Abstract

本发明公开了一种可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料及其制备方法,该母料由以下重量百分比组分组成:PET85-95%,抗粘连剂2%-8%,相容改性剂1-4%,润滑剂1-4%,抗氧剂按以上总量100%适量添加。该母料的制备方法包括以下步骤:称取各组分原料,将各组分原料混合均匀为共混物,再经由双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,干燥、冷却、切粒成型。应用本发明的PET片材,具有良好的防粘性能,对PET片材的透明度、雾度影响最小,片材后续加工制造工序顺滑流畅,提高了生产效率,减少了制品外观质量问题,对片材的表面张力影响不大,对油墨具有很好的印刷适性。

Description

一种可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料及其制备方法
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种PET片材专用防粘母料及其制备方法,尤其涉及一种可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料及其制备方法,属于PET片材技术领域。
【背景技术】
在PET片材的生产过程中,PET片材在收卷的时候,或者片材叠放在一起,片材与片材之间;或者在吸塑等二次成型加工过程中片材与模具内壁之间会发生粘连,影响片材的后续加工制造等工序,并且会影响片材的外观质量,为了解决这个问题,需要添加片材专用的抗粘连和爽滑材料,两者协同作用起到很好的防粘效果。
在PET片材内加入一定量的抗粘连剂,所加入的抗粘连剂是微球颗粒状态,在片材表面形成凸起,使得片材与片材之间形成空气层,从而降低片材与片材之间的吸附力,或者也减少了片材与模具内壁的接触面;同时加入一定量的爽滑剂,爽滑剂迁移在片材表面,隔离片材与外界的接触;通过抗粘连材料与爽滑剂配合实现防粘作用。
为了满足防粘的要求往往加入过多的润滑剂,但是一般润滑剂会显著影响表面张力,PET材料本身具有良好的印刷性能,但是,爽滑剂的加入不当可能导致片材表面张力下降,而影响印刷性能;抗粘连剂容易团聚以及分散性不良的问题,从而影响片材的光泽度和透明性,使片材的光学性能达不到指标要求。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中PET片材性能指标不平衡的缺点,提供一种可印刷PET片材之间的防粘母料,使PET片材的后续工序顺畅,提高生产效率并改善片材透明度和雾度的可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种上述防粘母料的制备方法。
本发明为了实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料,其特征在于由以下重量百分比组分组成:
本发明中的PET为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,其特性粘度为0.7-0.9dl/g。
本发明中的抗粘连剂为二氧化硅颗粒、有机硅树脂颗粒、有机玻璃微珠,硅藻土中的一种或几种的混合物,所述抗粘连剂平均粒径为3-5μm。抗粘连剂的折光率、抗粘连剂颗粒与PET的相容性,直接影响PET片材的透明性。
本发明中的相容改性剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯、双硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬脂酸甘油酯、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、六聚甘油双硬脂酸酯,十聚甘油单油酸酯中的一种或几种的混合物。根据相似相容原理硬脂酸酯与PET具有相同的特征基团,有一定的相容性,同时酯类化合物有一定的极性,对抗粘连颗粒表面有一定的浸润性,可以改善抗粘连颗粒与PET界面相容的问题。
本发明中的润滑剂为熔点在120-135℃的极性改性聚酰胺蜡,有较好的耐温性。
本发明所述PET片材用的防粘母料是采用润滑剂改善抗粘连剂分散效果;所采用的抗粘连剂是透明颗粒,并采用相容改性剂改善抗粘连颗粒与基材PET的界面相容。因此,PET片材可以获得较好的表面光泽度和透明性。
本发明中的抗氧剂以其他组分总量100%适量添加0-2%。
一种上述可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
称取各组分原料,将各组分原料混合均匀为共混物,再经由双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,干燥、冷却、切粒成型。
本发明的制备方法中,混合各组分原料时用高速混料机以转速80r/min混合均匀。
本发明制备方法中双螺杆挤出机的生产温度范围控制在190℃-250℃,所述的双螺杆挤出机的熔体压力控制在1.0Mpa-5.0Mpa,主机电流控制在设备额定电流的80-85%,主机转速控制在270r/min-350r/min,喂料控制在20HZ-35HZ。
本发明中双螺杆挤出机的生产温度具体为如表1所示:

本发明相对于现有技术,有以下优点:
应用本发明的PET片材,具有良好的防粘性能,对PET片材的透明度、雾度影响最小。
应用本发明的PET片材之间或PET片材与模具之间粘连性弱,使得片材后续加工制造工序顺滑流畅,提高了生产效率,减少了制品外观质量问题。
本发明添加的极性润滑剂对表面张力影响不大,对油墨具有很好的印刷适性。

PET片材专用防粘母料的重量百分比组成如下:
实施例1的生产工艺为:称取各组分原料,将各组分原料通过高速混料机以转速80r/min混合均匀,再将混合好的原料经由双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,干燥、冷却、切粒成型;
其中双螺杆挤出机的各区生产温度见表2,双螺杆挤出机的熔体压力为4.1Mpa,主机电流控制在45A,主机转速控制在325r/min,喂料控制在25HZ,切粒机转速控制在550r/min。

其中双螺杆挤出机的各区生产温度同实施例1相同,双螺杆挤出机的熔体压力为3.8Mpa,熔体温度控制在240℃,主机电流控制在45A,主机转速控制在300r/min,喂料控制在30HZ,切粒机转速控制在550r/min。
实施例3:
PET片材专用防粘母料的重量百分比组成如下:
实施例3的生产工艺为:称取各组分原料,将各组分原料通过高速混料机以转速80r/min混合均匀,再将混合好的原料经由双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,干燥、冷却、切粒成型;
其中双螺杆挤出机的各区生产温度见表3,双螺杆挤出机的熔体压力为2.5Mpa,主机电流控制在45A,主机转速控制在350r/min,喂料控制在30HZ,切粒机转速控制在550r/min。

其中双螺杆挤出机的各区生产温度同实施例3相同,双螺杆挤出机的熔体压力为1.0Mpa,熔体温度控制在240℃,主机电流控制在45A,主机转速控制在300r/min,喂料控制在35HZ,切粒机转速控制在550r/min。

PET片材专用防粘母料的重量百分比组成如下:
实施例5的生产工艺为:称取各组分原料,将各组分原料通过高速混料机以转速80r/min混合均匀,再将混合好的原料经由双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,干燥、冷却、切粒成型;
其中双螺杆挤出机的各区生产温度见表4,双螺杆挤出机的熔体压力为5.0Mpa,熔体温度控制在240℃,主机电流控制在45A,主机转速控制在270r/min,喂料控制在20HZ,切粒机转速控制在550r/min。

本发明PET片材专用防粘母料在PET片材生产中的使用量为1-5wt%,经试验检测,总体性能也有大幅改善。同时协调了抗粘连特性、爽滑特性、光学性能之间的矛盾。生产的片材膜抗粘连性能良好,摩擦系数低、光泽度高、雾度低。
以添加量为1.5wt%为例,添加实施例1-5防粘母料的PET片材生产后的性能指标,其结果如表5所示。

Claims (6)

1.一种可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料,其特征在于由以下重量百分比组分组成:
所述的PET为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯,其特性粘度为0.7-0.9dl/g;
所述的抗粘连剂为二氧化硅颗粒、有机硅树脂颗粒、有机玻璃微珠和硅藻土中的一种或几种的混合物,所述抗粘连剂平均粒径为3-5μm;
所述的润滑剂为熔点在120-135℃的极性改性聚酰胺蜡。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料,其特征在于所述的相容改性剂为单硬脂酸甘油酯、双硬脂酸甘油酯、三硬脂酸甘油酯、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、六聚甘油双硬脂酸酯,十聚甘油单油酸酯中的一种或几种的混合物。
3.一种权利要求1-2任一项所述的可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
称取各组分原料,将各组分原料混合均匀为共混物,再经由双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,干燥、冷却、切粒成型。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料的制备方法,其特征在于混合各组分原料时用高速混料机以转速80r/min混合均匀。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料的制备方法,其特征在于所述双螺杆挤出机的生产温度范围控制在190℃-250℃,所述的双螺杆挤出机的熔体压力控制在1.0MPa-5.0MPa,主机电流控制在设备额定电流的80-85%,主机转速控制在270r/min-350r/min,喂料控制在20Hz-35Hz。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种可印刷PET片材专用防粘母料的制备方法,其特征在于所述双螺杆挤出机的生产温度具体为1区:190-195℃,2区:200-210℃,3区:200-210℃,4区:220-230℃,5区:225-235℃,6区:230-240℃,7区:230-240℃,8区:230-240℃,9区:228-238℃,10区:228-238℃,机头温度:235-245℃,物料温度:240-250℃。
