年期综合征的中药有效部位组合物，该中药有效部位组合物可以相对最大程度的缓解更年期综合征的各种症状，使女性身体尽快适应由于性腺发生退行性改变导致的较低激素分泌水平，具有治疗效果显著、安全性高、无毒副作用的优点。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案予以实现：
本发明由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：阿魏28、草果25、白芍16、金钱草15、鸡血藤10和合欢皮6。
本发明治疗更年期综合征的中药有效部位组合物适合加工的剂型为片剂、口服液或胶囊剂。
本发明所述治疗更年期综合征的中药有效部位组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤：
（1）将各中药组分粉碎，取阿魏、白芍、金钱草、合欢皮，加入12倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮3小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液；
（2）将加入草果和鸡血藤加入5倍量的水煎煮2小时，过滤煎液，得到滤液；
（3）将步骤（1）和（2）所得滤液合并，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.1~1.15的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为65%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，浓缩；
（4）将浓缩后的浓缩液按照常规制剂工艺加入适合的辅料，加工成相应的剂型。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
（1）本发明所述组合物具有疏肝解郁、安神定志、滋阴益肾、平肝潜阳、益气补血、调理阴阳的功效，经试验，可以较快较好的缓解更年期综合征患者的病症。
（2）本发明组合物无毒副作用。
（3）本发明组合物的制备方法简单易行，得率高，有效保持了药物的有效成分。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来进一步解释本发明，但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例1
取阿魏28g、草果25g、白芍16g、金钱草15g、鸡血藤10g和合欢皮6g，粉碎至粗粉，取阿魏、白芍、金钱草、合欢皮，加入12倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮3小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液；将加入草果和鸡血藤加入5倍量的水煎煮2小时，过滤煎液，得到滤液；将前述两种滤液合并，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.15的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为65%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，得到浓缩液1000ml，取单糖浆，加入上述浓缩液，并用枸橼酸调pH至4.2，加蒸馏水至5000ml，搅拌均匀，精滤后分装成15ml玻璃瓶中，包装得到口服液。
本品为黄棕色澄明液体，放置一年内不产生浑浊，pH月4，总固体13%左右。
实施例2
临床观察病人600例，病人均有明显的更年期综合征临床症状并经临床医师确诊，其中年龄跨度为46~58岁，病程最长10年，最短3个月。
把患者分为3组，每组200例，年龄跨度要平均。第一组口服实施例1制得的口服液，每日2次，每次15ml；第二组口服太太静心口服液，用量按照说明书指示；第三组为空白对照组。用药时间为3个月。
使用实施例1所得口服液的患者统计结果见表1。

通过表1可知，实施例1得到的口服液在治疗更年期综合征有特效。第三组的3例痊愈患者经查证，该3名患者分别患病2、5、6年，推断为自行痊愈。本发明中药制成口服液后，可以在三个月内非常显著的治愈或缓解更年期综合征疾病。随访后发现一年内都不再复发。
实施例3
使用实施例1制得的口服液给药ICR小鼠，体重20~25g，雌雄各半，连续给药30d。
经预试，实施例1制得的洗剂毒性很低，测不出LD50，故对小鼠进行一日最大给药量测定。最大给药量为150ml/d，30天后观察无一例中毒死亡，全部健康存活，由此证明本发明所述组合物制成的口服液对人体不会造成毒副作用。
Claims (2)
1.一种治疗更年期综合征的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：阿魏28、草果25、白芍16、金钱草15、鸡血藤10和合欢皮6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗更年期综合征的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于所述中药有效部位组合物制成片剂、口服液或胶囊剂。
3. 权利要求1或2所述治疗更年期综合征的中药有效部位组合物的制备方法，其特征在于包括如下步骤：
（1）将各中药组分粉碎，取阿魏、白芍、金钱草、合欢皮，加入12倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮3小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液；
（2）将加入草果和鸡血藤加入5倍量的水煎煮2小时，过滤煎液，得到滤液；
（3）将步骤（1）和（2）所得滤液合并，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.1~1.15的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为65%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，浓缩；
（4）将浓缩后的浓缩液按照常规制剂工艺加入适合的辅料，加工成相应的剂型。
4. 权利要求1或2所述中药有效部位组合物在用于制备治疗更年期综合征的药物中的应用。
