Abstract

Con el fin de reducir la sobrecarga de HS-SCCH, podria ser utilizado un primer procedimiento de distribucion de tiempo. En este caso, el tiempo de planeacion de cada usuario VoIP es semi-estatico y por lo tanto, no existiria necesidad de transmitir, por ejemplo, el HS-SCCH hacia el UE para las transmisiones iniciales, si el UE conociera cuando recibe los datos en el HS-DSCH y que formato de transporte es utilizado. Existen al menos dos modos de implementacion de esto: 1) La senalizacion de HS-SCCH/E-DPCCH para indicar los parametros de una primera transmision, con las subsiguientes transmisiones utilizando los mismos parametros (y HS-SCCH/E-DPCCH siempre son enviados cuando sean necesarios los cambios), o 2) La senalizacion RRC de distribucion fija es utilizada para repartir los usuarios y senalar los parametros de transporte por omision.
