本发明公开了一种玻璃纤维增强尼龙的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将170-175质量份尼龙6、30-35质量份尼龙66、30-45质量份玻璃纤维、40-45质量份聚乙烯、10-20质量份钛酸酯偶联剂、10质量份抗氧化剂、10质量份双马来酰亚胺和10质量份己二酸搅拌混合,将混合均匀的物料由双螺杆挤出机挤出,机身温度:200-230℃,机头温度:220-230℃,螺杆转速65-100rmp,即得玻璃纤维增强尼龙。本发明方法工艺简单,便于大规模生产,且该方法生产出的产品在加入玻璃纤维,其力学性能、尺寸稳定性、耐热性、耐老化性能有明显提高,耐疲劳尼龙强度是未增强的3倍。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种玻璃纤维增强尼龙的制备方法。
技术背景
聚酰胺纤维俗称尼龙(Nylon),英文名称Polyamide(简称PA),是分子主链上含有重复酰胺基团—[NHCO]—的热塑性树脂总称。尼龙作为工程塑料中最大最重要的品种,具有很强的生命力,主要在于它改性后实现高性能化,其次是汽车、电器、通讯、电子、机械等产业自身对产品高性能的要求越来越强烈,相关产业的飞速发展,促进了工程塑料高性能化的进程,未来发展趋势是各种各样的改性尼龙。随着汽车的小型化、电子电气设备的高性能化、机械设备轻量化的进程加快,对尼龙的需求将更高更大。特别是尼龙作为结构性材料,对其强度、耐热性、耐寒性等方面提出了很高的要求,尼龙性能已经不能满足相关行业发展的要求了。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种玻璃纤维增强尼龙的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种玻璃纤维增强尼龙的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将170-175质量份尼龙6、30-35质量份尼龙66、30-45质量份玻璃纤维、40-45质量份聚乙烯、10-20质量份钛酸酯偶联剂、10质量份抗氧化剂、10质量份双马来酰亚胺和10质量份己二酸搅拌混合,将混合均匀的物料由双螺杆挤出机挤出,机身温度:200-230℃,机头温度:220-230℃,螺杆转速65-100rmp,即得玻璃纤维增强尼龙。尼龙6:相对粘度2.5-3.0,岳阳石油化工总厂化纤厂;尼龙66:相对粘度2.8-3.0,上海塑料十八厂。
有益效果:本发明方法工艺简单,便于大规模生产,且该方法生产出的产品在加入玻璃纤维,其力学性能、尺寸稳定性、耐热性、耐老化性能有明显提高,耐疲劳尼龙强度是未增强的3倍。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种玻璃纤维增强尼龙的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将170-175质量份尼龙6、30-35质量份尼龙66、30-45质量份玻璃纤维、40-45质量份聚乙烯、10-20质量份钛酸酯偶联剂、10质量份抗氧化剂、10质量份双马来酰亚胺和10质量份己二酸搅拌混合,将混合均匀的物料由双螺杆挤出机挤出,机身温度:200-230℃,机头温度:220-230℃,螺杆转速65-100rmp,即得玻璃纤维增强尼龙。尼龙6:相对粘度2.5-3.0,岳阳石油化工总厂化纤厂;尼龙66:相对粘度2.8-3.0,上海塑料十八厂。
