发明背景
本发明涉及一种可分度的切削镶片、一种用于可分度的切削镶片的镶片座、以及一种具有镶片座和可分度的切削镶片的切削工具。
此类可分度的切削镶片可以具有单面或双面的设计。在一个单面式可分度的切削镶片中,例如从WO 2007/127109 A1已知,该可分度的切削镶片的一个主面被配置为一个工作表面。该工作表面在其周缘处具有多个切削刃。如果这个有效的切削刃在一个预定次数的机加工操作后已经被磨损,那么将该切削镶片在镶片座中旋转,这样来使用下一个唇缘。此类可分度的切削镶片可以被设计为例如三角形、正方形或者六边形,并且然后相应地具有三个、四个或者六个唇缘,它们逐一被使用。

技术问题和本发明的目的
对于此类双面可分度的切削镶片,存在对该镶片座进行配置的问题,其方式为:该可分度的切削镶片牢固地并且固定地停留在该镶片座中并且在此可以被牢固地夹紧而不损害面向该支承表面的工作表面的切削刃或者靠近唇缘的、该可分度的切屑镶片的不起作用的那些区域,所述工作表面面向该镶片座的支承表面。具体地讲,令人希望的是对于这些切削刃和这些断屑器的几何形状的配置要尽可能地自由。

目的的实现
根据本发明的可分度的切削镶片首先具有一个环绕的唇周缘。在该唇周缘上形成了一个切削刃。此外,该唇周缘可以具有多个断屑器或者类似的切削辅助件。
在该环绕的唇周缘内部提供了一个空洞。这个空洞配备有与一个工作表面的不同切削位置的数目相对应的多个区段样的模制体。最后,一个通孔穿过该工作表面。一个紧固螺栓(优选一个紧固螺丝,通过它该可分度的切削镶片可以被固定并且被夹紧到该镶片座中的工具上)可以被插入该通孔中。根据本发明的可分度的切削镶片具有在开始时提及的类型的、在其母体的主面上的两个彼此背向的工作表面。

示例性实施方案的说明

对于根据本发明的可分度的切削镶片而言多个固定变体是有可能的。在一个第一变体中(图8),该可分度的切削镶片的定位表面8覆盖了该镶片座的整个支承表面7,这样使得该可分度的切削镶片同其支撑表面20一起抵靠该镶片座的这些停止边缘12。在一个第二变体中(图9),该可分度的切削镶片的定位表面8仅部分地覆盖了该镶片座的支承表面7,并且该可分度的切削镶片的模制体4的支撑带10抵靠在该镶片座的相关联的停止边缘12上。上述这两个变体可以各自与两个不同的镶片座变体相结合:在第一镶片座变体中(图6a/图6b),在最终安装状态中一方面被安排为在“两点钟位置”并且另一方面在“十点钟位置”的该可分度的切削镶片的模制体4(图9)或者相关联的支撑表面20(图8)对于这种固定起作用。此处,对应地在“两点钟位置”中并且同时在“十点钟位置”的这些停止带10和支撑表面20是起作用的。这是是有效的可分度的切削镶片适当地固定在该工具本体的内部的实施方案。该第二镶片座变体涉及可分度的切削镶片的固定,它是相对于该工具本体被适当地安排在外部。此处(图7a/图7b),在最终安装的状态中被安排在“四点钟位置”以及在“八点钟位置”的该可分度的切削镶片的模制体(图9)或者相关联的支撑表面20(图8)是起作用的。因此通过根据本发明的可分度的切削镶片,可以实现该可分度的切削镶片的一个相比之下较大数目的镶片座的配置,这样使得对于应用而言确保了高度的灵活性。

Claims (7)

1.带有可分度的切削镶片的一种镶片座,该镶片座具有一个支承表面(7),该支承表面与该可分度的切削镶片上的定位表面(8)相配合,并且该镶片座具有一个停止边缘(12),该停止边缘与可分度的切削镶片上的支撑表面(20)相配合,该可分度的切削镶片包括彼此背向的两个工作表面并且包括一个在这些工作表面之间延伸的用于容纳一个紧固螺栓的通孔(5);在每个工作表面上分别包括一个环绕的唇周缘(1),该唇周缘具有一个切削刃(3)以及一个由该唇周缘(1)以一种环状方式界定的中央空洞(2),该中央空洞具有与这两个工作表面的多个不同的切削位置的数目相对应的多个区段样的模制体(4)用于将该可分度的切削镶片定位在该对应的切削位置中,
所述模制体(4)具有区段样凹陷形式的或者区段样并且凸凹状凸起的形式的多个区段样表面,其中这些模制体(4)的这些平坦的表面位于一个平面中,并且这些表面以90°的角度向该通孔(5)的中央线(22)延伸。

7.根据权利要求1所述的镶片座,其特征为:可分度的切削镶片设有在两个可分度的切削镶片侧面上实现不同的唇缘几何形状的、形式不同的两个工作表面。
