Description

無線傳輸/接收單元及其實施的方法
本發明與一種無線通信系統有關。更進一步地說,本發明與一種用以提供頻道分派資訊以支援上鏈及下鏈傳輸的系統及其方法有關。
高速下鏈封包存取(High Speed Downlink Package Access,HSDPA)已被開發來增加下鏈(DL)效率以及於通用行動通信系統(Universal Mobile Telecommunication System,UMTS)第五發行(R5)版本的寬帶分碼多重存取系統(W-CDMA)之總處理率。相較於通用行動通信系統(UMTS)之R99/R4版本,高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)之主要好處係為快速以及在下鏈與快速層1混合自動重複請求(H-ARQ)中之動態鏈結調適。快速鏈結調適係藉由快速排程下鏈傳輸於基站中,再與快速層1下鏈發訊號頻道聯繫而達成。該發訊號頻道,即高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH),傳輸無線資源配置資訊至複數個無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRUs)。
於一個分頻雙工(FDD)中,高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)係在三(3)時槽傳輸時間間隔(TTI)期間,以展頻係數(SF)等於128的頻道化碼而發送出。該高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)係指示,於特定時間偏移後,在高 速下鏈共享頻道(HS-DSCH)中,資料將會被傳輸至無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRU)。該高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)攜帶下列資訊:1)頻道化編碼組(channelization-code-set)資訊(七個位元);2)調整方案資訊(一個位元);3)傳輸區塊(transport-block)之大小資訊(六個位元);4)混合自動重複請求(H-ARQ)資訊(三個位元);5)冗餘以及星象型(constellation)版本資訊(三個位元);6)新資料指標資訊(一個位元);7)無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRU)特性(十六個位元)。
高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)係於三(3)時槽上發送(兩毫秒傳輸時間間隔2ms TTI)),但是其由兩個欄位所構成,第一欄位(第一時槽)包括頻道化碼映射以及調整格式資訊;而第二欄位(第二以及第三時槽)包括傳輸區塊大小、混合自動重複請求(H-ARQ)資訊、冗餘版本以及與無線傳輸/接收單元特定循環冗餘檢查(CRC)一起的新資料指標。
可選擇地,加強上鏈(EU)可增加上鏈(UL)效率與總處理率。混合自動重複請求(H-ARQ)與B節點排程是該加強上鏈(EU)的一部份。相似於高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA),用以加強上鏈(EU)操作的新共享下鏈(DL)控制頻道係提供上鏈(UL)無線資源的快速以及動態調適,用以上鏈(UL)傳輸。用於加強上鏈(EU)的共享下鏈(DL)控制頻道,需要去保證低配置的淺在因素以及無線資源管理之高效率,用以上鏈(UL)傳輸。以下,為了達到加強上鏈目的之共享下鏈(DL)控制頻道係簡單地被稱為上鏈(UL)資源分派頻道。
為了執行加強上鏈(EU)與高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA),另一個用於加強上鏈(EU)之上鏈(UL)資源分派頻道可被引進於高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)之一存在高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)上。所以,引進一組分開之展頻係數(SF)等於128之下鏈(DL)頻道以做為上鏈(UL)資源分派頻道是可 行的。藉由這個方法,為了高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)之操作,無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRU)除了高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)外,將需要去監控一個或更多之上鏈(UL)資源分派頻道。雖然這個方法係為簡單之概念,有許多缺點包括在這個方案中,例如無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRU)之複雜性、無線傳輸/接收單元之電池效率,以及下鏈(DL)展頻之利用性。

在一個實施例中,本發明是一種提供頻道分派資訊的無線通信系統,其中頻道分派資訊是用於支援上鏈(UL)頻道以及下鏈(DL)頻道。此種系統包括至少一B節點與至少一無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRU),無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRU)是經由共用控制頻道、上鏈(UL)頻道以及下鏈(DL)頻道來與B節點進行通信。無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRU)經由共用控制頻道自B節點接收訊息。此訊息包括指示,而該指示是用以指出訊息是否為針對該無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRU),如果是,該無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRU)判定該訊息是否為用以分派無線資源至上鏈(UL)頻道或是下鏈(DL)頻道。藉以該無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRU)可基於有關於無線資源分派的判定來採取適當的動作。

此後,專用術語「WTRU」包括但並不限制於使用者設備(UE)、行動站、固定或行動用戶單元、呼叫器或可於無線環境中操作的任何形式的裝置。當此後提到專用術語「B節點」,其包括但並不限制於基地台、網點控制器、存取點或於無線環境下的任何形式的介面裝置。
本發明可更進一步應用於任何形式的無線通信系統,例如UMTS分時雙工(TDD)及分頻雙工(FDD)、分時同步分碼多重存取(TD-SCDMA)、分碼多重存取2000(CDMA 2000)以及一般的CDMA,或是任何形式的無線通信系統。
本發明的特徵可整合至IC或是配置於包括許多互連元件的電路中。
本發明將參照高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)和加強上鏈(EU) 描述,且該專用術語「HSDPA」和「EU」可分別與DL及UL互相交換使用,然而必須瞭解的是,參照HSDPA和EU僅是為了描述本發明的較佳實施例,而本發明所揭露的可用於任何利用共用控制頻道的系統,其用以同時傳輸UL和DL傳輸的頻道分派資訊。
第1圖根據本發明系統100的方塊圖,其用以支援UL和DL操作。該系統100包括RNC 102、B節點104以及WTRU 106。該B節點104由該RNC 102所控制、且動態地配置來自該WTRU 106以及傳輸至該WTRU 106的UL和DL傳輸的無線資源。於B節點104以及WTRU 106之間建立三個頻道,所述頻道為DL頻道108、UL頻道110及共用控制頻道112,共用控制頻道112用於UL和DL傳輸的頻道分派資訊之傳輸。
該B節點104被配置以支援HSDPA和EU操作。因此,每一B節點104動態地分別在HS-DSCH和EU頻道中,配置來自該WTRU 106以及傳輸至該WTRU 106之UL和DL傳輸的無線資源。該HS-DSCH和該EU之無線資源分派資訊是經由該共用控制頻道112來傳輸。
根據本發明,該共用控制頻道112是用於UL和DL傳輸的無線資源分派資訊,且提供特定指示以用於區別該無線資源分派是否是用於UL或是DL傳輸。因此,該共用控制頻道112佔用共享DL無線資源空間,其以一組SF=128的頻道化碼(channelization code)來定義,其同時用於DL和UL傳輸,且該WTRU 106被配置以識別特定傳輸是否是為了分派該DL或UL傳輸的無線資源。
根據本發明的第一實施例,特定無線資源係被分派給UL傳輸的指示,係藉由一或多個在現行高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)中的頻道化碼集合圖之不可能組合所提供。第2圖為現行用於該高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)的頻道化碼集合圖之查詢表。高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)使用七 (7)位元通知該WTRU 106哪一個SF=16的頻道化碼係用於對應的HS-DSCH,在該128可能組合的範圍外,八種(8)組合現在並未於高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)使用(詳見第2圖中標示的「冗餘區域」),八種未使用組合之一或更多係用以分派無線資源或是指示該解調傳輸係用於UL傳輸,而非DL傳輸。因此,如果該WTRU 106判定了頻道化碼集合對應第2圖中該不可能組合之一,則該WTRU 106識別該傳輸係係用以UL傳輸之無線資源分派,而非DL傳輸,或是該碼對應至該頻道化碼集合係分派給UL傳輸。
根據本發明的第二實施例,特定無線資源被分派給UL傳輸的指示,係由WTRU-特定循環冗餘檢查所提供。在現行高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)規格下,WTRU-特定循環冗餘檢查被包括於高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)區域2中。一個16位元的循環冗餘檢查(CRC)係自欲被傳輸的資訊計算,而該計算的循環冗餘檢查(CRC)以獨特的16位元WTRU識別碼(ID)所遮罩,該遮罩的循環冗餘檢查(CRC)係被傳輸至WTRU 106作為WTRU-特定循環冗餘檢查。

根據本發明的第三實施例,由針對EU而分派的特定無線資 源的指示是藉由WTRU特定遮罩序列來提供。在目前高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)規格書中,一個欄位1的40位元是以一個由16位元WTRU ID所產生的40位元WTRU特定中間碼序列所遮罩。
依據第三個實施例,在欄位1的WTRU特定遮罩以一個獨特且具有決定性的方式來修改,用以指示其為EU的傳輸,而不是高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)的傳輸。例如,在第二實施例中所產生的反向16位元循環冗餘檢查(CRC)可用來驅動該40位元長的遮罩序列。如果該WTRU 106能有效解碼由WTRU特定遮罩序列所接收的傳輸,該WTRU 106可識別出由高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)的傳輸,而若是該WTRU 106能有效解碼由反向WTRU特定遮罩序列所接收的傳輸,該WTRU 106可識別出由EU的傳輸。
有關此方法,該WTRU 106可在已經接收僅該高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)傳輸的欄位1之後,來區分EU或是高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)頻道分派是否已經傳輸。
另外,WTRU IDs可由該網路以此方式所配置,所以特定WTRU ID不會與另一個WTRU ID牴觸。譬如,EU的第一WTRU的反向ID可用來指明第二WTRU的高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)服務,因此,可協助UL資源分派頻道和高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)是否存在的同步偵測。
在本發明的第四實施例中,由針對EU所分派的特定無線資源的指示是藉由無線資源控制(RRC)上下文訊號所提供。較佳者,B節點104配置各個無線資源以用在UL無線資源分派傳輸和DL無線資源分派傳輸中。另外,RNC 102是藉由使用RRC發訊號訊息來配置各個無線資源以用在UL無線資源分派傳輸和DL無線資源分派傳輸中。
例如,一個來自RNC 102的RRC訊號訊息可通知WTRU 106在哪個TTI去預期高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)或是UL資源分派頻道。在目 前的R5高速下鏈封包存取(HSDPA)規格書中,十五個時槽包括一個訊框和三個時槽包括一個TTI。“偶數”的TTI可包括如第2、4、6、8、10、12和14的時槽,而“奇數”的TTI可包括第1、3、5、7、9、11、13和15的時槽。
依據本發明,RRC傳輸訊號可指明一個在“偶數”TTI中的傳輸是針對高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)的傳輸以及一個在“奇數”TTI中的傳輸是針對UL資源分派頻道的傳輸。藉著不讓在高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)中的傳輸被傳輸到“奇數”TTI中,可保證對R5 WTRU的反向相容性。SF=128資源的相同集合可用在高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)和UL資源分派頻道中。
根據本發明的第五實施例,由針對EU所分派的特定無線資源的指示是藉由相關DL專用頻道(DCH)的層1的指示來提供。一或更多的位元在該相關DL DCH是藉著固定的預定計時關係來指出UL資源分派頻道作為相對於高速共享控制頻道(HS-SCCH)的逼近出現。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種無線傳輸/接收單元(WTRU),包括:被配置為在該WTRU監控的一傳輸時間間隔(TTI)中的一共享實體無線資源空間中接收一控制資訊的電路;被配置為基於一WTRU識別碼遮罩的(ID遮罩的)循環冗餘檢查(CRC)位元確定該控制訊息是否欲用於該WTRU的電路;被配置為處理該控制訊息的電路;其中該控制訊息具有一無線資源分派資訊以及一單獨指示,該單獨指示表明該控制訊息是與一上鏈傳輸還是一下鏈傳輸相關聯的一控制訊息類型;被配置為在該指示表明該控制訊息類型與一下鏈傳輸相關聯的情況下處理在該TTI中的一分派無線資源中接收到的一下鏈傳輸的電路;以及被配置為在該指示表明該控制訊息類型與一上鏈傳輸相關聯的情況下在一後續TTI中的一分派無線資源中傳輸一上鏈傳輸的電路。

  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述的方法,其中,在該指示表明該控制訊息類型與一上鏈傳輸相關聯的情況下,在該控制訊息的接收後,所述的傳輸該上鏈傳輸是一固定數量的時槽。
