本发明提供了一种保健降糖豆浆及其制备方法,其原料组分的重量配比为:植脂末8-12、麦芽糊精4-6、奶粉8-12、冻干黄豆粉4-6、冻干绿豆粉4-6、冻干黑豆粉4-6、冻干红豆粉4-6、冻干豇豆粉4-6、冻干南瓜4-6、冻干红茶粉4-6、冻干苦瓜粉4-6、冻干茯苓粉1-2、麦冬1-2、抗结剂适量。制备时,首先将各种豆类等原材料煮熟后采用冷冻干燥法,得到冻干粉,然后按配方比例添加其它组分,并充分搅拌,得到保健降糖豆浆。本发明降糖豆浆具有降血糖保健功能,同时起到均衡营养的作用,长期食用无任何副作用,特别适合糖尿病人长期食用,起到延年益寿,提高糖尿病人的生活质量,且保质期长,携带方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健食品领域,具体涉及一种保健降糖豆浆及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国糖尿病协会最新的调查发现,中国的糖尿病发病率高达9.7%,全国糖尿病人接近一个亿。中国已超越印度成为糖尿病第一大国。 糖尿病年轻化趋势明显,在30——45岁的“事业型”人士中糖尿病发病增长最快。在20岁以上的成人中,年龄标化的糖尿病患病率为9.7%,而糖尿病前期的比例更高达15.5%,相当于每四个成年人中就有一个高血糖状态者。
随之,市场上出现了大量的无糖食品,但是这些无糖食品大多数只是蔗糖含量低,糖尿病人吃多了这种食品照样血糖升高,血糖不可能得到控制。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种保健降糖豆浆及其制备方法。本发明的降糖豆浆糖尿病人长期食用,可起到降低血糖、提高免疫力的作用,同时起到均衡营养的作用,可以长期食用,无任何副作用。
为实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种保健降糖豆浆,其特征在于:其原料组分的重量配比为:植脂末8-12、麦芽糊精4-6、奶粉8-12、冻干黄豆粉4-6、冻干绿豆粉4-6、冻干黑豆粉4-6、冻干红豆粉4-6、冻干豇豆粉4-6、冻干南瓜4-6、冻干红茶粉4-6、冻干苦瓜粉4-6、冻干茯苓粉1-2、麦冬1-2、抗结剂 适量。

所述的保健降糖豆浆的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将各种豆类、南瓜、苦瓜、茯苓、麦冬,清洗后分别煮熟;
(2)将煮熟的上述食物分别放入真空冻干机;
(3)开启冷冻机进行制冷,冷冻到物料温度为-30℃以下,并维持8-10小时干燥,然后开启真空,并加热到95-100℃,继续干燥 1-2小时,得到冻干的物料块;
(4)将上述冷冻干燥所得到的物料块分别用超微粉碎机粉碎成为粉末;
(5)再按配方比例称取各组分,将称量好的组分加入到V型混合机进行充分混合得到保健降糖豆浆,然后定量包装、入库。
食用方法:开袋后用开水冲饮。
本发明的优点:
甘薯叶营养价值很高,尤以维生素B1、维生素B2最为丰富,是品质优良的深绿色蔬菜。甘薯叶性平味甘,无毒,味道有点像同属的蕹菜,但质地较为柔软。具有补虚益气、健脾强肾、益肺生津、补肾明目、抗癌、美容、延缓衰老的作用。
芦笋是世界十大名菜之一,芦笋富含多种氨基酸、蛋白质和维生素,其含量均高于一般水果和蔬菜,特别是芦笋中的天冬酰胺和微量元素硒、钼、铬、锰等,具有调节机体代谢,提高身体免疫力的功效,在对高血压、心脏病、白血病、血癌、水肿、膀胱炎等的预防和治疗中,具有很强的抑制作用和药理效应。
炒黑豆粉采用大麦与黑豆一起炒熟,然后将黑豆分离出来磨成细粉,使得黑豆具有大麦香味,并具有保健功能。
本发明的降糖豆浆具有降血糖、 提高免疫力、健脾功效,长期食用,可控血糖,同时起到均衡营养的作用,且保质期长,携带方便,特别适合糖尿病人食用,可以长期食用。有益健康,延年益寿。

保健降糖豆浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将各种豆类、南瓜、苦瓜、茯苓、麦冬,清洗后分别煮熟;
(2)将煮熟的上述食物分别放入真空冻干机;
(3)开启冷冻机进行制冷,冷冻到物料温度为-30℃以下,并维持8-10小时干燥,然后开启真空,并加热到95-100℃,继续干燥 1-2小时,得到冻干的物料块;
(4)将上述冷冻干燥所得到的物料块分别用超微粉碎机粉碎成为粉末;
