Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗三叉神经痛的中药有效部位组合物及其制备方法。本发明所述中药有效部位组合物由徐长卿、瓜子金、伊贝母、橘络、木蝴蝶和白苏子为原料，按照一定的重量份数制成。本发明所述中药有效部位组合物可以制备成治疗三叉神经痛的药物，具有祛风散寒、温经止痛、泻肝降火的效果，可以显著治疗三叉神经痛，且具有无毒副作用，安全性高的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药组合物领域，具体涉及一种用于治疗三叉神经痛的中药有效部位组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
三叉神经痛是指三叉神经分布区内反复发作的阵发性短暂剧烈疼痛。临床表现多见于一侧面部，剧痛往往骤然发作，持续数秒在1～2分钟，重者可出现面部抽搐。多在40岁以后发病。现代西医学尚缺乏有效而又无副作用的疗法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于制备治疗三叉神经痛的中药有效部位组合物，该中药有效部位组合物可以快速有效的治疗三叉神经痛，具有治疗效果显著、安全性高、无毒副作用的优点。
本发明另一目的在于提供上述中药有效部位组合物的制备方法。
本发明上述目的通过以下技术方案予以实现：
中医理论中，本病的病因为外感风寒或风热，内伤七情，肝火上痰等。
本发明所述治疗三叉神经痛的中药有效部位组合物由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：徐长卿30、瓜子金25、伊贝母15、橘络15、木蝴蝶10和白苏子5。
本发明治疗三叉神经痛的中药有效部位组合物适合加工的剂型为口服液。
本发明所述治疗三叉神经痛的中药有效部位组合物的制备方法包括如下步骤：
（1）将各中药组分粉碎，加入18倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.13的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为68%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，浓缩；
（2）将浓缩后的浓缩液按照常规制剂工艺加入适合的辅料，加工口服液。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
（1）本发明所述组合物具有祛风散寒、温经止痛、泻肝降火的功效，经试验，可以快速治疗三叉神经痛。
（2）本发明组合物无毒副作用。
（3）本发明组合物的制备方法简单易行，得率高，有效保持了药物的有效成分。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来进一步解释本发明，但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例1
取徐长卿30g、瓜子金25g、伊贝母15g、橘络15g、木蝴蝶10g和白苏子5g，粉碎至粗粉，加入18倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.15的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为68%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，得到浓缩液1000ml，取单糖浆，加入上述浓缩液，并用枸橼酸调pH至5，加蒸馏水至5000ml，搅拌均匀，精滤后分装成15ml玻璃瓶中，包装得到口服液。
本品为棕色澄明液体，放置半年内不产生浑浊，pH约5，总固体9%左右。
实施例2
临床观察病人500例，病人均有明显的三叉神经痛临床症状并经临床医师确诊。
口服实施例1制得的口服液，每日2次，每次15ml。用药时间为15天。
15天后，使用实施例1所得口服液的患者统计结果见表1。
疗效标准：显效是指经治疗后，痛止，诸症消失，随访半年以上未见复发者；无效是指治疗后疼痛程度及发作次数减轻不明显或症状无改善。

通过表1可知，实施例1得到的口服液在治疗三叉神经痛有特效。本发明中药制成口服液后，可以在15天内非常显著的治愈或缓解三叉神经痛疾病。
实施例3
使用实施例1制得的口服液给药ICR小鼠，体重20~25g，雌雄各半，连续给药90d。
经预试，实施例1制得的洗剂毒性很低，测不出LD50，故对小鼠进行一日最大给药量测定。最大给药量为150ml/d，90天后观察无一例中毒死亡，全部健康存活，由此证明本发明所述组合物制成的口服液对人体不会造成毒副作用。
Claims (4)
1. 一种治疗三叉神经痛的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于由如下按照质量份数计的原料制成：徐长卿30、瓜子金25、伊贝母15、橘络15、木蝴蝶10和白苏子5。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的治疗三叉神经痛的中药有效部位组合物，其特征在于所述中药有效部位组合物制成口服液。
3. 权利要求1或2所述治疗三叉神经痛的中药有效部位组合物的制备方法，其特征在于包括如下步骤：
（1）将各中药组分粉碎，加入18倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时；过滤煎液后合并滤液，减压浓缩至相对浓度为1.15的膏，加乙醇，使其含醇量为68%，静置过夜，回收乙醇，浓缩；
（2）将浓缩后的浓缩液按照常规制剂工艺加入适合的辅料，加工口服液。
4. 权利要求1或2所述中药有效部位组合物的应用，其特征在于所述中药有效部位组合物用于制备治疗三叉神经痛的药物。
