本发明公开了一种阻燃尼龙的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将130-135质量份尼龙6、70-75质量份玻璃纤维、40-70质量份聚苯醚、18质量份硬脂酸镁、30质量份双马来酰亚胺和24质量份红磷搅拌混合,将混合均匀的物料由双杆同向平行塑料挤出机,机身温度:170-200℃,机头温度:180-200℃,挤出后的材料在水温为30-45℃的水中冷却,即得。本发明方法工艺简单,便于大规模生产,且该方法生产出的产品提高尼龙的阻燃性,以适应电子、电气、通讯等行业的要求。

一种阻燃尼龙的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种阻燃尼龙的制备方法。
技术背景
    聚酰胺纤维俗称尼龙(Nylon),英文名称Polyamide(简称PA),是分子主链上含有重复酰胺基团—[NHCO]—的热塑性树脂总称。尼龙作为工程塑料中最大最重要的品种,具有很强的生命力,主要在于它改性后实现高性能化,其次是汽车、电器、通讯、电子、机械等产业自身对产品高性能的要求越来越强烈,相关产业的飞速发展,促进了工程塑料高性能化的进程,未来发展趋势是各种各样的改性尼龙。阻燃尼龙由于在PA中加入了阻燃剂,大部分阻燃剂在高温下易分解,释放出酸性物质,对金属具有腐蚀作用,因此,塑化元件(螺杆、过胶头、过胶圈、过胶垫圈、法兰等)需镀硬铬处理,这样生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种工艺简单、低成本的阻燃尼龙的制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
    一种阻燃尼龙的制备方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将130-135质量份尼龙6、70-75质量份玻璃纤维、40-70质量份聚苯醚、18质量份硬脂酸镁、30质量份双马来酰亚胺和24质量份红磷搅拌混合,将混合均匀的物料由双杆同向平行塑料挤出机,机身温度:170-200℃,机头温度:180-200℃,挤出后的材料在水温为30-45℃的水中冷却,即得。聚苯醚:莆田多菱工程塑料公司;尼龙6:I型,上海塑料十八厂。
有益效果:本发明方法工艺简单,便于大规模生产,且该方法生产出的产品提高尼龙的阻燃性,以适应电子、电气、通讯等行业的要求。
