Abstract

将压力基本相同的两种不同组分提供给一个挤压头(13)的软管压力平衡的方法和装置,其中,第二种组分的流量实际上小于第一种组分的流量,例如在挤压热固性塑料的场合,至少到挤压头(13)的通道的一部分作用在用来供应第二组分的第二软管(11)上,以便使两种组分动态平衡。

Description

本发明涉及一种方法和装置,通过在第二软管中的第二种组分的压力来平衡第一软管中第一组分的压力,以便减小由于泵的压力产生的波动,当两种组分以基本相同的压力供给到挤压头时其中第二种组分的流量实际上小于第一种组分的流量,例如在挤压热固性塑料的场合。
通常,用活塞泵来完成上述组分的投配和顺流供料。这样,当泵活塞往复运动时会引起软管进入自激振动状态,特别是当投配量很小时,挤压热固性塑料场合,固化剂仅占体积的1%-4%,这时,所存在的持续的震动导致了不可能进行精确的投配。甚至在关掉挤压头时,软管震动仍有某种程度上的延续,促成投配不准。
美国专利US4,368,219中公开了一种涂敷小直径长管路的方法和装置,它是通过插入一个具有双层结构的供给软管,并在分别这种的内软管和外软管前设置喷雾喷嘴来供应涂料和压缩空气。该发明是用来在喷冷完成的防止涂料的滴漏。通过在外软管中的压缩空气使内软管受到压力,从而使内软管的横截面变形,即受压缩。当涂 敷工作完成时,由于内软管恢复到初始形状,即张大,将涂料从喷嘴处吸回,从而使涂料流和空气流停止流动。
本发明的目的是为了提供一种在挤压两种组分时当软管中的压力变化时,而不影响组分间的流量比的方法和装置。
本发明的目的通过以下措施来达到:
至少到挤压头的通道的一部分,使来自在第一种组分的压力作用到由第二软管供给的第二种组分上,并且,至少到挤压头的通道的一部分伸入到作用有第一种组分的压力的软管之内。
本发明克服了上述现有技术的缺陷,实现了两种组分的精确的投配,且结构简单,成本低。
下面,根据表示在附图中的一个实施例对本发明作更详细地描述。
图1是本发明装置的原理简图。
图2是图1中圆圈部分相应的压力平衡软管的部分剖面图。
图中,用序号10和11表示供应第一种组分和第二种组分如塑料和固化剂的两个软管到一个混合室12再到一个挤压头的情况。通过泵14和15如活塞泵,压力基本相同的两种组分,即P1A≈P1B顺流供料,第二种组分的流量实际上减少了第一种组分的流量。
第二软管11通过一个三通接头16导入第一软管10内,在到达混合室12两种组分混合之前,在第一软管10内实际上沿其长度沿伸。这里的压力P2与软管10和11中的压力基本相同。
由于P1A≈P1B,即第二软管11的内部压力和外部压力相同,这样在顺流供料压力发生变化时,软管不会伸张。恰好使第二种组分的顺流供料的流量基本上保持恒定。
压力的改变,例如活塞运动或关闭挤压头时,将不影响第一种组分和第二种组分之间的流量比。
当然,本发明不限于挤压热固性塑料,还可用在挤压两种组分的其它方面。在此,其中一种组分的流量小于第二种组分的流量。

Claims (2)

1、一种改进两种组分(A,B)的投配和顺流供料的方法,该两种组分(A,B)用活塞泵(14,15)或类似泵,分别通过压力基本相同的两个软管(10,11)供给一个挤压头(13),其中第二种组分(B)的流量实际上小于第一种组分(A)的流量,其特征在于,为了减小由于泵的脉动在软管中产生的压力变化,通过两种组分的动态平衡,至少到挤压头(13)的通道的一部分使在第一软管(10)中来自第一组分(A)的压力(P1A)作用到第二组分(B)上,第二组分(B)是由第二软管(11)供应的。
2、一种改进两种组分(A,B)的投配和顺流供料的装置,该两种组分(A,B)用活塞泵(14,15)或类似泵,分别通过压力基本相同的两个软管(10,11)供给一个挤压头(13),其中第二种组分(B)的流量实际上小于第一种组分(A)的流量,其特征在于,第一软管(10)的第一组分(A)的压力至少到挤压头(13)的通道的一部分作用在用来供应第二组分的第二软管(11)上,以便使两种组分动态平衡。
