背景技术
蛋糕、面包等食品由于含糖量高,易受霉菌浸入,产生发霉、斑点等腐败现象。现有的食品防腐剂对防止微生物繁殖效果较好,但对人体有一定毒性,有的对人体毒性小,但防止微生物繁殖效果差。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供一种使用方便、安全无毒的蛋糕防腐剂。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种蛋糕防霉剂,其配方按重量份包括如下组分:
香兰素2~5份,
肉桂醛0.5~1.2,
脂肪酸10~20,
乙醇溶剂50~60。
有益效果:本发明提供的蛋糕防霉剂安全无毒、使用方便,能有效防止蛋糕霉变,适用于蛋糕、年糕、面包等食品的防霉。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
一种蛋糕防霉剂,其配方按重量份包括如下组分:香兰素2份,肉桂醛1.2,脂肪酸10,乙醇溶剂60。
将上述物质混合,不断搅拌,使其完全溶解,即制得蛋糕防腐剂。将制成的防霉剂均匀涂在蛋糕食品包装纸上,用此包装纸直接包装的蛋糕,在室温下可有效避免霉菌滋生。
实施例2:
一种蛋糕防霉剂,其配方按重量份包括如下组分:香兰素3.5份,肉桂醛0.8,脂肪酸15,乙醇溶剂55。
将上述物质混合,不断搅拌,使其完全溶解,即制得蛋糕防腐剂。将制成的防霉剂均匀涂在蛋糕食品包装纸上,用此包装纸直接包装的蛋糕,在室温下可有效避免霉菌滋生。
实施例3:
一种蛋糕防霉剂,其配方按重量份包括如下组分:香兰素5份,肉桂醛0.5,脂肪酸20,乙醇溶剂50。
