本发明公开了一种应用于曲轴箱通风管的丙烯酸酯橡胶配制原料,属于橡胶技术领域,其特征按质量份如下,日本NOK株式会社的丙烯酸酯橡胶PA?402L,40~70;日本NOK株式会社的丙烯酸酯橡胶PA?402H,30~60;硬脂酸,1.2~2;防老剂Dusantox?86,2~3;加工助剂Vanfre?VAM,1~2;炭黑N330,25~45;炭黑N550,10~30;硬脂酸钾,0.2~0.5;硬脂酸钠,1~4;硫黄,0.1~0.25。通过以上配制原料制作出的丙烯酸酯橡胶,耐油性能优于目前常用的丙烯酸酯橡胶,耐热性能与乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶相当,并且成本低廉。

Description

一种应用于曲轴箱通风管的丙烯酸酯橡胶配制原料
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶技术领域,特别涉及的是一种应用于曲轴箱通风管的丙烯酸酯橡胶配制原料。
背景技术
汽车发动机气缸体下部用来安装曲轴的部位称为曲轴箱,汽车曲轴箱分上曲轴箱和下曲轴箱。上曲轴箱与气缸体铸成一体,下曲轴箱用来贮存润滑油,并封闭上曲轴箱。发动机在运转过程中,燃烧室内的高压未燃烧气体、酸、水份、硫和氮的氧化物经过活塞环与缸壁之间的间隙进入曲轴箱中,与零件磨损产生的金属粉末混在一起,形成油泥。量少时在油中悬浮,量大时从油中析出,堵塞滤清器和油孔,造成发动机润滑困难,引起磨损。现在大部分汽油机都装有曲轴箱强制通风装置,通过曲轴箱通风管使曲轴箱气体返回发动机中继续燃烧。这种所谓的汽车曲轴箱气体会沉淀为冷凝液并且损害汽车曲轴箱通风管的橡胶材料。在发动机不同的驱动条件下冷凝液的成分有很大差别。绝大部分由以下三类介质组成:燃料,发动机油和一些液态的酸性物质(pH值为2-6)。由于这些介质对汽车曲轴箱通风管的腐蚀以及发动机散发的热量对橡胶材料的老化,大大影响汽车曲轴箱通风管的性能和寿命。
由于汽车曲轴箱气体包含未燃烧燃料气体、机油油雾、酸、硫和氮的氧化物等物质,这就要求汽车曲轴箱通风管的材料具有优异的耐燃油性、耐发动机油性及抗腐蚀性,同时,由于汽车曲轴箱通风管布置在发动机周围,也就要求它有很好的耐热性能。目前,汽车曲轴箱通风管材料多使用丙烯酸酯橡胶,但目前常用的丙烯酸酯橡胶已难以承受日益提高的汽车曲轴箱气体温度;也有部分高端的车型采用乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶,但乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶耐油性能比丙烯酸酯橡胶差,且价格昂贵,难以在中低端汽车普及使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐油性能优于目前常用的丙烯酸酯橡胶、耐热性能与乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶相当,并且成本低廉的丙烯酸酯橡胶配制原料。
为达到以上目的,本发明提供一种应用于曲轴箱通风管的丙烯酸酯橡胶配制原料,其特征按质量份如下,日本NOK株式会社的丙烯酸酯橡胶PA402L,45~55;日本NOK株式会社的丙烯酸酯橡胶PA402H,45~55;硬脂酸,1.2~2;防老剂Dusantox86,2~3;加工助剂VanfreVAM,1~2;炭黑N330,25~45;炭黑N550,10~30;硬脂酸钾,0.2~0.5;硬脂酸钠,1~4;硫黄,0.1~0.25。
丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)是由丙烯酸烷基酯(CH2=CH-COOR)为主要单体,与少量带有可提供交联反应活性基团的单体共聚而成的一类弹性体。根据其分子结构中所含的交联单体不同,加工时硫化体系也不相同,由此可将丙烯酸酯橡胶划分为含氯多胺交联型、不含氯多胺交联型、自交联型、羧酸铵盐交联型、皂交联型等五类。此外,还有特种丙烯酸酯橡胶,如含氟型及热塑性丙烯酸酯橡胶等。丙烯酸酯橡胶具有良好的耐高温及耐油的性能,但是并不意味着可以直接拿来使用,选用合适的牌号以及适宜的硫化体系和补强体系是本发明研究的内容之一。
本发明选用日本NOK株式会社的PA-402L、PA-402H丙烯酸酯橡胶,其分子结构的共同特点有两个:一是高极性;二是完全饱和性,从而使其具有优越的耐矿物油和耐高温氧化性能。其耐油性仅次于氟胶,而与一般中高丙烯晴含量的丁腈橡胶相似。其耐热性介于通用橡胶和硅橡胶之间,比丁腈橡胶使用温度高出30~60℃,最高使用温度180℃,断续和短时间使用可达200℃,在150℃长期使用性能无明显变化。此外,最重要的是其对含有硫、氯、磷等极压剂的极压型润滑油十分稳定,使用温度可达150℃,间断使用温度可更高些。丙烯酸酯橡胶还具有优良的抗臭氧性、气密性、耐屈挠和耐裂口增长性,以及抗紫外线变色性等,可以在发动机周围的高温下长时间使用,并且其性能变化不大。其次,由于其门尼粘度的差异(PA-402L为低门尼、PA-402H为高门尼),当两者并用的时候,低门尼对加工有利,高门尼对性能有利,这就保证了同时具有良好的加工性能和物理机械性能。
硬脂酸钾、硬脂酸钠、硫黄并用组成皂类硫化体系。其中硬脂酸钠硫化速度慢、加工安全,硬脂酸钾易焦烧。采用硬脂酸钾、硬脂酸钠并用,改变并用比例,可以控制焦烧时间,而对硫化状态的影响不显著。硫黄可以提高硫化速度和硫化程度。这三者通过合理的配比可以保证胶料的硫化速度和加工安全性。
汽车曲轴箱通风管多为挤出管,因此要求胶料具有好的挤出性能。本发明采用快挤出炭黑N550保证胶料的挤出性能,同时并用高耐磨炉黑N330保证硫化胶的强度。

注(1)检验方法
试样要放置在带有塞子的200ml磨光玻璃杯中,在杯中倒入PH值为5的硝酸100ml,放在带有机械通风的加热箱里,保持在60℃下4小时。紧接着用蒸馏水冲洗样本,持续擦干多余的液体,在室温下干燥30分钟。
然后把样本放在一个用玻璃片(例如手表玻璃)盖住的250ml玻璃烧杯(高型)中,保存在135℃的Lubrizol机油OS304206中18小时。在作用时间结束后一直用检测液冲洗部件(纤维纸),在室温下放置30分钟。接着在室温下保存在FAM-B检测液中30分钟,在完成燃料的存储后将部件在室温下风干15分钟。
根据需要必须重复完成上述周期然后完成试样的性能测试,并标注周期数。
