Abstract

内面铣刀
本发明涉及一种带有环形刀具支撑件的内面铣刀,该刀具支撑件在其内部横向表面上装配有多个切削镶片并且被紧固在一个机床夹具中。
目前,对于带有多个内部切削刃(优选地可转位切削镶片)的环形铣刀盘已经知道了一段时间,在其用于曲轴铣削的用途方面也是已知的。
DE 34 38 978C1描述了一种装置,该装置用于通过多个锁定元件将一个内面铣刀支撑件紧固在曲轴铣床的铣刀滚筒的容纳凸缘(accommodating flange)上,通过将该内面铣刀支撑件压靠在铣刀滚筒的容纳凸缘上,可以使这些锁定元件在对应的另一部分上与相对的表面相邻接。多个楔件被紧固在该支撑件上或者该铣刀滚筒上,而且这些楔件的次表面形成了这些相对的表面。处于环状元件形式的多个楔件被安排在该铣刀滚筒上或者该支撑件上,这些楔件有可能与其相互作用并且相对于该支撑件轴线被径向地移位,其中在各自的情况下提供一个偏心件作为该可移位部分的移位驱动件,使得该偏心件与该楔件的组合是自锁的。
DE 10 2009 006 010.3描述了一种装置,该装置用于通过铣刀支撑件与机床夹具之间的一种螺纹连接来将环形的铣刀支撑件(特别是内面铣刀)紧固在机床夹具上。由于只要求少量的安装部件,这种构形具有多个与生产相关的优点。此外,这种连接易于操作。然而,缺点是该刀具支撑盘必须被转动数次以便被安全地固定或释放。
本发明的一个目的是在加快操作的方面改进在刀具支撑件与机床夹具之间的连接。
这个目的是通过权利要求1所述的一种内面铣刀实现的。根据本发明,该刀具支撑件和该机床夹具是通过一种卡口连接而相互紧固的。卡口连接具有的具体优点是只需要覆盖小的转动角度就有可能将这些部件安装在彼此之上。此外,这种连接方法具有简明的设计、易于生产而且在操作过程中不易出故障。
哪个部分具有这些凸起,哪些在对应的凹陷中被引导并转动直到这些凸起被保持在多个凹切口上,这基本上是无关紧要的。
根据本发明的另一构形,带有多个等距离的凸起的一个条带状环形本体被用作这种卡口连接的一部分,该环形本体以一种可释放的方式被拧到该刀具支撑件或者该机床夹具上、并且与它们一起形成了一个凹槽状的部分中断的卡口引导件。如果频繁更换刀具已经导致磨损(这意味着该卡口引导件不再是可靠的),有利的是这种环形本体可以容易地进行替换。
所使用的卡口连接优选的是以下这些:其中该刀具支撑件在其外部横向表面上具有2到20个(优选地12个)径向伸出的凸起,这些凸起被直接保持在该刀具支撑件或者该条带状环形本体的多个相应的凹切口上。为了提供可靠的而且不断可重现的相同取向,具有12个在凹切口上带有相应邻接物的凸起基本上就足够了。
为了使得有可能对同心度误差(由于生产公差)进行补偿,优选地使用多个可调节的楔件作为定中心元件,这些定中心元件原则上是由现有技术获知的、并且例如在上述的DE 34 39 978C1中进行了说明。
在下文中将参照附图对其他的变体和优点进行说明,在附图中:

就该机床而言,图1示出了一个机床夹具10,该机床夹具以一种常规方式被紧固在该机床上。这个机床夹具10是通过一种卡口连接被紧固到一个环形的刀具支撑件11上,这种连接可以通过在箭头12的方向上移动该内面铣刀而松开。该刀具支撑件在其内部横向表面及其侧表面上装配有多个可转位的切削镶片,这些切削镶片是根据使用目的进行选择和安排的,例如在曲轴上进行粗加工或光滑加工。如从图3可见,有一个额外的部分用于创建处于条带状环形本体13的形式的一种卡口连接,该条带状环形本体在其外部横向表面上具有多个鼻状部14,这些鼻状部支承在机床夹具10的多个相应的凹槽引导件内。此外,环形本体13在其内部横向表面上具有多个凸起15,这些凸起部分地被多个开口16以多个等距离的间隔中断(见图1)。这些开口16具有允许该刀具支撑件的这些径向伸出的凸起17穿过其中的一个宽度和高度。由于刀具支撑件11被转动(与箭头12的方向相反),这些凸起被引导至该条带状环形本体13的凹切口区域内。在图3所展示的情况下,这些凸起17被引导在一个凹槽状凹陷内,这个凹槽状凹陷一方面是由该环形条带本体13中的一个凹陷形成、并且另一方面是由在机床夹具10的本体中位置相对的一个凹陷形成。此外,图2和图4示出了作为可调节楔件的一个定中心元件18,在此情况下通过一个偏心件19或者其他起类似作用的移位元件使得径向的可调节性是有可能的。原则上根据现有技术是已知的这个定中心元件用于补偿任何同心度误差。
当然,在本发明的背景之内有可能使用防转动装置或者夹紧楔件作为辅助件来使这种卡口连接固定在关闭状态下。多个停止件也是有可能的,在各自情况下用于限制这些刀具支撑件的相对转动。必要时,也有可能选择多种卡口连接的构形,这些构形不是旋转对称的、或者只以某些旋转角度是旋转对称的,这些确保了将这些刀具支撑件引入该机床夹具中时的某种初步定位。

Claims (4)

1.一种带有环形的刀具支撑件(11)的内面铣刀,该环形的刀具支撑件在其内部横向表面上装配有多个切削镶片并且被紧固在一个机床夹具(10)内,
其特征为
在该刀具支撑件与该机床夹具之间的一种卡口连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的内面铣刀,其特征在于该卡口连接的一部分包括一个条带状的环形本体(13),该环形本体具有多个等距离的凸起(15)并且是以一种可释放的方式拧到该刀具支撑件(11)或该机床夹具(10)上、而且与它们一起形成一个凹槽状的部分中断的卡口引导件。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的内面铣刀,其特征在于该刀具支撑件(11)在其外部横向表面上具有2到20个、优选地12个径向伸出的鼻状部(14),这些鼻状部被保持在多个凹切口上。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的内面铣刀,其特征为多个作为定中心元件的可调楔件(18),用于补偿任何同心度误差。
