本发明公开了一种运动滑板的制作方法,其特征在于:所述制作方法包括以下步骤:一、发泡;二、发泡模具用水冷却,取出发泡板自然冷却至常温并烘干;三、包裹上玻璃纤维布,再喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;四、固化并打磨;五、再包裹上玻璃纤维布,然后喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;六、铺上印刷有图案的塑料薄片,使上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接在一起;七、压制成型;八、切边并打磨。本发明的优点在于本制作方法中,运动滑板上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接结合在一起,使上下塑料薄片形成整体,且将内芯包裹在一起,从而使得运动滑板结构更牢固,使用寿命更长,周边更光滑,因此运动滑板在滑行时水对运动滑板的阻力减小,从而使运动滑板更容易操控。

本发明涉及塑料加工技术领域,尤其是涉及一种滑板的制作方法。
背景技术
现有一种申请号为CN200910100718.7名称为《一种滑板的制作方法》的中国发明专利,公开了一种结构,其特征在于包括以下步骤:切割内芯、切割表皮材料、准备塑料膜材料、加工过程,其加工过程为:将滑板的模具安放在模压机上,然后在滑板的模具内依次放入:表皮材料、塑料膜材料、内芯、塑料膜材料、表皮材料,再启动模压机将模具合拢,并在模具内通入温度为150~200度的蒸汽加热9~18分钟,然后冷却模具,打开模具,取出产品,修整产品边料;即为滑板成品。与现有技术相比,该发明的优点在于将表皮层、塑料膜、内芯在模压机内一次性加工成形,减少制作时间、使操作更方便,而且又能减少人为误差,使产品质量更稳定,生产成本也更低,从而有效地提高了企业的生产效率。该运动滑板是本申请人于2009年申请的一种技术,但是,该运动滑板的制作工艺较复杂,设备要求较高,所以,本申请人又提出了一种新的制作方法。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种工艺简单,产品结构牢固、耐磨损、耐腐蚀且使用寿命长的运动滑板的制作方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:本运动滑板的制作方法,其特征在于:所述制作方法包括以下步骤:
一、将发泡材料置于发泡模具中发泡2~5分钟,形成发泡板;
二、将置有发泡板的发泡模具通过水冷却,然后取出发泡板,再将发泡板自然冷却至常温,接着将冷却为常温后的发泡板烘干;
三、在烘干后的发泡板外表面包裹上玻璃纤维布,再将包好布的发泡板外表面喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
四、将喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的发泡板置于常温中固化成为芯板,然后将芯板打磨光滑,形成为运动滑板粗胚;
五、在打磨后的运动滑板粗胚外表面再包裹上玻璃纤维布,然后在包好布的运动滑板粗坯外表面再喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
六、然后在喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的运动滑板粗坯上下表面各铺上印刷有图案的塑料薄片,使上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接在一起;
七、将铺好塑料薄片的运动滑板粗胚置于温度为50~130℃的模具中压制5~30分钟,形成为成型运动滑板;
八、将压制好的成型运动滑板切边,并打磨光滑,即为成品。
作为改进,上述步骤一中的发泡材料为EPS材料,且发泡时发泡模具的温度为100~180℃;所述的EPS材料是公知的材料,即为可发性聚苯乙烯。
再改进,上述步骤二中,发泡板在45~65℃的温度中烘干。
再改进,上述步骤六中的塑料薄片为聚氯乙烯或聚氨酯或聚碳酸树酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙酯薄膜。
再改进,所述上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接的连接处为弧面。

四、将喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的发泡板置于常温中固化成为芯板,然后将芯板打磨光滑,形成为运动滑板粗胚;
五、将印刷有图案的塑料薄片的背面涂上粘结剂,再将塑料薄片分别粘贴在运动滑板粗胚的上下表面,使上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接在一起;
六、然后将运动滑板粗胚置于高频封边机中进行封边,制成为成型运动滑板;
七、将封边后的成型运动滑板切边,并打磨光滑,即为成品。
作为改进,上述步骤一中的发泡材料为EPS材料,且发泡时发泡模具的温度为100~180℃;所述的EPS材料是公知的材料,即为可发性聚苯乙烯。

实施例一:如图1至图8所示,本实施例的运动滑板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
一、将EPS材料置于温度为100℃的发泡模具中发泡5分钟,形成发泡板;
二、将置有发泡板的发泡模具通过水冷却,然后取出发泡板,再将发泡板自然冷却至常温,接着将冷却为常温的发泡板在45℃的温度中烘干;
三、在烘干后的发泡板外表面包裹上玻璃纤维布,再将包好布的发泡板外表面喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
四、将喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的发泡板置于常温中固化成为芯板,然后将芯板1打磨光滑,形成为运动滑板粗胚;
五、在打磨后的运动滑板粗胚外表面再包裹上玻璃纤维布,然后在包好布的运动滑板粗坯外表面再喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
六、然后在喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的运动滑板粗坯上下表面各铺上印刷有图案的塑料薄片,使上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接在一起;
七、将铺好塑料薄片的运动滑板粗胚置于温度为50℃的模具中压制30分钟,形成为成型运动滑板;
八、将压制好的成型运动滑板切边,并打磨光滑,即为成品。

实施例二:如图1至图8所示,本实施例的运动滑板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
一、将EPS材料置于温度为140℃的发泡模具中发泡3分钟,形成发泡板;
二、将置有发泡板的发泡模具通过水冷却,然后取出发泡板,再将发泡板自然冷却至常温,接着将冷却为常温的发泡板在55℃的温度中烘干;
三、在烘干后的发泡板外表面包裹上玻璃纤维布,再将包好布的发泡板外表面喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
四、将喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的发泡板置于常温中固化成为芯板,然后将芯板1打磨光滑,形成为运动滑板粗胚;
五、在打磨后的运动滑板粗胚外表面再包裹上玻璃纤维布,然后在包好布的运动滑板粗坯外表面再喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
六、然后在喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的运动滑板粗坯上下表面各铺上印刷有图案的塑料薄片,使上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接在一起;
七、将铺好塑料薄片的运动滑板粗胚置于温度为90℃的模具中压制15分钟,形成为成型运动滑板;
八、将压制好的成型运动滑板切边,并打磨光滑,即为成品。
步骤六中的塑料薄片为聚氯乙烯或聚氨酯或聚碳酸树酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙酯薄膜。
实施例三:如图1至图8所示,本实施例的运动滑板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
一、将EPS材料置于温度为180℃的发泡模具中发泡2分钟,形成发泡板;
二、将置有发泡板的发泡模具通过水冷却,然后取出发泡板,再将发泡板自然冷却至常温,接着将冷却为常温的发泡板在65℃的温度中烘干;
三、在烘干后的发泡板外表面包裹上玻璃纤维布,再将包好布的发泡板外表面喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
四、将喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的发泡板置于常温中固化成为芯板,然后将芯板1打磨光滑,形成为运动滑板粗胚;
五、在打磨后的运动滑板粗胚外表面再包裹上玻璃纤维布,然后在包好布的运动滑板粗坯外表面再喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
六、然后在喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的运动滑板粗坯上下表面各铺上印刷有图案的塑料薄片,使上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接在一起;
七、将铺好塑料薄片的运动滑板粗胚置于温度为130℃的模具中压制5分钟,形成为成型运动滑板;
八、将压制好的成型运动滑板切边,并打磨光滑,即为成品。

一、将EPS材料置于温度为100℃的发泡模具中发泡5分钟,形成发泡板;
二、将置有发泡板的发泡模具通过水冷却,然后取出发泡板,再将发泡板自然冷却至常温,接着将冷却为常温的发泡板在45℃的温度中烘干;
三、在烘干后的发泡板外表面包裹上玻璃纤维布,再将包好布的发泡板外表面喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
四、将喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的发泡板置于常温中固化成为芯板,然后将芯板1打磨光滑,形成为运动滑板粗胚;
五、将印刷有图案的塑料薄片的背面涂上合成树脂粘结剂,再将塑料薄片分别粘贴在运动滑板粗胚的上下表面,使上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接在一起;
六、然后将运动滑板粗胚置于高频封边机中进行封边,制成为成型运动滑板;
七、将封边后的成型运动滑板切边,并打磨光滑,即为成品。
步骤五中的塑料薄片为聚氯乙烯或聚氨酯或聚碳酸树酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙酯薄膜。
实施例五:如图1至图7和图9所示,本实施例的运动滑板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
一、将EPS材料置于温度为140℃的发泡模具中发泡3分钟,形成发泡板;
二、将置有发泡板的发泡模具通过水冷却,然后取出发泡板,再将发泡板自然冷却至常温,接着将冷却为常温的发泡板在55℃的温度中烘干;
三、在烘干后的发泡板外表面包裹上玻璃纤维布,再将包好布的发泡板外表面喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
四、将喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的发泡板置于常温中固化成为芯板,然后将芯板1打磨光滑,形成为运动滑板粗胚;
五、将印刷有图案的塑料薄片的背面涂上合成树脂粘结剂,再将塑料薄片分别粘贴在运动滑板粗胚的上下表面,使上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接在一起;
六、然后将运动滑板粗胚置于高频封边机中进行封边,制成为成型运动滑板;
七、将封边后的成型运动滑板切边,并打磨光滑,即为成品。
步骤五中的塑料薄片为聚氯乙烯或聚氨酯或聚碳酸树酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙酯薄膜。
实施例六:如图1至图7和图9所示,本实施例的运动滑板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
一、将EPS材料置于温度为180℃的发泡模具中发泡2分钟,形成发泡板;
二、将置有发泡板的发泡模具通过水冷却,然后取出发泡板,再将发泡板自然冷却至常温,接着将冷却为常温的发泡板在65℃的温度中烘干;
三、在烘干后的发泡板外表面包裹上玻璃纤维布,再将包好布的发泡板外表面喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
四、将喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的发泡板置于常温中固化成为芯板,然后将芯板1打磨光滑,形成为运动滑板粗胚;
五、将印刷有图案的塑料薄片的背面涂上合成树脂粘结剂,再将塑料薄片分别粘贴在运动滑板粗胚的上下表面,使上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接在一起;所述塑料薄片为聚氯乙烯或聚氨酯或聚碳酸树酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙酯薄膜。
六、然后将运动滑板粗胚置于高频封边机中进行封边,制成为成型运动滑板;
七、将封边后的成型运动滑板切边,并打磨光滑,即为成品。
上述制作方法所制成的运动滑板,包括有芯板1、上表面板2(由玻璃纤维布、环氧树酯和塑料薄膜组成为上表面板,下同)和下表面板3,所述上表面板2和下表面板3将芯板1夹于其中,所述上表面板2和下表面板3的周边上下对应直接连接在一起,上述连接为熔接在一起,且通过高频机熔接在一起,另外,芯板1中设置有加强筋11,加强筋11轴向嵌置于芯板1的中部,加强筋11有两根,且相互平行、间隔并列于芯板1的中部。上述的芯板1即为本发明中发泡材料置于发泡模具中发泡而成的发泡板制成;上述的上表面板和下表面板由玻璃纤维布、环氧树酯和塑料薄膜组成的。

Claims (10)

1.一种运动滑板的制作方法,其特征在于:所述制作方法包括以下步骤:
一、将发泡材料置于发泡模具中发泡2~5分钟,形成发泡板;
二、将置有发泡板的发泡模具通过水冷却,然后取出发泡板,再将发泡板自然冷却至常温,接着将冷却为常温后的发泡板烘干;
三、在烘干后的发泡板外表面包裹上玻璃纤维布,再将包好布的发泡板外表面喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
四、将喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的发泡板置于常温中固化成为芯板,然后将芯板(1)打磨光滑,形成为运动滑板粗胚;
五、在打磨后的运动滑板粗胚外表面再包裹上玻璃纤维布,然后在包好布的运动滑板粗坯外表面再喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
六、然后在喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的运动滑板粗坯上下表面各铺上印刷有图案的塑料薄片,使上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接在一起;
七、将铺好塑料薄片的运动滑板粗胚置于温度为50~130℃的模具中压制5~30分钟,形成为成型运动滑板;
八、将压制好的成型运动滑板切边,并打磨光滑,即为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中的发泡材料为EPS材料,且发泡时发泡模具的温度为100~180℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,发泡板在45~65℃的温度中烘干。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤六中的塑料薄片为聚氯乙烯或聚氨酯或聚碳酸树酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙酯薄膜。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接的连接处为弧面。
6.一种运动滑板的制作方法,其特征在于:所述制作方法包括以下步骤:
一、将发泡材料置于发泡模具中发泡2~5分钟,形成发泡板;
二、将置有发泡板的发泡模具通过水冷却,然后取出发泡板,再将发泡板自然冷却至常温,接着将冷却为常温后的发泡板烘干;
三、在烘干后的发泡板外表面包裹上玻璃纤维布,再将包好布的发泡板外表面喷淋或涂上环氧树脂;
四、将喷淋或涂有环氧树脂的发泡板置于常温中固化成为芯板,然后将芯板(1)打磨光滑,形成为运动滑板粗胚;
五、将印刷有图案的塑料薄片的背面涂上粘结剂,再将塑料薄片分别粘贴在运动滑板粗胚的上下表面,使上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接在一起;
六、然后将运动滑板粗胚置于高频封边机中进行封边,制成为成型运动滑板;
七、将封边后的成型运动滑板切边,并打磨光滑,即为成品。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一中的发泡材料为EPS材料,且发泡时发泡模具的温度为100~180℃。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,发泡板在45~65℃的温度中烘干。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中的塑料薄片为聚氯乙烯或聚氨酯或聚碳酸树酯或聚对苯二甲酸乙酯薄膜。
10.根据权利要求6至9中任一所述的制作方法,其特征在于:所述上下塑料薄片对应的周边直接连接的连接处为弧面。
