技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信系统,更特别地,本发明涉及用于提供信道分配信息以支持上行链路和下行链路传输的方法和系统。
背景技术
高速下行链路分组接入(HSDPA)己被开发来增加下行链路(DL)效率及在通用移动电信系统(UMTS)第5次发行(R5)的宽带码分多址(W-CDMA)系统的总吞吐量。相较于UMTSR99/R4的HSDPA的关键优势在于在DL与快速层l混合自动重复请求(H-ARQ)中的快速和动态的链接适应。快速链接的适应是由在基站中快速调度DL传输,并与快速层1的DL信号发送信道耦合而实现。该信号发送信道,即高速共享控制信道(HS-SCCH),传达无线电资源配置信息至多个无线传送/接收单元(WTRU)。
在频分双工(FDD)中,HS-SCCH在三(3)时隙传输时间间隔(TTI)期间以扩频因子(SF)=128的信道化码(code)来发送。HS-SCCH指示在特定时间偏移后在高速下行链路共享信道(HS-DSCH)上数据将会被传送至WTRU。HS-SCCH携带下列信息:1)信道化码集合(channelization-code-set)信息(7比特);2)调制方案信息(1比特);3)传输块(transport-block)尺寸信息(6比特);4)H-ARQ处理信息(3比特);5)冗余及星座(constellation)版本(3比特);6)新数据指针(1比特);7)WTRU标识(16比特)。
HS-SCCH被发送(2ms TTI)在三(3)时隙上,但是由两个(2)域组成。域1(第一时隙)包含信道化码映像及调制格式信息;而域2(第二和第三时隙)包含传输块尺寸、H-ARQ信息、冗余版本及与特定WTRU循环冗余校验(CRC)一起的新数据指针。
可选地,增强型上行链路(EU)增加了上行链路(UL)效率和吞吐量。H-ARQ和B节点调度是部分EU。相似于HSDPA,用于EU操作的新的共享DL控制信道提供用于UL传输的UL无线电资源的快速和动态的适应。用于EU的共享DL控制信道需要保证用于UL传输的低配置的潜在因素和有效的无线电资源管理。在下文中,为了达到EU的目的,共享DL控制信道简单地被称为UL资源分配信道。
为了执行EU与HSDPA,用于EU的另一UL资源分配信道可以在HSDPA的现存HS-SCCH上引入。所以,引入如同UL资源分配信道的扩展因子(SF)=128DL信道的分散(separate)集合是可能的。用该途径,除了用于HSDPA操作的HS-SCCH,WTRU将需要监控一个或多个UL资源分配信道。虽然该途径在概念上是简单的,但在这个方案中存在许多缺点,如WTRU的复杂性、WTRU的电池效率和DL扩展码用法。
因此,为了同时支持EU和HSDPA操作,有效的EU信道分配方案是必要的。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种由无线发射/接收单元(WTRU)实施的用于使用上行链路信道或下行链路信道的信道分配信息的方法,该方法包括:经由下行链路控制信道接收信息;确定所述信息是否用作所述WTRU;以及在所述信息是用作所述WTRU的情况下使用所述信息。
本发明还提供了一种无线发射/接收单元(WTRU),该WTRU包括:用于经由下行链路控制信道接收信息的装置;用于确定所述信息是否用作所述WTRU的装置;以及在所述信息用作所述WTRU的情况下使用所述信息的装置。
在一个实施方式中,本发明是用于提供信道分配信息以支持UL信道和DL信道的方法和无线通信系统。系统包括至少一个节点B和至少一个WTRU。WTRU经由共享控制信道、UL信道和DL信道与节点B进行通信。WTRU经由共享控制信道从节点B接收消息。消息包括该消息是否用作为UL信道或DL信道分配无线电资源的指示。WTRU确定该消息是否用作该WTRU,如果是,该WTRU确定该消息是否用于为UL信道或DL信道分配无线电资源。该消息是否用于为UL信道或DL信道分配无线电资源WTRU采取适当的动作。

具体实施方式
本发明将参照附图进行描述,其中全文中相同的号码表示相同的元件。
在下文中,专用术语“WTRU”包括但不限于用户设备、移动站、固定或移动用户单元、寻呼机或能够在无线环境中操作的任何其他类型的设备。当下文中涉及时,专用术语“节点B”包括但不限于基站、位置控制器、接入点或在无线环境中任何其他类型的接口设备。
本发明适用于任何类型的无线通信系统,如UMTS时分双工(TDD)和FDD、时分同步码分多址(TDSCDMA)、码分多址2000(CDMA2000)和通常的CDMA或任何其他类型的无线通信系统。
本发明的特征可成为集成电路(IC)的一部分或被配置在包括大量互连组件的电路中。
本发明将参照HSDPA和EU描述,且术语HSDPA和EU可分别与DL和UL互相交换使用,应当理解的是,参照HSDPA和EU仅是为了描述本发明的优选实施方式,而本发明讲授的内容可应用于任何利用公共控制信道的系统来同时为UL和DL的传输传送信道分配信息。
图1为根据本发明的用于支持UL和DL操作的系统100的框图。系统100包括RNC102、节点B 104和WTRU 106。节点B 104由RNC 102控制,且动态地分配来自WTRU 106和传输至WTRU 106的UL和DL传输的无线电资源。在节点B 104和WTRU 106之间建立三个信道。该信道为DL信道108、UL信道110和公共控制信道112。公共控制信道112被用于UL和DL传输的信道分配信息的传输。
节点B 104被配置为支持HSDPA和EU操作。因此,各节点B 104分别动态地通过HS-DSCH和EU信道为传输至WTRU 106和来自WTRU 106的DL和UL传输分配无线电资源。用于HS-DSCH和EU的无线电资源分配信息通过公共控制信道112传送。
根据本发明,公共控制信道112是用于UL和DL传输的无线电资源分配信息的传输,且提供了特定指示以区别无线电资源分配是否是用于UL或DL传输。因此,公共控制信道112占用共享DL无线电资源空间,由SF=128的信道化码(channelization code)的集合定义,并同时用于DL和UL传输,且WTRU 106被配置为识别特定传输是否用作分配DL或UL传输的无线电资源。
根据本发明的第一实施方式,特定无线电资源被分配用于UL传输的指示借助于在当前HSDPA的信道化码集合映射中不可能的组合的一个或多个组合提供。图2为用于当前在HSDPA中使用的信道化码集合映射的查询表。HS-SCCH使用七(7)比特来通知WTRU 106哪些SF=16的信道化码用于对应的HS-DSCH。在128个可能的组合之外,八种(8)组合当前未用于HSDPA(参见图2中标示的“冗余区域”)。八种(8)未使用的组合中的一个或多个组合是用于分配无线电资源或指示解调传输用于UL传输,不是DL传输。因此,如果WTRU 106确定信道化码集合对应于图2的不可能组合的一个组合,则WTRU 106识别出传输是用于无线电资源的分配以用于UL传输而不是DL传输,或识别出对应于信道化码集合的编码分配给UL传输。
根据本发明的第二实施方式,特定无线电资源被分配用于UL传输的指示是借助于WTRU特定的CRC所提供。在目前HSDPA的说明书中,WTRU特定的CRC包含于HS-SCCH域2中。16比特的CRC由被传送的信息计算,且计算的CRC用唯一的16比特WTRU标识(ID)掩蔽,掩蔽的CRC被传送至WTRU 106以作为WTRU特定的CRC。
根据本发明的第二实施方式,该WTRU特定的CRC以唯一且确定的方式修改以指示解调传输是用于UL传输,而不是DL传输。例如,在执行信道编码前,计算用于HSDPA的WTRU特定的CRC为了EU而反向。在执行该接收的传输的CRC时WTRU 106执行两个(2)不同的比较,优选是同时。如果WTRU 106在用WTRU特定的CRC解码接收的传输中成功,则WTRU 106识别到传输是用作HSDPA,及如果WTRU 106在用反向的WTRU特定的CRC解码接收的传输中成功,则WTRU 106识别到传输是用作EU。

依据第三实施方式,在域l的WTRU特定的掩蔽以唯一且确定的方式来修改以指示传输是用作EU而不是HSDPA。例如,第二实施方式中产生的反向16比特CRC可用于驱动40比特的长掩蔽序列。如果WTRU 106在用WTRU特定的掩蔽序列解码接收的传输中成功,则WTRU106可识别出传输用作HSDPA,而如果WTRU 106在用WTRU特定的掩蔽序列解码接收的传输中成功,则WTRU 106可识别出传输用作EU。
用这个方法,WTRU 106在已经接收到仅HS-SCCH传输的域l后能够对EU或HSDPA信道分配是否己经传进行区别。
可选地,WTRU ID可由网络以特定的WTRU ID不与另一WTRU ID冲突的方式进行分配。例如,EU的第一WTRU的反向ID可用于指示第二WTRU的HSDPA服务。因此,UL资源分配信道和HS-SCCH的出现的同步检测是便利的。
根据本发明的第四实施方式,特定的无线电资源被分配用于EU的指示是借助于无线电资源控制(RRC)上下文信令所提供。优选地,节点B 104配置用于UL无线电资源分配和DL无线资源分配的传输的各个无线电资源。可选地,RNC 102通过使用RRC信号发送消息来分配用于UL无线电资源分配和DL无线电资源分配的传输的各个无线电资源。

依据本发明,RRC传送指示在“偶数”TTI中传输的信号是用于HS-SCCH及在“奇数”TTI中传输是用于UL资源分配信道的传输。通过不允许用于HS-SCCH的传输在“奇数”TTI中传送,可保证R5WTRU的反向兼容性。SF=128资源的相同集合可用于HS-SCCH和UL资源分配信道。
根据本发明的第五实施方式,特定的无线电资源被分配用于EU的指示借助于相关DL专用信道(DCH)的层l提供。相关DL DCH上的一个或多个比特借助于固定的且预先确定的定时关系来指示UL资源分配信道作为相对于HS-SCCH的即将出现。

Claims (20)
