技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种将药品或食品装入盒子内的机械,简称装盒机,具体涉及的是一种上开盖的装盒机。
背景技术
[0002]目前,一些药品或者食品,经过包装后,还要将其装入盒子内,一般是药品居多,特别是一些液体状药品,首先要将其灌装到密封的西林瓶中,然要按规格将其装入盒子内,如一盒可装10瓶、20瓶等。大多数企业,将这种药品或者食品装盒是采用手工装盒,其劳动强度大,工作效率低。因此,为适应工业化生产的需要,自动化装盒就显得非常必要。如中国专利公告为CN101850863A,发明名称为“一种上开盖装盒机”的专利申请,就公开了如下内容:一种上开盖装盒机,其特征在于所述该装盒机机体上依次设有真空吸盒机构、送盒料库、装盒送料机构、加料机构、送纸机构、折小舌机构、折大舌机构及压大舌机构所构成,所述各机构均与横输送带相配合,所述送料盒库设有第一纵输送带,所述第一纵输送带绕装在传动轴上,所述第一纵输送带的前方设有挡板,所述送料盒库具有真空吸盒机构,所述真空吸盒机构设有真空吸杆,所述真空吸杆配装有一传动装置,该传动装置带动真空吸杆动作,所述送盒料库的相邻处为加料机构,所述加料机构的对面为装盒送料机构,所述装盒送料机构具有第二纵输送带,该输送带装有传动装置所述输送带的前方为版块停留出,所述加料机构设有吸料头,该吸料头设有升降气缸,所述升降气缸设置在牵引装置上,该牵引装置可使升降气缸纵向移动至版块位置停留板,所述装盒送料机构相邻位置为送纸机构,所述送纸机构包括放纸平台,纸张输送带及出纸口,所述折小舌机构设有固定挡板和活动挡板,所述固定挡板固定在机架上,所述活动挡板包括有一转动轴,所述转动轴具有一传动装置,所述折大舌机构和压大舌机构相同,均设有固定挡舌条与活动折舌板,所述活动折舌板包括以升降轴,所述升降轴与气缸活塞轴连接。这种结构的上开盖装盒机,结构非常复杂, 其中涉及到的折大舌以及压大舌机构,是将上开盖上的插舌进行折合,使其与上开盖成一个角度,然后用压大舌机构将插舌压入,完成装盒步骤。但,由于盒体内被包装物一般都是硬质材料,特别是西林瓶,它被加入到盒体内后,西林瓶与盒体的插舌面接触,特别是西林瓶的瓶口位置与盒体的插舌面接触后,上开盖上的插舌插入后,会插到西林瓶上,被西林瓶顶住,不能完全插入盒体。这样盒体被移动到收料工位时,上开盖便会弹开,造成无法将上开盖盖住的结果,对于其他硬质包装物也同样存在这样的问题。如公告号为CN202030016U, 名称为“立式上开盖装盒机,采用的是一种转盘结构,也较为复杂,同时在上开盖的插舌插入盒体时也存在上述的问题。这些结构的上开盖装盒机,在上开盖的插舌未插入盒体内时, 仍然需要人工辅助操作,其装盒的效果不是很好,工作效率也不高。
发明内容
[0003] 鉴于背景技术存在的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单,能将上开盖上的插舌有效插入盒体的上开盖装盒机。[0004] 为此,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:一种上开盖装盒机,包括吸盒成型机构、送盒机构、加料机构、压内舌机构和插舌机构,所述加料机构设置在送盒机构的上方,所述压内舌机构和插舌机构分别安装在送盒机构上,所述送盒机构具有送盒挡板构成的送盒轨道,所述吸盒成型机构安装在所述送盒机构的端部,所述插舌机构具有盖盒块,其特征在于所述送盒机构上设置有使盒体插舌面与被包装物间产生间隙的装置。
[0005] 所述使盒体插舌面与被包装物间产生间隙的装置包括铰接在所述送盒轨道上的托板、上推气缸,所述上推气缸的活塞杆与所述托板连接。

[0009] 所述加料机构包括设置在送盒轨道的入口端的垫板、送料机械手、平推气缸和上顶气缸,所述垫板安装在所述上推气缸的活塞杆上,所述送料机械手与所述平推气缸的活塞杆连接。

[0014] 本发明的这种结构,在被包装物置于盒体内后,将其盒体的插舌面与被包装物间产生一个间隙,这样上开盖上的插舌插入后,便不会被包装物挡住,因此,能够有效地将上开盖插舌插入,使得上开盖盖住盒体,,不需要再采用手工辅助操作,其工作效率高,上开盖锁盖效果好,并且结构科学简单。

具体实施方式

[0030] 实施例一,参照图I〜图9,这种上开盖装盒机,包括吸盒成型机构、送盒机构、加料机构和插舌机构6,所述送盒机构包括操作平台2、挡板5和气缸14、9、3、8、4,其中挡板5 与操作平台2构成平推式的送盒轨道,其中气缸14、9、3、8、4均设置在送盒轨道的直角转弯处,所述的吸盒成型机构包括吸盘10、吸盘气缸11、推板12和成型气缸13,其吸盘10安装在吸盘气缸11的活塞杆上,推板12铰接在机体上,并与成型气缸13的活塞杆连接,同时在送盒轨道的挡板5上设置能够使吸盘10穿过的通孔(图中未画出);将扁纸盒48放置到纸盒架I上,吸盘气缸11活塞杆伸出时,带动吸盘10靠近扁纸盒48,便将扁纸盒48吸出,吸盘气缸11的活塞杆收缩时,扁纸盒48便与送盒轨道的挡板5接触,此时成型气缸13的活塞杆伸出,带动推板12推向扁纸盒48的一侧,由于扁纸盒48以挡板5为依托面,因此推板12 与扁纸盒48的一侧接触后,便将扁纸盒48迅速成型为纸盒49,然后吸盘10负压断开,纸盒 49便放置到送盒机构的送盒轨道上。这种吸盒成型机构的优点是扁纸盒48与挡板5接触后,推板12向扁纸盒48的作用力部分作用到挡板5上,使得扁纸盒48成型时不会由于推板 12 —个方向的推力将扁纸盒48从吸盘10上推落。本实施例中的平推式送盒轨道,纸盒49 在轨道内移动全部依靠直角转弯处的气缸的活塞杆推动来完成。当然可以将该送盒机构变成送料皮带与挡板构成的送盒轨道,这种送盒轨道不需要采用气缸,将送料皮带置于挡板5 之间,采用送料皮带的一个传动机构即可,其效果与上述的平推式送盒轨道是相同的。所述加料机构包括设置在送盒轨道内的垫板16、送料机械手17、平推气缸21和上推气缸15,所述垫板16安装在所述上推气缸15的活塞杆上,所述送料机械手17与所述平推气缸21的活塞杆连接。拿西林瓶来说,其送料机械手17为具有若干横杆构成的轨道,西林瓶被理瓶机整理完毕后,其西林瓶的瓶颈排列整齐地挂在横杆构成的轨道内。当西林瓶理瓶机将整理排列完毕后的西林瓶推送到送料机械手17上后,其平推气缸21的活塞杆收缩,将排列整齐的西林瓶送到送盒轨道的上方,此时,上推气缸15的活塞杆伸出,带着成型后的纸盒49 上升,纸盒49便将送料机械手17上的西林瓶容纳,而后,平推气缸21的活塞杆伸出,而依靠纸盒壁将西林瓶挡住,平推气缸21活塞杆伸出的过程,便是送料机械手17收缩的过程, 西林瓶19便落入到纸盒49中,然后上推气缸15的活塞杆收缩,上推气缸15活塞杆上的垫板16便会与送盒轨道的操作平台2平齐,这样就完成了加料的过程。纸盒49加料完成后, 到送料轨道的下个工位时,在该送料轨道的上方设有西林瓶检测器18,西林瓶检测器18检测到纸盒49内的全部西林瓶19后,则继续输送纸盒49,否则,在剔废工位剔除。本发明在送盒机构上还设有压内舌机构7,该压内舌机构7包括压舌气缸22、勾板23,所述勾板23铰接在所述装盒机的机体上,所述勾板23的一端与所述压舌气缸22的活塞杆连接,且所述勾板23置于所述送盒轨道的上方。当纸盒49被推到压内舌机构处时,由于纸盒49 一直被输送,纸盒49的一侧的内舌便会与勾板23直接接触,随着纸盒49的输送,该侧的内舌便顺着纸盒49移动的方向内折,而另一侧的内舌26到达压内舌机构处时,压舌气缸22工作,其活塞杆伸出后,带动勾板23摆动,勾板23便将另一侧的内舌26内折,压内舌完毕后,纸盒49 又被送到下个工位31处,在该工位处的送盒轨道上方设置有压板25,该压板5将已经内折的内舌压住,再进入下一工位,设置在该工位的气缸27工作,推动盖板28翻下,将纸盒49 的上开盖29压下,纸盒49又进入下一个上盖内折工位51处,该工位的送盒轨道上方设置有下推气缸32,同时在挡板5上安装一个直角状的内衬板30,在下推气缸32的活塞杆上设置折板33,该折板33下行时与内衬板30配合,使得上开盖29上的插舌50被内折,此后, 纸盒49再被送到下一个上盖插舌工位的插舌机构6上。本发明中所述插舌机构具有盖盒块35,在该工位的所述送盒机构处设置有使盒体插舌面与被包装物产生间隙的装置,纸盒 49的插舌50被内折后,由该装置在被包装物19与盒体插舌面37之间产生一个间隙。具体的说,该间隙是这样产生的:所述使盒体插舌面37与被包装物间产生间隙的装置包括铰接在所述送盒轨道内的托板34、上顶气缸38,所述上顶气缸38的活塞杆与所述托板34连接。 纸盒49运送到该工位后,上顶气缸38的活塞杆伸出,推动托板34带着装有被包装物的纸盒49进行翻转,翻转时,置于在纸盒49内的被包装物,如西林瓶,由于重力的关系,靠向纸盒49的后侧,使得盒体插舌面37与西林瓶19之间产生一个间隙,托板34翻转到一定角度时,放置在其上的纸盒49上开盖29与插舌50的接合处便与插舌机构的盖盒块35接触,盖盒块35便将上开盖29上的插舌50完全插入盒体插舌面37与西林瓶19之间的间隙,插舌 50不会与置在纸盒49的被包装物19接触,插舌效果非常理想;上顶气缸38的活塞杆收缩后,托板34又处于平面状态,放置在纸盒49内的西林瓶19又处于原状,再被送到下一个工位进行处理。
