Abstract

Description

本发明涉及盒式录像带的卷轴弹簧机构。
通常,盒式录像带的卷轴弹簧固定在录像带盒的上半部分(10)的内表面上,如图1所示,以支撑卷带轴(12),从而使卷带轴,在带盒的上半部分(10)(图1)和下半部分(11)(图2)装配在一起时,如图3所示,可以在带盒内平滑地转动。
在美国专利No.4,777,367中公开的已有技术的卷轴弹簧如附图6和7所示,该卷轴弹簧呈等宽的(约大于8mm)的细长条状,其中央部分(13)有一对孔(13a)用以将该簧片固定在带盒上,在其中央部分的两侧是略微倾斜的部分(14),所以,从其整体来看,该卷轴弹簧(15)是翼状的簧片结构。
已有技术中的卷轴弹簧借助其自身的弹力和其倾斜部分的支撑力,使得录像带卷带轴能够平滑转动。但是经过一段时间后卷轴弹簧张紧力的反复变化使得弹簧的弹力减弱,从而使弹簧对卷带轴的支撑力减小。为了克服这一缺点,这些弹簧往往被制成至少大于8mm的宽度。然而这样做需要耗费大量原材料,并导致较高的制造成本。
本发明正是考虑到已有技术中的上述问题而设计的,本发明的目的是提供一种改进的卷轴弹簧机构,它具有最小宽度但可以为保持卷带轴的平滑转动而维持足够的张紧力。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明所提供的盒式录像带卷轴弹簧机构,由一个用弹性材料制成的细长条构成,该细长条具有一平坦的中央部分,该中央部分上有一对对称设置的孔,还具有一对对称倾斜地从中央部分的相对两端延伸出来的第一倾斜部分,每一第一倾斜部分都带 有一矩形凸起的槽;还具有一对对称倾斜地从第一倾斜部分的外端延伸出来的第二倾斜部分,以及一对对称设置在弹簧末端的从第二倾斜部分上延续出来的园形端部。
在本发明的另一实施例中,上述卷轴弹簧的第一和第二倾斜部分的宽度小于其中央部分和园形端部的宽度,因此,弹簧各处的宽度是不尽相同的。

参看图4,该图为本发明的录像带盒卷轴弹簧(6)的平面视图,该卷轴弹簧由一根用弹性材料制成的细长条构成,它具有一平坦的中央部分(1),其上有一对孔洞被用来将弹簧固定在录像带盒的上半部分上,在中央部分(1)的相对两端还对称地形成一对第一倾斜部分(2),因此,如图5所示,该卷轴弹簧具有一分段式弓形构造。
第一倾斜部分2每个都含有一个约3.5mm×8mm大小的凸起的矩形槽。第一倾斜部分(2)上形成的凸槽(4)的作用是当弹簧(6)在模具中压制时增加弹性,从而可以减小卷轴弹簧的宽度和厚度。凸槽4的大小,深度和形状可以根据所选用的弹簧的材料和大小并考虑到卷轴弹簧的适当的总弹性来决定。
在优选的实施例中,当凸槽4的尺寸选为如上所说的3.5mm宽,8mm长时,该卷轴弹簧最好是7mm宽,它已可以保持录像带卷带轴平滑转动,并使弹簧本身保持所需的张紧度。
另外,本发明的卷轴弹簧6是这样构成的,第一倾斜部分2相对于中央部分的平面的倾斜角“α”为14°,第二倾斜部分3的倾斜角“β”为21°,园形端部5的倾斜角“γ”是16°。
本发明中,将弯曲部分分为第一和第二倾斜部分的目的是利用弯曲形变增加卷轴弹簧(6)的弹性,并可根据卷轴弹簧的材料,大小和设计参数(即:凸槽4的设计要求)适当改变倾斜角度。
如上所述,本发明提出了一种装置在录像带盒内可支撑卷带轴平滑转动的有效的卷轴弹簧,它具有凸槽,从而使弯曲部分被改变。因此,有可能进一步减小弹簧的宽度,与已有技术中8.8mm以上宽度的弹簧相比,材料成本降低约20.5%,与已有技术中8.5mm宽的弹簧相比,成本下降约17.6%,所以制造成本也变得较低。本发明的再一个优点是弹簧能够在很长的时间里保持所需的张紧力,以使录像带卷带轴平滑转动。
尽管本发明的最佳实施例已加以介绍和描述,但应当理解,在不脱离本发明的构思和范围情况下还可以有许多变化和改进,本发明仅由下述权利要求所限定。

Claims (2)

1、一种盒式录像带的卷轴弹簧机构,它由一根用弹性材料制成的细长条构成,它包括:一段平坦的中央部分,其上对称设置有一对孔洞;一对从中央部分相对的两端上对称倾斜地延伸出来的第一倾斜部分,其特征在于第一倾斜部分上各有一矩形凸槽;一对从第一倾斜部分的外端对称倾斜地延伸出来的第二倾斜部分,以及一对设置在弹簧的两个相对末端的从第二倾斜部分延伸出来的园形端部。
2、如权利要求1所述的卷轴弹簧机构,其特征在于:第一和第二倾斜部分的宽度小于中央部分和园形端部的宽度。
