Abstract

一种不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具的制造方法,其包括以下步骤:(1)将预制的软外皮放入发泡成型模具内,抽真空使软外皮紧密吸附在模具内表面;(2)维持真空压力条件下,向软外皮的围边及内腔壁喷涂胶粘剂;(3)把聚氨酯材料射入发泡成型模具中;(4)合模及聚合反应;(5)开模得到成品。本发明通过制定聚氨酯材料的配方,并采用胶黏剂把内部聚氨酯体和外部软皮结合在一起制成聚氨酯发泡玩具,其由于具有柔韧而牢固的热塑性软胶表皮,该表皮对内部的聚氨酯发泡体起到保护作用,能有效解决现有产品的吸水发霉、清洁困难、容易破损等难题。

不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯泡沫塑料技术领域。
背景技术
聚氨酯泡沫塑料由异氰酸酯和羟基化合物经聚合发泡制成,按其硬度可分为软质和硬质两类,其中软质为主要品种。一般来说,它具有极佳的弹性、柔软性、伸长率和压缩强度;化学稳定性好,耐许多溶剂和油类;耐磨性优良,较天然海绵大20倍;还有优良的加工性、绝热性、粘合性等性能,是一种性能优良的缓冲材料,因此现被较多地应用作儿童玩具。
目前的聚氨酯发泡产品在玩耍过程中会产生以下不尽人意的结果:1)、大量的开放式气孔极易吸收玩耍过程中接触到的水分但又无法快速脱水,导致产品内产生霉菌,对儿童的健康造成影响;2)、在潮湿泥泞的环境中玩耍时弄脏了产品的表面无法妥善清洁;3)、柔软的产品表层在玩耍中极易破损。
公开号为CN1247124公开日为2000年.3月15日,发明名称为“聚氨酯发泡无缝包皮软垫的制造方法”的中国发明专利申请公开了一种无缝包皮软垫的制造方法,其是将含有聚氨酯的PVC或聚酯软革覆盖在按要求外形设计好的阴模上,经阴模上真空抽吸装置的负压系统将软革拉伸吸附成形于阴模腔体内,在软革内表面形成厚度为0.4~0.6mm的聚氨酯层,然后用高压将30~40%异氰酸酯和60~70%聚氨酯等组成的液体PU材料注射进模腔,在35~50℃充分发泡后制得。在生产过程中需要预先在软革内表面形成厚度为0.4~0.6mm的聚氨酯层,否则难以实现内层聚氨酯体与外层软革间的结合。另外,该技术方案中采用的外层皮为软革,皮革为宽幅卷材,表面花纹图案及颜色简单单一,难以做到丰富的色案及颜色。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种改进的聚氨酯发泡玩具,不必受至玩耍环境的限制。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具的制造方法,其包括以下步骤:
(1)将预制的软外皮放入发泡成型模具内,抽真空使软外皮紧密吸附在模具内表面;
(2)维持真空压力条件下,向软外皮的围边及内腔壁喷涂胶粘剂;
(3)把聚氨酯材料射入发泡成型模具中;
(4)合模及聚合反应;
(5)开模得到成品。
其中,所述软外皮为材料硬度需在ShoreA70度以下的PVC或TPE或TPR或TPU或EVA软塑料。
所述胶粘剂为热塑性聚氨酯树脂、氯丁橡胶、增粘树脂混合物溶于有机混合溶剂精制而成,所采用的有机溶剂为100%丁酮,按质量份,丁酮用量为92-94%,树脂及橡胶总混合物用量为6~8%,其中各组份含量如下:
热塑性聚氨酯    50-70
氯丁橡胶        20-30
增粘树脂        10-20。
胶粘剂能使内部的聚氨酯体与外部的软外皮牢固的粘接在一起。
所述聚氨酯材料由组份P、I按P∶I=100∶(60~70)的质量比搅拌混合而成,其中组份P由若干种聚醚多元醇按以下质量份混合而成,
聚醚多元醇330N    30-50
聚醚多元醇360N    20-30
聚合物多元醇36/30G  30-40;
组份I由聚合MDI BASF M20S和液化MDI BASF MP113按聚合MDI M20S/液化MDI MP113=50/(50-70)的质量份混合而成。其它品牌或型号的MDI在物性参数相近的前提下可以作为替代原料。
进一步来说,所述组份P中添加有助剂,所述助剂由以下质量含量的组份混合而成:

所述软外皮具有外部花纹图案,模具内壁具有相吻合的花纹图案,两者之间能完全精密吻合,负压吸附时可保证产品外型结构达到设计要求。
本发明提供了由上述任一方法所制造的不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具。
优选地,所述玩具为球形玩具。
本发明通过制定聚氨酯材料的配方,并采用胶黏剂把内部聚氨酯体和外部软皮结合在一起制成聚氨酯发泡玩具,其由于具有柔韧而牢固的热塑性软胶表皮,该表皮对内部的聚氨酯发泡体起到保护作用,能有效解决现有产品的吸水发霉、清洁困难、容易破损等难题。另外,本发明所采用的工艺能使产品外型结构具备复杂精密的外部花纹图案,还可实现双色或多色注塑,非常适合于发泡玩具的制作。

具体实施方式
实施例一
本例为聚氨酯发泡玩具的制造实施例。
如图1~图6所示,为本发明的聚氨酯发泡玩具的制造方法。
步骤一:将预制的软外皮1放入发泡成型模具2内,通过模具上的真空管抽真空使软外皮1紧密吸附在模具2内表面,如图1~2所示。
其中,所述软外皮为材料硬度在ShoreA70度以下的PVC或TPE或TPR或TPU或EVA软塑料。所述软外皮具有外部花纹图案,由注塑模具注塑加工而成。软外皮可以使用单色外皮,亦可选择双色或多色注塑而成的外皮。所谓双色注塑主要以双射成型机两只料管配合两套模具按先后次序经两次成型制成双射产品,该工艺为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
发泡成型模具内壁具有与软外皮外部相吻合的花纹图案。发泡成型模具按照注塑模具的规格同时考虑到材料的收缩性能等采用电脑辅助加工而成,这样可保证发泡成型模具内壁与软外皮的花纹图案能完全相吻合。
步骤二:维持真空压力条件下,向软外皮1的围边11及内腔壁12喷涂胶粘剂3,如图3所示。
其中,所述胶粘剂为热塑性聚氨酯树脂、氯丁橡胶、增粘树脂混合物溶于有机混合溶剂精制而成,所采用的有机溶剂为100%MEK(丁酮),按质量份计,MEK用量为92-94%。热塑性聚氨酯树脂、氯丁橡胶、增粘树脂的含量如下(以热塑性聚氨酯树脂、氯丁橡胶、增粘树脂的混合物总数100计):

聚氨酯材料为组份P及组份I通过专业聚氨酯发泡灌注机通过精确计量搅拌混合而成,组份P与组份I的质量比为=100∶60。
其中P料为若干种聚醚多元醇加多种助剂混合而成。
以多元醇总量100计,各聚醚多元醇组份及含量如下:

助剂的配方如下:(以P料总量为100计)

组份I由聚合MDI BASF M20S和液化MDI BASF MP113按聚合MDIM20S/液化MDI MP113=50/55的质量份混合而成。其它品牌或型号的MDI在物性参数相近的前提下可以作为替代原料。
步骤四:合模及聚合反应,使聚氨酯材料在模具中发泡成型,如图5所示。
步骤五:开模得到成品100,如图6所示。
所制得的成品100外层为软外皮,中间为聚氨酯体。由于胶粘剂与锁模力的作用而使上下模具中的外皮完整黏结成为一体,将聚氨酯发泡材料包覆在内而起到保护作用。优选地,本发明的聚氨酯发泡玩具为聚氨酯发泡球,为圆形或椭圆形等形状。
实施例二
本例为聚氨酯发泡玩具的又一制造实施例。
如图1~图6所示,为本发明的聚氨酯发泡玩具的制造方法。
步骤一:将预制的软外皮1放入模具2内,通过模具上的真空管抽真空使软外皮1紧密吸附在模具2内表面,如图1~2所示。
其中,所述软外皮为材料硬度在ShoreA70度以下的PVC或TPE或TPR或TPU或EVA软塑料,由注塑模具注塑加工而成。软外皮可以使用单色外皮,亦可选择双色或多色注塑而成的外皮。
发泡成型模具内壁具有与软外皮外部相吻合的花纹图案。发泡成型模具按照注塑模具的规格同时考虑到材料的收缩性能等采用电脑辅助加工而成,这样可保证发泡成型模具内壁与软外皮的花纹图案能完全相吻合。
步骤二:维持真空压力条件下,向软外皮1的围边11及内腔壁12喷涂胶粘剂3,如图3所示。

步骤四:合模及聚合反应,使聚氨酯材料在模具中发泡成型,如图5所示。

本例为聚氨酯发泡玩具的又一制造实施例。

组份I由聚合MDI BASF M20S和液化MDI BASF MP113按聚合MDIM20S/液化MDI MP113=50/55的质量份混合而成。其它品牌的MDI在物性参数相近的前提下可以作为替代原料
步骤四:合模及聚合反应,使聚氨酯材料在模具中发泡成型,如图5所示。
步骤五:开模得到成品100,如图6所示。

Claims (8)

1.一种不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具的制造方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将预制的软外皮放入发泡成型模具内,抽真空使软外皮紧密吸附在模具内表面;
(2)维持真空压力条件下,向软外皮的围边及内腔壁喷涂胶粘剂;
(3)把聚氨酯材料射入发泡成型模具中;
(4)合模及聚合反应;
(5)开模得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具的制造方法,其特征在于:所述软外皮为材料硬度需在Shore A 70度以下的PVC或TPE或TPR或TPU或EVA软塑料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具的制造方法,其特征在于:所述胶粘剂为热塑性聚氨酯树脂、氯丁橡胶、增粘树脂混合物溶于有机混合溶剂精制而成,所采用的有机溶剂为100%丁酮,按质量份,丁酮用量为92-94%,树脂及橡胶总混合物用量为6~8%,其中各组份含量如下:
热塑性聚氨酯    50-70
氯丁橡胶        20-30
增粘树脂        10-20。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具的制造方法,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯材料由组份P、I按P∶I=100∶(60~70)的质量比搅拌混合而成,其中
组份P由若干种聚醚多元醇按以下质量份混合而成,
聚醚多元醇330N    30-50
聚醚多元醇360N    20-30
聚合物多元醇36/30G  30-40;
组份I由聚合MDI BASF M20S和液化MDI BASF MP113按聚合MDI M20S/液化MDI MP113=50/(50-70)的质量份混合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具的制造方法,其特征在于:所述组份P中添加有助剂,所述助剂由以下质量含量的组份混合而成:
6.根据权利要求1所述的不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具的制造方法,其特征在于:所述软外皮具有外部花纹图案,由注塑模具注塑加工而成;所述发泡成型模具根据注塑模具的规格用电脑辅助加工,使发泡成型内壁具有与所述软外皮相吻合的花纹图案。
7.一种由权利要求1~6任一方法所制造的不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具。
8.根据权利要求7所述的不限玩耍环境的聚氨酯发泡玩具,其特征在于:所述玩具为球形玩具。
