Abstract

本发明公开了一种近球型硅酸钠铝钙防粘连母料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:a.选用聚丙烯加入挤出机的主喂料口,在聚丙烯融化后,硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂加入挤出机的侧向挤出机,再经侧向挤出机挤入挤出机的侧喂料口,将助剂包加入挤出机的主喂料口;b.由PLC控制挤出机先熔融挤出,再水浴,然后吹干切粒,再沸腾干燥,然后进入料仓,最后包装即得到产品。采用上述方法制成的近球型硅酸钠铝钙防粘连母料低吸潮性,不粘结,易分散,可用于制造高浓度母料,摩擦系数从0.6降低到0.15~0.30左右,由于硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂呈几乎完美的球形,不易在薄膜表面形成刮痕,且对挤出机设备的磨损小。

一种近球型硅酸钠铝钙防粘连母料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防粘连母料的制备方法,具体地说,涉及一种近球型硅酸钠铝钙防粘连母料的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜主要以使用合成二氧化硅体系的防粘连母料为主。二氧化硅体系主要有三类产品,一类是气相法;第二类是凝胶法;第三类是沉淀法。其中用做双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜防粘连剂的主要以凝胶法合成二氧化硅为主。由于用该类型生产的防粘连母料最终反映到薄膜中的雾度相对比较高,颇不满意。大家又开始试验更小粒径和更小孔容的产品或者真球形二氧化硅,更小粒径和更小孔容的二氧化硅还是无法满足人们对雾度的更高要求,而真球形二氧化硅成本比较高,目前商业化比较难。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够在薄膜中能起到很好的防粘连作用的近球型硅酸钠铝钙防粘连母料的制备方法。
    本发明解决其技术问题所采取的方案是: 
    这种近球型硅酸钠铝钙防粘连母料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
       a. 选用聚丙烯加入挤出机的主喂料口,在聚丙烯融化后,硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂加入挤出机的侧向挤出机,再经侧向挤出机挤入挤出机的侧喂料口,将助剂包加入挤出机的主喂料口。
       b. 由PLC控制挤出机先熔融挤出,再水浴,然后吹干切粒,再沸腾干燥,然后进入料仓,最后包装即得到产品。
     所述步骤a中聚丙烯、硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂、助剂包所占成分比重分别为80-94%、2-10%、2-4%。所述的助剂包由抗氧剂、加工助剂以及聚丙烯粉末混合均匀而成,所述的挤出机温度设定在200℃-220℃,所述的聚丙烯熔体质量流动速率7-10g/10min,所述的硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂粒径选用2.5-3.5um。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:这种近球型硅酸钠铝钙防粘连母料低吸潮性,不粘结,易分散,可用于制造高浓度母料,摩擦系数从0.6降低到0.15~0.30左右,由于硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂呈几乎完美的球形,不易在薄膜表面形成刮痕,且对挤出机设备的磨损小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
 图1所示一种近球型硅酸钠铝钙防粘连母料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
       a. 选用聚丙烯1加入挤出机4的主喂料口,在聚丙烯1融化后,硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂2加入挤出机4的侧向挤出机4,再经侧向挤出机4挤入挤出机4的侧喂料口,将助剂包3加入挤出机4的主喂料口。
       b. 由PLC控制挤出机先熔融挤出,再水浴5,然后吹干切粒6,再沸腾干燥7,然后进入料仓检测8,最后包装9即得到产品。
    所述步骤a中聚丙烯1、硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂2、助剂包3所占成分比重分别为80-94%、2-10%、2-4%。所述的助剂包2由抗氧剂10、加工助剂11以及聚丙烯1粉末混合均匀而成,所述的挤出机4温度设定在200℃-220℃,所述的聚丙烯1熔体质量流动速率7-10g/10min,所述的硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂粒径选用2.5-3.5um。

Claims (1)

1.一种近球型硅酸钠铝钙防粘连母料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
a.选用聚丙烯(1)加入挤出机(4)的主喂料口,在聚丙烯(1)融化后,硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂(2)加入挤出机(4)的侧向挤出机,再经侧向挤出机(4)挤入挤出机(4)的侧喂料口,将助剂包(3)加入挤出机(4)的主喂料口,
其中,所述的聚丙烯(1)、硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂(2)和助剂包(3)所占成分比重分别为80-94%、2-10%和2-4%,其中所述的聚丙烯(1)、硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂(2)和助剂包(3)所占成分比重总和为100%,所述的助剂包(3)由抗氧剂(10)、加工助剂(11)以及聚丙烯(1)粉末混合均匀而成,并且所述的聚丙烯(1)熔体质量流动速率7-10g/10min,所述的挤出机(4)温度设定在200℃-220℃,所述的硅酸钠铝钙防粘连剂(2)粒径选用2.5-3.5μm;
b.由PLC控制挤出机(4)先熔融挤出,再水浴(5),然后吹干切粒(6),再沸腾干燥(7),然后进入料仓检测(8),最后包装(9)即得到产品。
