Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗帕金森氏病的中药有效部位组合物及其制备方法。本发明所述中药有效部位组合物由半夏、竹黄、柿霜、黄皮、木通和椒目为原料，按照一定的重量份数制成。本发明所述中药有效部位组合物可以制备成治疗帕金森氏病的药物，具有补益肝肾、滋阴熄风、益气养血、活血化瘀、通络止颤的效果，可以显著治疗帕金森氏病，且具有无毒副作用，安全性高的优点。

一种用于治疗帕金森氏病的中药有效部位组合物及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及中药组合物领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗帕金森氏病的中药有效部位组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
帕金森氏病又称震颤麻痹，好发于中年以上男性。临床以震颤、肌肉强直和运动减少为特征，其确切病因至今不明。西医大多采用左旋多巴或抗胆碱能药物进行治疗，虽有一定疗效，但不少病人因副作用太大而被迫停药。久服的病人药效渐减，且不能控制病情的自然发展，因此，目前治疗难度较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于制备治疗帕金森氏病的中药有效部位组合物，该中药有效部位组合物可以快速有效的治疗帕金森氏病，具有治疗效果显著、安全性高、无毒副作用的优点。
本发明另一目的在于提供上述中药有效部位组合物的制备方法。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案予以实现：
根据中医经验，本病发生与年老体衰，七情内郁，饮食不当等有关，其病机为肝肾阴亏，气血两虚，痰热动风，气滞血瘀。
本发明所述治疗帕金森氏病的中药有效部位组合物由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：半夏18、竹黄25、柿霜20、黄皮10、木通20和椒目7。
本发明治疗帕金森氏病的中药有效部位组合物适合加工的剂型为口服液。
本发明所述治疗帕金森氏病的中药有效部位组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤：
（1）将各中药组分粉碎，加入18倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.2的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为68%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，浓缩；
（2）将浓缩后的浓缩液按照常规制剂工艺加入适合的辅料，加工口服液。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
（1）本发明所述组合物具有补益肝肾、滋阴熄风、益气养血、活血化瘀、通络止颤的功效，经试验，可以快速治疗帕金森氏病。
（2）本发明组合物无毒副作用。
（3）本发明组合物的制备方法简单易行，得率高，有效保持了药物的有效成分。
具体实施方式
   以下结合实施例来进一步解释本发明，但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例1
取半夏18g、竹黄25g、柿霜20g、黄皮10g、木通20g和椒目7g，粉碎至粗粉，加入18倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.2的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为68%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，得到浓缩液1000ml，取单糖浆，加入上述浓缩液，并用枸橼酸调pH至5，加蒸馏水至5000ml，搅拌均匀，精滤后分装成15ml玻璃瓶中，包装得到口服液。
本品为棕色澄明液体，放置半年内不产生浑浊，pH约5，总固体9%左右。
实施例2
临床观察病人500例，病人均有明显的帕金森氏病临床症状并经临床医师确诊。
口服实施例1制得的口服液，每日2次，每次15ml。用药时间为30天。
30天后，使用实施例1所得口服液的患者统计结果见表1。
疗效标准：显效是指治疗后患者主要症状和体征基本消失，生活可以自理或参加部分工作，随访三年无复发；无效是治疗后症状和体征均无改善。

通过表1可知，实施例1得到的口服液在治疗帕金森氏病有特效。本发明中药制成口服液后，可以在30天内非常显著的治愈或缓解帕金森氏病疾病。
实施例3
使用实施例1制得的口服液给药ICR小鼠，体重20~25g，雌雄各半，连续给药90d。
    经预试，实施例1制得的洗剂毒性很低，测不出LD50，故对小鼠进行一日最大给药量测定。最大给药量为150ml/d，90天后观察无一例中毒死亡，全部健康存活，由此证明本发明所述组合物制成的口服液对人体不会造成毒副作用。

Claims (4)

1.一种治疗帕金森氏病的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：半夏18、竹黄25、柿霜20、黄皮10、木通20和椒目7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗帕金森氏病的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于所述中药有效部位组合物制成口服液。
3.权利要求1或2所述治疗帕金森氏病的中药有效部位组合物的制备方法，其特征在于包括如下步骤：
（1）将各中药组分粉碎，加入18倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.2的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为68%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，浓缩；
（2）将浓缩后的浓缩液按照常规制剂工艺加入适合的辅料，加工口服液。
4.权利要求1或2所述中药有效部位组合物的应用，其特征在于所述中药有效部位组合物用于制备治疗帕金森氏病的药物。
