本发明公开了一种真空吸塑成型模,包括成型模和压边框,所述成型模有两个分别与塑料件的两个胆室相配的凸模,此成型模的两个凸模之间有一凹槽,在所述压边框中设有一个与成型模的凹槽相对的成型隔刀,此成型隔刀的两端支撑在所述压边框的前、后侧板上,此成型隔刀与所述成型模两个凸模间的凹槽底面间的距离大于零,所述成型隔刀的下端面为弧形面。本发明与现有技术比较具有模具成本低、产品质量优和成型效率高的显著优点。

一种真空吸塑成型模
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种成型模,特别是用于两室内胆的真空吸塑成型模。
背景技术:
真空吸塑成型技术因其模具结构简单和操作方便广泛应用于塑料件成型。目前应用的塑料内胆件为单室,但对于两室的塑料内胆件制作时,需先用真空吸塑成型模分别成型两个互不连接的单室,之后再连接成一体。这种工艺需要两个成型模,还要进行连接,效率低,成本高。
发明内容:
本发明目的是提供一种成型效率高和成本低的真空吸塑成型模。实现本发明目的的技术方案是,包括成型模和压边框,其特征在于:所述成型模有两个分别与塑料件的两个胆室相配的凸模,此成型模的两个凸模之间有一凹槽,在所述压边框中设有一个与成型模的凹槽相对的成型隔刀,此成型隔刀的两端支撑在所述压边框的前、后侧板上,此成型隔刀与所述成型模两个凸模间的凹槽底面间的距离大于零,所述成型隔刀的下端面为弧形面。本发明与现有技术比较具有模具成本低、产品质量优和成型效率高的显著优点。

具体实施方式:
结合下述实施例对本发明详细说明,为了实现用一个真空吸塑成型模成型出具有两个胆室的塑料件,按两胆室的塑料件形状制出成型模并对压边框5作改进,即在此压边框内设置一个成型隔刀6与成型模的凹槽2相对,此成型刀与成型模的两个凸模1、3间的凹槽2底面间的距离L大于零,且根据产品成型特性确定此距离的大小,即当成型模进到压边框内完成塑料件成型时此成型隔刀不与凹槽底面接触。此成型隔刀的下端面为弧形面,此成形隔刀的两端支撑在压边框的前后两侧壁上。
本发明的真空吸塑成型模的工作原理与现有单胆室塑料件成型模相同,先将加热塑化后的成型坯料置于成型模底座4上,压边框将此坯料压紧,先通过成型模中的气孔吹气,使坯料吹成气囊,坯料在吹成气囊过程中,成型隔刀将气囊分隔成两个气囊,再使成型模上升进入压边框中的气囊中,此时通过成型模气孔对气囊抽真空,使气囊紧贴于成型模的表面上,完成两胆室塑料件的成型。

1.一种真空吸塑成型模,包括成型模和压边框,其特征在于:所述成型模有两个分别与塑料件的两个胆室相配的凸模,此成型模的两个凸模之间有一凹槽,在所述压边框中设有一个与成型模的凹槽相对的成型隔刀,此成型隔刀的两端支撑在所述压边框的前、后侧板上,此成型隔刀与所述成型模两个凸模间的凹槽底面间的距离大于零,所述成型隔刀的下端面为弧形面。
